Dalam menjawab keluhan perawat mengenai besarnya beban kerja di ruang rawat inap Cattleya B RSU Bhakti Yudha, perlu dilakukan analisis kebutuhan tenaga perawat dengan menggunakan beberapa formula yaitu, Workload Indicator Staff Needs (WISN), formula Gillies, PPNI, dan formula Ilyas. Penelitian dilakukan di ruang rawat inap Cattleya B menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan melakukan observasi terhadap aktivitas perawat menurut metode work sampling serta in-depth interview pada 21-30 Mei 2012. Hasil penelitian menyatakan beban kerja perawat pada kategori produktif (80%) dengan hanya 33.98% yang merupakan aktivitas keperawatan langsung dan 47.4% merupakan aktivitas keperawatan tidak langsung. Penggunaan waktu untuk kegiatan pribadi dan non produktif perawatmasih di dalam standar ILO (14.98%) Formula Gillies dan PPNI, dan Ilyas tidak menggambarkan sejumlah kegiatan keperawatan tidak langsung dari perawat seperti administrasi dan pencatatan laporan, yang justru pada saat observasi membutuhkan proporsi yang lebih besar. Sebaliknya metode WISN yang menghasilkan jumlah perawat sebesar 35 orang ditambah dengan 1 kepala ruangan dianggap lebih tepat dan sesuai dengan RS karena menggambarkan beban kerja nyata. Diharapkan pihak manajemen dapat memberikan toleransi seperti pemberian hari kepelatihan bagi perawat, menambah jumlah tenaga baik perawat dan non perawat sesuai kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan.
In order to answer the concern of high workload nursing care at Cattleya B Ward of Bhakti Yudha Hospital, there is a need to analyze the requirement of nursing staff with some formulas:Workload Indicator Staff Needs (WISN), Gillies?, PPNI, and Ilyas? Formula. This Research was held in Cattleya B Ward of Bhakti Yudha Hospital on May 21st-30th 2012 using Quantitative and Qualitative approach with an observation to nursing activity based on work sampling method and also in-depth interview with some informants to gain any information for analysis. The result of this research proved that nursing workload is in productive state (80%) with only 33.98% are direct nursing care activities and 47.4% are indirect nursing care activities. The usage of time for individual activity and non-productive activity are still in the ILO Standard (14.98%) Gillies?, PPNI, and Ilyas? Formula did not described some of indirect activity like administration, and making nursing report which in observation need higher proportions than others. In the contrary, WISN, which results 35 nurses as staff with 1 additional nurse as the head of Cattleya B ward, is suitable with hospital because described the real work load in the ward. In the future, hopefully manager can give any tolerance like training day for nurse; add some staff both nursing staff and non-nursing staff as needs for service quality.

Hospital accreditation is for patient safety by assessing handwashing practices in working group of Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) version 2012. The purpose of this research is to see the practice of handwashing done by nurses in Kemayoran Hospital ward everyday which is one of the requirements of hospital accreditation. The method used is quantitative-qualitative research (mixed method). Quantitative research design is cross sectional and qualitative data is obtained by direct observation and in-depth interview. The result of nurse hand washing practice was 58,3%. Age variables, workspace, workplace reminders, learning media, availability of gloves, search kars and relationship attitudes Handwashing Practice, p Value < 0.05. Conclusion: How to overcome the obstacles are made firm and binding regulations such as rewards and punishments such as inclusion of hand-washing practice activities into employee performance goals and e-performance as the main activity so that for those who practice hand washing less will reduce the remuneration and if this continue to happen will have an impact to employee performance goals assessments that may result in suspension and dismissal.

Keberhasilan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan sangat berhubungan dengan terpenuhi atau tidaknya rangkaian kegiatan pelayanan keperawatan yang merupakan beban kerja perawat. Beban kerja perawat tersebut adalah jumlah seluruh kegiatan yang dilaksanakan perawat dalam waktu dan satuan hasil. Tesis ini bertujuan menganalisis beban kerja untuk menentukan kebutuhan tenaga perawat dan mendapatkan gambaran strategi bagi manajemen dalam memenuhi kesenjangan beban kerja yang ada di Rumah Sakit Tugu Ibu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif secara cross-sectional pada perawat ruang rawat inap kelas III Flamboyan. Observasi kegiatan perawat dilakukan dengan metode work sampling dan kebutuhan tenaga perawat dihitung dengan menggunakan metode Workload Indicators Of Staffing Need (WISN).
