Penelitian menemukan bahwa proporsi pemberian ASI eksklusif untuk tahun 2017 sebesar 56,8% (95%CI: 54%-66%), hal ini mengindikasikan adanya perbaikan kondisi pemberian ASI eksklusif di Puskesmas Kecamatan Setiabudi. Temuan lain adalah ada hubungan antara dukungan tenaga kesehatan dengan perilaku pemberian ASI eksklusif. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa peran tenaga kesehatan sangatlah penting terhadap keberhasilan dalam ASI eksklusif. Bidan dan kader perlu berperan lebih besar dalam pemantauan pemberian ASI eksklusif.

Exclusive breastfeeding is breastfeeding alone without any fluids or solids except vitamins, minerals or medicines up to 6 months of age. The exclusive breastfeeding coverage at Health Center of Setiabudi Subdistrict in 2016 was 43.5%. This condition has not reached the national target of 80%. This study among measured the proportion of exclusive breastfeeding and studied factors related to breastfeeding infants aged 0-6 months in Health Center of Setiabudi Subdistrict with cross sectional design.
The study found that the proportion of exclusive breastfeeding for 2017 was 56.8% (95%CI: 54%-66%), indicating improvement in exclusive breastfeeding conditions in Health Center of Setiabudi Subdistrict. Another finding is that there is a relation between support of health workers and exclusive breastfeeding behaviors. This suggests that the role of health workers is crucial to success in exclusive breastfeeding, especially midwives and cadre roles in exclusive breastfeeding monitoring.

Breast milk is the best nutrition to optimize baby growth and development and the baby's immune system. WHO recommends exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months. Early initiation of breastfeeding (EIBF) is the key of exclusive breastfeeding?s success. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between EIBF and exclusive breastfeeding for infants 0-5 months in Indonesia according to the 2017 IDHS. This research was a cross-sectional study using the 2017 IDHS. The population of this study were all of fertile women 15- 49 years old in Indonesia, a sample of 1243 women on fertile age who have the children 0-5 months and still breastfeeding and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The dependent variable in this study was exclusive breastfeeding, the main independent variable EIBF and the covariates were age, parity, education, employment status, economic status, area of residence, frequency of ANC visits, place of delivery, delivery method and birth attendant. The analysis for this research is univariate analysis, bivariate with chi square and multivariate analysis with logistic regression. The results showed that the percentage of exclusive breastfeeding for infants 0-5 months in Indonesia (37,5%) and EIBF (39,5%). The results of the multivariate analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between early initiation of breastfeeding and exclusive breastfeeding after being controlled by covariate variables with (p=0.001 and OR=2.537) meaning that mothers who carried out early initiation of breastfeeding had a 2.537 chance of exclusive breastfeeding. In this study, there were no confounding variables between early initiation of breastfeeding and exclusive breastfeeding. Various efforts need to be done to increase the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding with optimizing the IEC process related to EIBF and exclusive breastfeeding, facilitating mothers to carry out EIBF according to procedures, training in the implementation of EIBF for every health worker who assists childbirth and the existence of integrated policies in every health facility from the center to areas related to the implementation of EIBF according to the flowchart.
Inisiasi pemberian ASI dini dalam l jam setelah bayi lahir merupakan kebutuhan dasar bayi untuk kelangsungan hidup dan dapat meningkatkan kesehatan ibu serta menentukan lamanya pcmberian ASI. Prevalensi inisiasi pembcrian ASI dini 1 jam di DKI Jakarta masih rendah yaitu hanya 40,4%, propinsi tetangganya Banten yaitu 53,3% dan negara maju seperti Amerika Serikat dan Belanda yang sudah mencapai lebih dad 75%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengelahui inisiasi pemberian ASI dini di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pasar Minggu Jakarta Selatan tahlm 2005 dan faktor-faktor yang diduga berhubungan. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan lnetoda poiong lintang (cross-sectional) dcngan pcngumpulan data primer di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pasar Minggu dan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 20 April sampai dengan tanggal I0 Mei 2006 pada 136 responden. Sampel yang dipilih memenuhi kritéria berada di wilayah kerja dan tercatat di Puskesmas Pasar Minggu, usia hamil antara 20 -35 tahun, penolong persalinan tenaga kesehatan tapi bukan dokter snesialis, persalinan normal dengan berat badan lahir lebih dari 2500 gram, dan dengan kelafmiran anak kedua atau lebih. Kriteria yang tidak termasuk dalam sampél adalah ibu dengan persalinan oleh Doktcr Spesialis, dan persalinan dengan berat bayi kurang dari 2500 gram. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan inisiasi pemberian ASI dini relatif masih rendah 49,3%. Scmentai-a, satu-satunya faktor yang berhubungan dengan inisiasi pemberian ASI dini adalah riwayat mcnyusui dini dengan lama menyusui lebih 6 bulan pada bayi scbelumnya (OR = 2,8). Masih rendahnya proporsi inisiasi pemberian ASI dini di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pasar Minggu disarankan agar pertugas kesehalan khususnya bidan lebih memusatkan program pcnanggulangan agar ibu-ibu dapat memberikan inisiasi ASI dini pada kchamilan pertama dalam benluk kegiatan antenatal termasuk kegiatan promosi dan konseling yang memadai.
Breastfeeding initiation within the tirst hour alter delivery is the baby?s basic need for survival and can improve the health of mothers as well as determine the length of breastfeeding duration. Prevalence of breastfeeding initiation within the first hour in Jakarta Province is still low (40,4%), much lower than Banten Province (53,3%) and developed Countries (United States and The Netherland) which have achieved more than 75%. This study is aimed to know the immediate breasrfeeding initiation of the data at the Public Health Centre Pasar Minggu South of Jakarta in 2005 and the related factors. The design for this study is ?cross-sectional? with the primary data collection of 136 respondents on April 20"' until May lO"?, 2006 in the workarea of Public Health Centre Pasar Minggu. The criteria of the respondents selection is depended on their existence and records in the Public Health Centre of Pasar Minggu, pregnancy age between 20 - 35 years old, birth delivery assisted by health professional but not by medical specialist, normal delivery with birth Weight of more than 2500 gram, and with two children or more. The results of this study conclude that immediate breastfeeding initiation within the first hour is relatively low (49,3%), while factor which are significantly related to the immediate breastfeeding initiation is immediate breastfeeding history (0R=2,8). In relation with the proportion of immediate breasfeeding initiation in the area of Public Health Center Pasar Minggu South of Jakarta, the following points are suggested or advised by the Public Health Centre officers especially to midwife is to perform antenatal care as well as appropiate counseling about the immediate act of breastfeeding by mothers on the their first pregnancy.
This research is about the correlation maternal characteristics (educational level,level of knowledge, employment status, family income, the weight gain duringpregnancy), infant characteristics (gender and birth weight), feeding practices(breastfeeding practices and complementary feeding) with nutritional status ofinfants aged 6 until 11 months in Jatinegara, Cakung Subdistrict, in 2012. Thedesign of this research is cross sectional. The sampel of this research is 77 infantsaged 6 until 11 months. The independent variabels are maternity education,maternity knowledge of nutrition, the family income, and the practice ofbreastfeeding. Based on the result of this research improving the activities aboutmaternity knowledge of nutrition by attending illuminations at Posyanduespecially related to exclusive breastfeeding and improving the control ofsocialization related to exclusive breastfeeding.Keywords: Infant nutritional status, feeding practices, breastfeeding,complementary feeding
Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh perilaku pemberian ASI eksklusif hanya sebesar 34,6%. Dari 11 variabel yang diteliti terdapat 5 variabel yang memiliki hubungan bermakna dengan perilaku pemberian ASI Eksklusif yaitu pengetahuan ibu, sikap ibu, IMD (Inisiasi Menyusu Dini), dukungan suami dan dukungan petugas kesehatan.
Hasil penelitian menyarankan mengenai upaya peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pentingnya memberikan ASI eksklusif kepada bayi selama 6 bulan pertama melahirkan. Upaya peningkatan pengetahuan dilakukan secara menyeluruh dan berkesinambungan serta tidak hanya kepada ibu hamil dan menyusui saja, namun terhadap suami, keluarga dan masyarakat, agar masyarakat sadar dan mempunyai sikap positif tentang pentingnya memberikan ASI eksklusif kepada bayi selama 6 bulan.

