Abstrak:
Identifikasi bahaya dan analisis risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan di lingkungan sekolah dasar merupakan salah upaya peningkatan derajat kesehatan serta keselamatan siswa, guru maupun karyawan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi bahaya serta menganalisis tingkat risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan yang ada pada kegiatan sekolah di 14 sekolah dasar yang ada di Kecamatan Beji, Kota Depok tahun 2018 menggunakan metode semi kuantitatif William T. Fine. Desain studi penelitian ini adalah cross sectional yang bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan studi observasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ditemukan 596 potensi bahaya dengan tingkat risiko berkisar dari tingkat acceptable hingga priority 1. Dengan proporsi temuan bahaya yaitu pada kegiatan olahraga sebesar 14%, berjalan dan bermain 21%, belajar di kelas 35%, belajar di perpustakaan 9%, menggunakan toilet 12%, menggunakan laboratorium 6% dan membeli makanan 3%. Tingkat risiko tertinggi merupakan tingkat priority 1 yang ditemukan pada kegiatan belajar di kelas dengan potensi bahaya atap runtuh serta kegiatan berjalan dan bermain dengan potensi bahaya terjatuh dari ketinggian. Sedangkan untuk tingkat risiko substantial, ditemukan di beberapa aktivitas seperti belajar di kelas dengan potensi bahaya pencahayaan yang kurang dan postur janggal serta pada kegiatan berjalan dan bermain yaitu permukaan licin dan laju kendaraan. Untuk itu diperlukan tindakan preventif dan promotif dalam rangka meminimalisasi risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan yang ada di sekolah dasar

Abstrak:
ABSTRAK Risiko terkait keselamatan dan kesehatan tidak hanya mengancam siswa, melainkan dapat terjadi pada karyawan sekolah. Penilaian yang salah tentang risiko akan menyebabkan pengambilan keputusan yang tidak sesuai dan memicu tindakan tidak aman. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menilai persepsi karyawan sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Beji Depok terhadap risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja berdasarkan paradigma psikometrik. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif berdesain cross sectional dengan jumlah responden yang terlibat sebanyak 199 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan paradigma voluntarines, risiko yang tidak bisa diterima secara sukarela adalah adanya tindak kekerasan dari murid ataupun orang tua. Berdasarkan paradigma immediacy effect, risiko yang memiliki efek segera adalah risiko terpeleset. Berdasarkan paradigma knowledge in experience, risiko yang sering dialami adalah kelelahan mata. Berdasarkan paradigma knowledge in science, risiko yang belum diketahui secara ilmu pengetahuan adalah terkena bahan berbahaya. Berdasarkan paradigma controllability, risiko yang tidak bisa dikendalikan adalah bencana alam. Berdasarkan paradigma newness, risiko yang baru diketahui adalah terkena bahan berbahaya. Berdasarkan paradigma chronic/catastrophic, risiko yang memiliki efek katastropik adalah bencana alam. Berdasarkan paradigma common/dread, risiko yang jarang terjadi dan membuat takut adalah bencana alam. Terakhir berdasarkan paradigma severity of consequence, risiko yang memiliki efek fatal adalah kebakaran dan bencana alam. Maka dari itu, perlu diadakan pelatihan khususnya terkait bencana alam untuk menambah pengetahuan karyawan sekolah. A false assessment of risk leads to inappropriate decision making and unsafe act or human error. The purpose of this study was to assess risk perception of occupational safety and health on primary school employees in Beji Depok sub-district based on psychometric paradigm. The design of this study used a descriptive quantitative method with a cross sectional approach and the number of respondents involved as many as 199 people. The results of this study show that based on the voluntarines paradigm, the risk that can not be accepted voluntarily is the presence of violence from students or parents. Based on the immediacy effect paradigm, the risk that has an immediate effect is the risk of slipping. Based on the paradigm of knowledge in experience, the risk is often experienced eye fatigue. Based on the knowledge in science paradigm, the risks not yet known in science are exposed to hazardous materials. Based on the controllability paradigm, the uncontrollable risk is a natural disaster. Based on the newness paradigm, the newly discovered risk is exposed to hazardous materials. Based on the chronic / catastrophic paradigm, the risk of having a catastrophic effect is a natural disaster. Based on the common / dread paradigm, the risks that are rare and frightening are natural disasters. Last based on the severity of consequence paradigm, the risks that have a fatal effect are fires and natural disasters. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct training especially related to natural disasters to increase knowledge of school employees. Masalah keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada UMKM diakibatkan lemahnyamanajemen risiko. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai tingkat risikokeselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada lima (5) workshop berbahan dasar logam diDesa Gunung Sari, Bogor, 2016. Metode W.T Fine yang digunakan adalah untukmenganalisis tingkat risiko dengan melihat nilai konsekuensi, pajanan, dankemungkinan dari setiap risiko. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkatrisiko tertinggi adalah bahaya ergonomi dan kimia.

Abstrak:
Berdasarkan hasil kajian literatur, aktivitas hauling, loading, dan dumping merupakan aktivitas berisiko tinggi di pertambangan (Kecojevic dan Radomsky, 2004; MSHA, 2018). Pada tahun 2015 sampai 2018, di PT. XYZ telah terjadi beberapa kecelakaan pada aktivitas tersebut, sehingga menyebabkan fataliti. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan kajian risiko mendalam terkait tiga kegiatan tersebut di PT. XYZ. Kajian risiko dilakukan dengan metode failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA). Ditemukan 71 mode kegagalan potensial di PT. XYZ, terdiri dari 7 temuan tahap persiapan, 18 temuan proses pemuatan, 35 temuan proses pengangkutan, dan 11 temuan proses pembongkaran. Dari 71 mode kegagalan, 25% mode kegagalannya memiliki tingkat risiko sangat tinggi, seperti kerusakan ban dumptruck akibat batu tajam, kegagalan fungsi rem, ban bocor saat berjalan, unit loader menabrak batu besar ketika manuver, unit loader terkena pentalan batu dan mengenai kabin ketika pengisian, ban unit loader mengalami sayatan besar akibat ceceran batu tajam, unit dumptruck terperosok di permukaan labil, kendaraan ringan terjatuh saat berjalan di tebing. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakuan peningkatan perawatan pada unit alat berat, lingkungan kerja aman, dan peningkatan kompetensi operator.