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui kegiatan produktif langsung perawat adalah sebesar 29,34% dan kegiatan produktif tidak langsung perawat mencapai 54,86%. Perhitungan kebutuhan tenaga perawat berdasarkan beban kerja diperoleh 24,43 tenaga perawat dengan rasio WISN 0,82. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bagi manajemen Rumah Sakit Tugu Ibu untuk mempertimbangkan beban kerja perawat sebagai acuan dalam menentukan kebutuhan tenaga perawat dan diperlukan evaluasi terhadap uraian tugas perawat agar waktu kerja yang ada lebih efektif pemanfaatannya sesuai dengan fungsi utama perawat.
The success of nursing service quality has high correlation with the adequacy of nursing service activities which is the nurse workload. The nurse workload is the total of all conducted activities in certain time with the result as unit of measure. This thesis is aimed to analyse the workload to determine the needs of nursing staff and to obtain the strategy which is required by the management to fulfill the workload gaps at Tugu Ibu Hospital. The research method used was cross-sectional quantitative to the nurses at Class III Flamboyan Ward. Observation of the nurses activities were done by work sampling method and the needs to nursing staff was calculated with Workload Indicators Of Staffing Need (WISN) method.
Based on the research, it was known that the nurses direct productive activities is 29,34% and nurses indirect productive activities is as high as 54,86%. Calculation of the needs on nursing staff based on workload resulted of 24,34 nurses with WISN ration of 0,82. From the research, it is recommended that TuguIbu Hospital management to consider nurse workload as reference in determining the needs of nursing staff, and evaluation is needed to the nurse job description, to be effective in time management according to the main function of a nurse.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pada perawat rawat inap RSUD Koja. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode cross-sectional dengan uji chi square dan regresi logistik. Pengambilan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner skala likert kepada 134 responden. Perhitungan sampel menggunakan rumus perhitungan jumlah sampel simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara stress kerja (p=0,006) dan kepuasan kerja (p=0,001) terhadap kinerja.
Hasil multivariat menunjukkan bahwa komponen dari variabel stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pada perawat . Peneliti menyarankan untuk melakukan maintenance sarana dan prasarana secara rutin, mengadakan pelatihan/acara yang bersifat meningkatkan rasa kebersamaan dan penguatan psikologi, melakukan Employee Opinion Survey (EOS), dan menghitung kembali kebutuhan tenaga keperawatan.

This study aims to determine the relationship between the Characteristics of nursesand job satisfaction at the Hospital Moh. Ridwan Meuraksa. This type ofquantitative research with cross sectional method using questionnaires . The studywas conducted at Hospital Moh. Ridwan Meuraksa in May 2015, with a sampletotaling 77 nurses. Analysis of the relationship using fisher exact test and logisticregression. The results showed the part of characteristic such as salary, therelationship between nurses, perception and the last is wisdom and job satisfactionhas a significant relationship. The Hospital should care and improve the nurses jobsatisfaction and job satisfaction in order to increase quality of service.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya perubahan lingkungan rumah sakit di Indonesia yaitu globalisasi dan desentralisasi. Kebijakan desentralisai mempengaruhi kebijakan kesehatan termasuk rumah sakit di daerah terutama menyangkut pembiayaan. Selama ini masalah pembiayan tergantung pada kebijakan pemerintah pusat saat ini beralih menjadi kewenangan pemerintah daerah dan tergantung kepada sumber dana yang tersedia di daerah padahal dana yang tersedia terbatas. Hal ini menyebabkan rumah sakit dituntut meningkatkan kemampuannya untuk mendapatkan sumber pembiayaan baik dari pemerintah maupun non pemerintah atau masyarakat.Pelayanan Rawat Inap di Rumah Sakit Umum Ajjappannge Soppeng sebagai rumah sakit daerah pada tahun 2002 telah mencapai cakupan pelayanan cukup tinggi dengan BOR 70%. Namun pendapatan dari retribusi pelayanan masih rendah. Hal ini disebabkan tarif pelayanan masih rendah juga belum dihitung berdasarkan biaya satuan dan analisa biaya. Maka untuk meningkatkan pendapatan unit rawat inap dari retribusi perlu melakukan analisis tarif rawat inap untuk mobilisasi dana dari masyarakat melalui penyesuaian pola tarif.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran tarif rawat inap yang ditetapkan berdasarkan biaya satuan pada masing-masing kelas perawatan di RSUA Soppeng. Termasuk didalamnya untuk mengetahui total biaya, cost recovery rate (CRR), kebijakan maupun kemampuan membayar dari masyarakat sebagai dasar penetapan tarif. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kasus dengan analisis biaya rawat inap menggunakan metode simple distribution di RSUA Soppeng tahun anggaran 2001.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tarif yang belaku pada kelas I, II dan III kecuali VIP berdasarkan Perda Kabupaten Soppeng no 4 tahun 1998 masih di bawah. biaya satuan aktual sebesar Rp 51.696,- demikian pula biaya satuan normatif sebesar Rp 34.975,31. Hasil pada simulasi tarif dapat meningkatkan CRR dari 25 % manjadi 44,7 %, terjadi peningkatan mobilisasi dana untuk menutupi sebagian biaya pelayanan unit rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Ajjappannge Soppeng.Peneliti menyarankan untuk dilakukan penyesuaian tarif pelayanan rawat inap yang dibuat berdasarkan biaya satuan, tingkat pemulihan biaya, kebijakan dan kemampuan membayar masyarakat.
