Abstrak:
PENELITIAN INI BERTUJUAN UNTUK MEGEVALUASI PENULISAN ASESMEN DAN REASESMEN PADAHARI LIBUR OLEH DOKTER PENANGGUNG JAWAB PASIEN (DPJP) DAN HUBUNGANNYA DENGAN KONTINUTAS PELAYANAN MENGGUNAKAN CLINICAL PATHWAY DENGAN RENCANA HARI RAWAT ≤5 HARI. DESIGN YANG DIGUNAKAN ADALAH CROSSSECTIONAL DENGAN PENDEKATAN KUANTITATIF.DATA DIKUMPULKAN MELALUI TELAAH DATA SEKUNDER REKAM MEDIS 368 PASIEN SECARA REALTIME DENGAN KERANGKA WAKTU SESUAI DENGAN KETENTUAN PENGISIAN ASESMEN YAITU 1 X 24 JAM SETELAH PASIEN MASUK RAWAT INAP DAN SETIAP HARI UNTUK PENGISIAN REASESMEN. 31,7% ASESMEN DAN 13,5 % ASESMEN DAN REASESMEN DITULIS OLEH DOKTER PENANGGUNG JAWAB PASIEN (DPJP) PADA HARI LIBUR. TIDAK DITEMUKAN ADANYA HUBUNGAN ANTARA PENULISAN ASESMEN/REASESMEN DENGAN PEMERIKSAAN LABORATORIUM, RADIOLOGI DAN PEMBERIAN TERAPI OBAT. PENULISAN ASESMEN/REASESMEN SECARA SIGNIFIKAN BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN LAMA HARI RAWAT PASIEN, P VALUE = 0,049. Abstrak:
Latar Belakang: Needle Stick Injury merupakan luka yang dialami oleh tenaga kesehatan dan diakibatkan karena tusukan atau robekan dari jarum atau benda tajam lainnya. Tenaga kesehatan yang sangat rentan terhadap kejadian tertusuk jarum adalah perawat. Saat ini, angka kejadian tertusuk jarum dikalangan perawat yang bekerja di rumah sakit menunjukkan angka yang masih tinggi. Di RSUP Fatmawati, tahun 2015 dan 2016 dari bulan Januari-Desember tercatat sebanyak 40 kasus tertusuk jarum pada perawat dan pada bulan Januari-Agustus 2017 tercatat sebanyak 4 kasus tertusuk jarum pada perawat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan, sikap, dan upaya pencegahan kejadian tertusuk jarum pada perawat di Instalasi Rawat Inap Teratai RSUP Fatmawati tahun 2018. Desain dan Metode: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan desain studi cross sectional dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui penyebaran kuisioner kepada 170 responden yaitu perawat pelaksana di Instalasi Rawat Inap Teratai RSUP Fatmawati yang telah bekerja minimal 1 tahun. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat dengan menggunakan uji Chi Square. Hasil: Hasil analisis univariat menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang baik (97,1%), sikap yang cukup baik (88,8%), dan upaya pencegahan kejadian tertusuk jarum yang cukup baik (66,5%). Hasil analisis bivariat dengan uji Chi Square (α=0,05) ditemukan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan perawat dengan sikap perawat (pvalue=0,451 dan OR=0,490); tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan perawat dengan upaya pencegahan kejadian tertusuk jarum (pvalue=0,665 dan OR=2,055); dan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara sikap perawat dengan upaya pencegahan kejadian tertusuk jarum (pvalue=0,033 dan OR=3,139). Kesimpulan dan Saran: Hubungan yang tidak bermakna adalah pengetahuan dengan sikap, serta pengetahuan dengan upaya pencegahan kejadian tertusuk jarum. Sedangkan, hubungan yang bermakna adalah sikap dengan upaya pencegahan kejadian tertusuk jarum. Diharapkan pihak rumah sakit memberikan pelatihan rutin dan berkala terkait needle stick injury khususnya dalam hal teknik recapping minimal setiap 6 bulan sekali; menyediakan poster K3 terkait prosedur melakukan tindakan penyuntikan yang benar di setiap ruangan kerja perawat; dan pemberian penghargaan setiap bulan bagi perawat yang telah melakukan praktik kerja yang aman. Abstrak:
Data turnover di RSUP Fatmawati menunjukkan trend yang meningkat dalam tiga tahun belakangan yaitu pada tahun 2014, 2015, dan 2016. Pada tahun 2016, angka turnover nya yaitu 9,65% hampir mencapai batas normal turnover yaitu 10%. Selain itu, angka keterlambatan yang merupakan indikator adanya turnover intention, juga menunjukkan trend yang meningkat dari tahun 2015, 2016 dan 2017. Pada tahun 2017, angkanya mencapai 86%. Faktor quality of work life menjadi salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi kecenderungan dan keputusan perawat untuk keluar dari tempat kerjanya. Komponen quality of work life antara lain pengembangan karir, keterlibatan karyawan, rasa bangga terhadap institusi, kompensasi yang seimbang, rasa aman terhadap pekerjaan, fasilitas yang didapat, keselamatan lingkungan kerja, penyelesaian masalah dan komunikasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komponen quality of work life terhadap turnover intention perawat pelaksana di Instalasi Rawat Inap Teratai RSUP Fatmawati Tahun 2017. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan desain studi cross sectional dengan pegumpulan data primer melalui penyebaran kuisioner kepada 80 orang responden yaitu perawat pelaksana di Instalasi Rawat Inap Teratai yang telah bekerja minimal 1 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat masing-masing komponen quality of work life masih kurang. Adapun faktor yang mempengaruhi turnover intention perawat pelaksana di Instalasi Rawat Inap Teratai RSUP Fatmawati adalah komponen quality of work life yaitu rasa bangga terhadap institusi (OR = 5,8 dan P value = 0,012) serta rasa aman terhadap pekerjaan (OR = 3,4 dan P value = 0,019). Maka, disarankan untuk meningkatkan quality of work life khususnya di Instalasi Rawat Inap Teratai RSUP Fatmawati

