Abstrak
Pembatalan operasi elektif di RSUP Dokter Kariadi, sebesar 6,49% di atas angka standar tahun 2012 ( ≤ 5% ). Pembatalan operasi elektif dapat menyebabkan ketidakpuasan pasien, peningkatan biaya, lama rawat pasien di rumah sakit, dan mencerminkan inefisiensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pembatalan operasi elektif. Sebanyak 6,8 % operasi elektif dibatalkan karena alasan medis 106 (46,1%) dan non medis 124 (53,9%). Pembatalan operasi berhubungan dengan kondisi pasien, hasil laboratorium tidak normal, dan kesiapan operator. Sehingga disarankan untuk dikembangkan klinik pra bedah.
Cancellation of elective surgery at Doctors Hospital Kariadi, amounting to 6.49% is still above the standard ( ≤ 5% ). Cancellation of elective surgery could lead to patient dissatisfaction, increased costs, length of stay and reflects the inefficiency. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the cancellation of elective surgery. 6.8 % elective operations were canceled due to medical reasons (46.1%) and non-medical (53.9%). Cancellation of operations related to the patient's condition, abnormal laboratory results, and operator. It is suggested to develop pre ? surgery clinic.
Improvement in human resources quality in Proklamasi- ENT Hospital requirescreation of a good performance management system through implementation ofperformance measurement by formulating Key Performance Indicators whichfunction as a measuring instrument to achieve hospital goals. A qualitativeapproach with focus group discussions and in depth interviews method with alldivisions in the hospital was performed to formulate KPI which compatible tohospital goals. A 196 KPI draft was formed for 23 divisions whereas each divisionconsist of 8-10 KPI to became hospital consideration to measure all divisionperformance that compatible with hospital goals.Keywords: Key performance indicators, KPI, Performance Measurement.
The JKN program was launched in 2014 to provide wider access to health services for Indonesian citizens and even foreigners. The growth rate of JKN participants is increasing, from the lower classes of society as well as the rich people who. In the higher-class community, there is a tendency to demand extra services with upgrading class. There are factors that influence the patient's decision. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the characteristics of JKN patients and the decision to upgrading class. This study uses a retrospective study design and a cross-sectional method, using secondary data from the medical records of patients and data on claims for JKN patients from January 1 to December 31, 2019. 171 samples studied, the patients who decide to upgrade to the VIP class mostly are female, JKN Workers participant segment, most of them make the decision based on the patient's wishes even though the inpatient room is available, and for non-surgical treatment. There is a significant relationship between gender, education and the availability of the rooms on the decision of JKN patients to upgrade the class.
