Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas tentang faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pengetahuan dan sikap calon peserta PBPU yang sedang mendaftar di kantor BPJS Kesehatan tentang sistem rujukan berjenjang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain studi Cross Sectional. Jumlah responden penelitian ini sebanyak 107 calon peserta PBPU. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa responden memiliki tingkat pengetahun tinggi (63,6%) dan sikap favorable (mendukung/positif) (51,4%) terhadap sistem rujukan berjenjang. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara usia dengan tingkat pengetahuan (p-value 0,048) dan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan sikap (p-value 9,199).

This research discusses the factors associated with the knowledge and attitude of PBPU candidates applying in the Main Branch Office of BPJS Kesehatan Bekasi towards the Tiered Referral System of Health Services. The study takes on a quantitative approach with a cross sectional design. The respondents of this study consist of 107 PBPU candidates. The result of this research shows that respondents have a high level of knowledge (63.6%) and a favorable attitude (supportive/positive) (51.4%) towards the tiered referral system. A significant difference was shown between age and level of knowledge (p-value = 0.048), while no significant difference was shown between level of knowledge and attitude (p-value = 9.199).

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan membayar iuran Peserta Bukan Penerima Upah (PBPU) BPJS Kesehatan Jakarta Barat tahun 2017. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan studi cross sectional. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu terdapat sebanyak 85% peserta yang patuh membayar iuran BPJS Kesehatan dan sebanyak 15% yang tidak patuh membayar iuran. Faktor ekonomi, sosio-demografi, dan sosio-psikologi dianalisis pada penelitian ini. Variabel yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan membayar iuran adalah variabel pendapatan per bulan yang merupakan salah satu variabel pada faktor ekonomi dengan p-value 0,004. Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara faktor sosio-demografi dan sosio-psikologi dengan kepatuhan membayar iuran BPJS Kesehatan.

This study aimed to determine the factors that influence the contributions compliance of West Jakarta BPJS Health Beneficiary independent participants (PBPU) in 2017. This research was a quantitative research using primary data and cross sectional study. The result showed that there are 85% of participants who dutifully paid dues BPJS Health and as much as 15% who did not obediently pay dues. Economic, socio-demographic, and socio-psychological factors were analyzed in this study. Variables relating to payroll compliance are variable income per month which was one of variable on economic factor with p-value 0,004. There was no significant correlation between socio-demographic and socio-psychological factors with BPJS Health contribution compliance.

Abstrak: Saat ini ada 3 metode pendaftaran BPJS Kesehatan yang dapat digunakan olehcalon peserta Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) Perorangan menurut PeraturanDireksi BPJS Kesehatan No. 32 Tahun 2015 yaitu melalui kantor cabang, website danbank. Data terkini menyebutkan 96,03% melakukan pendaftaran melalui kantorcabang BPJS Kesehatan.Penelitian ini membahas tentang faktor yang mempengaruhi pengetahuancalon peserta JKN perorangan tentang metode pendaftaran di BPJS Kesehatan.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain studi crosssectional. Jumlah responden penelitian ini sebanyak 96 calon peserta JaminanKesehatan Nasional Perorangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa respondenmemiliki pengetahuan tinggi (56,25%) tentang metode pendaftaran calon peserta JKNperorangan. Terdapat 7 variabel yang mempunyai hubungan signifikan yaitu umur,pendidikan, pekerjaan, penghasilan, pengalaman rawat inap, dukungan sosial danfrekuensi terpapar informasi terhadap pengetahuan tentang metode pendaftaran calonpeserta JKN perorangan yang memeiliki p value ≤ 0,05. Sedangkan variabel yangtidak mempunyai hubungan signifikan ada 3 variabel yaitu jenis kelamin,pengalaman dengan asuransi dan sumber informasi yang memiliki p value > 0,05.

Based on Regulation of Directors BPJS Kesehatan No. 32 2015, there arethree methods of registration to BPJS Kesehatan which can be done by people whowant to become the members of national health insurance (Jaminan KesehatanNasional/JKN) those are registration through branch office, websites and banks.Curent data said 96.03% people register through the branch office of BPJSKesehatan.This research discusses the factor affecting knowledge of individual nationalhealth insurance candidates on registration methods in the bpjs kesehatan. The studytakes on a quantitative approach with a cross sectional design. The respondents of thisstudy consist of 96 individual national health insurance candidates. The result showedthat respondents have a high level of knowledge (56,25%) about the registrationmethods for individual national health insurance candidates. There are 7 variables hassignificant relationship that is age, education, occupation, income, inpatientexperience, social support and frequency of information exposure to the knowledgeof individual national health insurance candidates on registration methods which hasa p-value ≤0,005. While the variables that do not significantly related there are 3variables that is sex, experience with insurance and information sources which has pvalue > 0,05.