Abstrak:
Proses pengembalian rekam medis pasien rawat jalan di RSUP Fatmawati masih belum optimal, ditunjukan dengan penyelenggaraan yang belum sesuai dengan peraturan, masih ada rekam medis yang terlambat, bahkan tidak kembali dari Instalasi Rawat Jalan (IRJ) ke Instalasi Rekam Medis dan Pusat Data Informasi (IRMPDI) pada hari dimana rekam medis digunakan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan hasil analisis proses pengembalian rekam medis pasien rawat jalan dari IRJ ke IRMPDI dengan pendekatan lean six sigma. Jenis penelitian ini adalah operational research, dengan desain penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian digambarkan dengan value stream mapping yang memperlihatkan lead time proses pengembalian rekam medis pasien rawat jalan selama 183,09 menit dengan value added 41,55 menit (22,7%) dan non value added 141,54 menit (77,3%), proses paling lama terjadi pada langkah pengembalian rekam medis dari IRJ ke IRMPDI karena menunggu petugas IRMPDI mengambil rekam medis. Waste paling besar yaitu waste waiting sebesar 124,16 menit atau 87,72% dari total seluruh waste yang ditemukan. Berdasarkan analisis fishbone diagram diketahui bahwa akar penyebab masalah paling banyak berasal dari kategori man. Berdasarkan analisis tersebut diberikan usulan berupa pembuatan standarisasi kerja, penghitungan beban kerja, melakukan rapat koordinasi, membagi pekerjaan ke dalam periode waktu tertentu (heijunka), dan meningkatkan pengawasan.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini membahas kepatuhan dokter dalam pengisian formulir instruksi medis farmakologis di Rawat Inap RSUP Fatmawati tahun 2017. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengarui tingkat kepatuhan dokter dalam pengisian formulir instruksi medis farmakologis, menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Data diperoleh menggunakan bantuan kuesioner dan melakukan telaah dokumen terhadap formulir instruksi medis pada rekam medis pasien pulang rawat inap dengan menggunakan daftar tilik. Hasil dalam penelitan ini menunjukan bahwa sebagian dokter memiliki kepatuhan rendah (67.7%), memiliki masa kerja >9 tahun (61.3%), berpengetahuan tinggi (51.6), bersikap positif (58.1%), memiliki jumlah visit yang sedikit (51.6%), menyatakan persepsi mendukung terhadap sistem penghargaan (58.1%), memiliki persepsi mendukung terhadap alat & kebijakan (61.3%), dan memiliki persepsi tidak penting terhadap umpan balik (67.7%). Berdasarkan hasi uji statistik (chi square) didapat nilai alpha (p 0.05) artinya tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kepatuhan dokter dalam mengisi formulir instruksi medis farmakologis.

ABSTRAK RSUP Fatmawati memiliki penugasan bagi dokter spesialis untuk melakukan tugas jaga di luar jam kerja yang disebut sebagai dokter on site. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya kasus bedah cito on site yang tidak dihadiri oleh dokter operator on site yang berkewajiban. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kehadiran dokter operator on site dengan response time operasi di OK Cito RSUP Fatmawati Tahun 2017. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Penelitian ini menggunakan 1087 data sekunder kasus bedah cito on site pada Bulan Oktober 2016 ndash; Oktober 2017. Dalam periode satu tahun, 73 kasus bedah cito on site tidak dihadiri oleh dokter operator yang berkewajiban. Namun, rerata response time operasi pada periode tersebut masih mencapai target yaitu 90 menit 0,005. Dari hasil temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa rumah sakit perlu melakukan perbaikan pada peraturan yang berkaitan dengan kehadiran maupun tata kerja dokter operator on site.
ABSTRACT RSUP Fatmawati specialist doctors have a duty on the after working hours called as doctor on site. Due to many of cito on site surgical cases which are not attended by the obligatory on site surgeon, this study was conducted to analyze the relation between the attendance of on site surgeon with the surgical response time at OK Cito RSUP Fatmawati 2017. The methods used in this research are quantitative and qualitative method with cross sectional design. The study used 1087 secondary data of cito on site surgical cases in October 2016 October 2017. In a one year period, 73 of cito on site surgical cases were not attended by an obligatory surgeon. However, the average of surgicall response time during that period still reaches the target that is 90 minutes 0,005. From the findings it can be concluded that the hospital needs to make some improvements to the regulations in relation to the attendance and work procedures of on site doctors.

Abstrak:
Skripsi ini membahas tentang hubungan kualitas pelayanan dan sistem antriandengan kepuasan pasien BPJS pada pasien rawat jalan di RS Hermina Jatinegara.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional.Data diolah melalui analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil penelitianmenyarankan bahwa pihak RS Hermina Jatinegara harus lebih meningkatkan lagikualitas pelayanan. Selain itu hasil penelitian ini juga menyarankan agar pihak RSHermina Jatinegara menerapkan sistem antrian yang efektif dan efisien sehinggapasien BPJS bisa lebih cepat mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan.