The Achievement of exclusive breastfeeding in the last 3 years at Puskesmas Kecamatan ePasar Rebo is lower than the Ministry of Health's target ( less than 80%). The purpose of this study is to determine the factors associated with exclusive breastfeeding behavior in Puskesmas Kecamatan Pasar Rebo East Jakarta, 2017. The design of this study cross sectional with a sample of mothers who have babies aged 6-24 months.
Based on this research, the behavior of exclusive breastfeeding is only 34,6%. From 11 variables studied, there are 5 variables that have significant relationship with exclusive breastfeeding behavior that is mother's knowledge, mother attitude, IMD (Early Breastfeeding Initiation), husband support and health officer support.
The results suggest about efforts to conduct health promotion about the importance of giving exclusive breastfeeding to babies during the first 6 months of childbirth. Also, this health promotion are conducted thoroughly and continuously and not only to pregnant and lactating mothers, but to husbands, families and communities, so that people are aware and have a positive attitude about the importance of giving exclusive breastfeeding to babies for 6 months.

The government has targeted exclusive breastfeeding of 80%, but data from theMinistry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2017 saw exclusive breastfeeding to30% by 2016, for various reasons one of the mothers worked. The government has alsoestablished a regulation for every company to be obliged to provide lactation room forworking mothers. This study aims to determine the relationship of utilization oflactation room facility with exclusive breastfeeding in working mother in a state-ownedcompany Jakarta. This research uses two kinds of research, quantitative with cross-sectional and qualitative study to know company policy in support of exclusive givingconducted on May-June 2018. Quantitative number of samples of 147 working motherswith a simple random sampling and qualitative methods performed on exclusivebreastfeeding mother and not exclusive breastfeeding, person in charge of lactationroom, and representatives of corporate leaders with in-depth interview method. Theresults showed that there was a significant correlation between utilization of lactationroom with exclusive breastfeeding 6 month with p value (0.002) and OR 3,692 whichmeans that working mothers utilizing lactation room facilities have 4 times more chanceof exclusive breastfeeding 6 month than those who did not. The results of the interviewsprove that working mothers who utilize lactation room and succeed exclusivelybreastfed get support from the company in the form of providing a convenient andappropriate space for treatment, allowing to pump in the lactation room even duringworking hours. In non exclusive breastfed mothers get the same support but littlebreastfeeding and poor time-management patterns for breastfeeding pumps decide not tobe exclusive.Key word :Exclusive Breast Milk, Working Mother, State Owned Enterprise In Company Policy.