The focus of this study is the factors associated with knowledge level of prospective participants JKN independent about the participant registration system in Depok Branch Office of BPJS Kesehatan. The purpose of this study is to describe the age, sex, education, occupation, income, exposure to mass media, experience following commercial insurance conducted prospective participants JKN independent by and determine its relationship with the knowledge level. This is a quantitative research with cross-sectional study design. The result showed that 54,2% of respondents have less knowledge level. There were significant differences between education, income, experience following commercial insurance, exposure to mass media with the knowledge level. Abstrak: Pemerintah menaikkan iuran Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional mulai 1 Januari 2020. Peserta Pekerja Bukan Penerima Upah (PBPU) merupakan peserta yang terdampak karena kebijakan tersebut. Hal ini dikarenakan mereka membayar iuran JKN sendiri, tanpa bantuan pemerintah atau pemberi kerja. Penelitian ini mencoba menganalisis persepsi peserta PBPU terhadap kebijakan tersebut dan bagaimana keputusan responden terhadap kepesertaan JKN ke depan. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan studi cross sectional dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden, yang merupakan peserta PBPU dengan studi kasus pedagang di Pasar Asemka Jakarta Barat. Analisis data dilakukan dengan tabulasi dan uji statistik chi square dan t-test. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan bahwa 52 persen responden mempunyai persepsi negatif terhadap kebijakan, dan sebanyak 54 persen responden menyatakan akan berhenti membayar iuran JKN. Persepsi yang buruk sejalan dengan pilihan responden untuk berhenti membayar iuran JKN, dan bermakna secara statistik. Variabel lain yang juga sejalan dan bermakna secara statistik adalah tingkat pendapatan. Sementara pengetahuan, sikap dan pengalaman dalam layanan JKN tidak bermakna secara statistik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya memberikan pemahaman yang benar kepada masyarakat terkait dengan kenaikan iuran JKN termasuk konsekuensinya, baik melalui diseminasi langsung maupun tidak langsung. Non-Wage Worker Participants (PBPU) are the participants affected by the policy. This is because they pay JKN contributions themselves, without the help of the government or employers. This study tries to analyze the PBPU participant's perception of the policy and how the respondent's decision on JKN membership going forward. This study uses a cross sectional study design with a sample of 100 respondents, who are PBPU participants with a case study of traders in the West Jakarta Asemka Market. Abstrak: ABSTRAK PBPU) atau disebut sebagai peserta mandiri. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan desain cross-sectional. Data yang diambil adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan membagi kuesioner kepada 33 pedagang di Pasar Gunung Batu, Kota Bogor. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepatuhan peserta bukan penerima upah (PBPU) patuh dalam membayar iuran JKN sebesar 72%. Peserta bukan penerima upah di Pasar Gunung Batu sebagian besar terdiri atas perempuan sebanyak 19 orang dengan persentase 57,6%. Sebagian besar pedagang memiliki latar belakang pendidikan SMA sebesar 45,5%. Rata-rata umur peserta adalah 42,48 tahun dengan median 43 tahun. Peserta bukan penerima upah sebagian besar memiliki jumlah anggota keluarga sebanyak 2-3 orang sebanyak 57,6%. Sebagian besar peserta JKN telah mengikuti program selama lebih dari 3 tahun dan mengambil iuran kelas 2 (48,5%). Peserta sebagian besar memiliki jenis usaha seperti makanan, sembako, pakaian dan sayuran dengan pendapatan rata-rata peserta sebesar Rp3.777.272. Risiko penyakit tidak terlalu mempengaruhi kepatuhan peserta, 100% dengan riwayat penyakit dan membutuhkan pengobatan serta 60% peserta yang sedang tidak sakit tetap membayar iuran. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sikap, norma subyektif dan sanksi tidak mempengaruhi kepatuhan peserta secara signifikan. Namun, sikap yang ditunjukkan peserta terhadap program JKN ini cukup positif. Pembayaran iuran belum menjadi norma bagi masyarakat. Walaupun peserta tidak setuju dengan adanya sanksi namun mereka merasa sanksi cukup efektif untuk membuat peserta patuh membayar iuran. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative with crosssectional design. The data taken is primary data that are obtained by dividing questionnaires to 33 traders in Gunung Batu Market, Bogor City. The results of the analysis show that the compliance level of non-wage earners (PBPU) is compliant in paying JKN contributions of 72%. Non-wage participants in Pasar Batu Batu consisted mostly of 19 women with a percentage of 57.6%. Most traders have a high school education background of 45.5%. The average age of the participants was 42.48 years with a median of 43 years. Non-wage participants mostly had 2-3 persons as much as 57.6%. Most of the participants of JKN have attended the program for more than 3 years and take the 2nd class contribution (48.5%). Participants mostly have business types such as food, basic foods, clothing and vegetables with average income of participants of Rp 3,777,272. The risk of disease does not significantly affect the compliance of participants, most of 60% participants still pay dues even though not ill. The results of the analysis show that the attitude, subjective norms and sanctions do not significantly affect the participant's compliance. However, the attitude shown by the participants towards the JKN program is quite positive. Tuition payments have not become the norm for society. Although the participants did not agree with the existence of sanctions but they felt sanction effective enough to make the participants dutifully pay dues. Abstrak: Skripsi ini membahas pengetahuan dan sikap peserta JKN kelompok PBPU terhadap Pendaftaran Calon Bayi di Kota Depok. Latar belakang dari penelitian in adalah karena masih ditemukannya Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) dan Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB) di kota Depok sehingga pentingnya mendaftarkan bayi dalam kandungan sebagai peerta BPJS untuk menghindari risiko kesehatan dan mendapatkan jaminan kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengetahuan dan sikap peserta dan faktor yang berhubungan dengan pengetahuan dan sikap peserta JKN kelompok PBPU tentang pendaftaran calon bayi di kota Depok Tahun 2018. Penelitian merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional. Hasil penelitian peserta JKN kelompok PBPU memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang tinggi dan sikap positif terhadap pendaftaran calon bayi.

This thesis discusses the knowledge and attitudes of PBPU group JKN participants on the registration of prospective babies in Depok City. The background of the study was that there were still maternal mortality rates (MMR) and infant mortality rates (IMR) in the city of Depok so the importance of registering babies in the womb as BPJS participants to avoid health risks and get health insurance. The purpose of this study was to determine the knowledge and attitudes of participants and factors related to the knowledge and attitudes of PBPU group JKN participants about the registration of baby candidates in Depok in 2018. The study was a quantitative study with a cross sectional study design. The results of the PBPU group JKN participants had a high level of knowledge and a positive attitude towards the registration of prospective babies.