Analysis of Inpatient Tariff at General Hospital of Ajjappannge Soppeng, South Sulawesi, 2001. This research was initiated due to environmental change in the hospital setting in Indonesia that is globalization and decentralization. Decentralization policy affects health care and hospital policies at district government, especially on the issue of financing.Under previous mechanism, the central government subsidized directly to the district hospitals. After the implementation of autonomy, financing of district hospitals has shifted to the local government through Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) whereas that financing source is limited. As a consequence, has to improve their capability to seek for additional of financing both from government and public sector.Utilization rate of inpatient care units of General Hospital of Ajjappannge Soppeng South Sulawesi was quite high which showed in 2000 where Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR) indicate 70 %, although the revenue from retribution inpatient care units was still low. One potential cause is due to low tariff that is set by the local government; this tariff is not based on the unit cost analysis. Resource mobilization should be explore from both public and government sector. One of the attempts is to adjust tariff that is base on unit cost. The research aim to estimate inpatient tariff that state base on unit cost in each class ward at inpatient care units at General Hospital of Ajjappannge Soppeng. Include the analysis to estimate total cost, cost recovery rate (CRR), tariff policy, and community ability to pay (ATP) as the basis in the deciding the tariff.This is a case study; using cost analysis of in patient ward with simple distribution method at General Hospital of Ajjappannge Soppeng used the year of budget 2001.The result of this study showed that the tariff of inpatient care in each class (The 151, 2nd and 3rd class except VIP class) ward by Perda Kabupaten Soppeng No 4 Tahun 1998 is lower than units cost services, Actual Unit Cost is Rp 51.696; and Normative Unit Cost is Rp 34.975,31.The tariff pattern on simulation of inpatient care, would improvement CRR from 25,5 % to 44,7 %, it means that resource mobilization may increase financing in the inpatient unit.Finally the researcher suggests the inpatient care tariff which stated base on unit cost, cost recovery, policy and ability to pay.
Dari pengamatan terhadap pola kegiatan perawat diperoleh hasil penggunaan waktu produktif perawat di Instalasi Rawat Inap 64,45%, dan waktu tidak produktif 35,54%. Berdasarkan data primer yang berhasil dikumpulkan, setelah diolah oleh Formula (Gillies, PPNI, Ilyas) dan data sekunder terkait seputar pengetahuan seputar pekerjaan, keterampilan dan sikap, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa jumlah tenaga perawat di Instalasi Rawat Inap sejumlah 10 orang. Jumlah ini sesuai dengan jumlah perawat saat ini.

This thesis aims untuki know the analysis of energy needs in Inpatient RSIA SamMarie Basra 2014. The research background is the increasing number 3 beds, the percentage of overtime, center hospital revenue. The calculation formula used is the formula (Gillies, PPNI, Ilyas). This research is quantitative with observation (time and motion study), qualitative in-depth interviews and document review. Primary data were collected through observation during the 8 days of work, and conduct in-depth interviews to informants related to research in RSIA SamMarie Basra.
From the observation of the pattern of activity nurses obtained results using productive time nurse in Inpatient 64.45%, and 35.54% unproductive time. Based on primary data collected, after being processed by Formula (Gillies, PPNI, Ilyas) and related secondary data regarding knowledge about jobs, skills and attitudes, it is concluded that the number of nurses in Inpatient some 10 people. This number corresponds to the number of nurses today.