As recommendation, it is important to strengthen maintenance of heavy equipment, improve safe environment, and increase operator competence.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini membahas risiko keselamatan pada aktivitas bermain di area bermain outdoor TK Indria, Beji-Depok Tahun 2013. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif observasional yang bertujuan untuk menentukan tingkat risiko keselamatan pada aktivitas bermain terkait penggunaan alat-alat permainan di area bermain outdoor dengan menggunakan metode semi kuantitatif AS/NZS 4360:2004. Penelitian ini melakukan identifikasi bahaya dan risiko di setiap tahapan (task) aktivitas bermain dengan menggunakan metode JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) dan menganalisis nilai probability, exposure, dan consequences di setiap tahapan tersebut berdasarkan tabel semi kuantitatif W.T Fine J. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa tingkat risiko yang dimiliki pada setiap tahapan aktivitas bermain di area bermain outdoor meliputi level very high, priority 1, substantial, priority 3, dan acceptable.
This research discussed the safety risk in playing activity at playgorund area Kindergarten Indria, Beji-Depok 2013. Design for this research was descriptive observational study that objective to determine the level of risk safety on playing activity related playing equipment at playground area using semi quantitative method AS/NZS 4360:2004. The research identified hazard and risk using JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) and analyze the score of probability, exposure, and consequences at each stage in playing activity based on semi quantitative table W.T. Fine J. Results of this research showed that the level of risk at each stage in playing activity at playground area includes very high level, priority 1, substantial, priority 3, and acceptable.

Abstrak:
PT. ABC adalah operator yang dipercaya untuk mengelola salah satu blok migas di daerah Riau. Salah satu divisi dari PT. ABC bertanggung jawab untuk pekerjaan konstruksi yang mendukung pekerjaan migas PT. ABC. Tesis ini fokus kepada iklim keselamatan pada pekerja migas di area operasi XXX divisi Facility Engineering PT. ABC, data iklim keselamatan pekerja diperoleh dengan cara melakukan survei. Metode survei bersumber dari survei yang digunakan pada jurnal (Sunindijo et al. 2019) dan (Loosemore et al. 2019) yang sudah digunakan pada industri konstruksi bangunan, infrastruktur, konstruksi di Indonesia dan dan konstruksi Australia. Responden adalah karyawan dan mitra kerja PT. ABC. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rerata nilai survei iklim keselamatan karyawan dan mitra kerja PT. ABC adalah baik, berada di angka 4,92 dari 6 skala likert, tidak ditemukan perbedaan yang signifikan antara iklim keselamatan karyawan dan mitra kerja PT. ABC. Pengujian t-test menunjukkan tidak ada nilai p < 0.05, dan rerata nilai survei iklim keselamatan karyawan dan mitra kerja PT. ABC lebih baik, berada diatas rerata nilai survei iklim keselamatan industri infrastruktur, bangunan, konstruksi di Indonesia dan konstruksi di Australia.

Industri konstruksi di Indonesia menyerap tenaga kerja sebanyak 8,7 juta orang pada tahun 2023, dimana konstruksi dikenal sebagai pekerjaan berisiko tinggi dan merupakan penyumbang kecelakaan terbesar kedua di Asia. Iklim keselamatan merupakan salah satu faktor kunci dalam mencegah kecelakaan kerja. Penelitian ini fokus menganalisis iklim keselamatan manajemen dan iklim keselamatan pekerja di sebuah proyek konstruksi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah mixed methode dimana total partisipan berjumlah 235 responden dan 26 informan kunci. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan Nordic Occupational Safety Climate Questionnaire (NOSACQ-50) dan wawancara mendalam. Analisa intersection antara data kuantitatif dan kualitatif menunjukkan bahwa terdapat ketidakkonsistenan pada tiap kategori iklim keselamatan. Pada iklim keselamatan manajemen, meskipun skor tertinggi diperoleh dimensi pemberdayaan keselamatan manajemen, namun dari hasil kualitatif diperoleh bahwa dimensi ini memiliki persepsi kurang paling tinggi. Pada iklim keselamatan pekerja, analisa intersection menunjukkan bahwa dimensi prioritas keselamatan pekerja dan dimensi kepercayaan terhadap keefektifan sistem keselamatan kerja memiliki persepsi kurang paling rendah. Perlu dilakukannya strategi peningkatan melalui evaluasi dan pengembangan sistem manajemen serta komunikasi keselamatan.
The construction industry in Indonesia absorbs a workforce of 8.7 million people in 2023, where construction is known as a high-risk job and is the second largest contributor to accidents in Asia. Safety climate is one of the key factors in preventing work accidents. This research focuses on analyzing the management safety climate and worker safety climate in a construction project. The research design used was a mixed method where the total participants were 235 respondents and 26 key informants. Data was collected using the Nordic Occupational Safety Climate Questionnaire (NOSACQ-50) and in-depth interviews. Intersection analysis between quantitative and qualitative data shows that there are inconsistencies in each safety climate category. In the management safety climate, although the highest score was obtained for the management safety empowerment dimension, from the qualitative results it was found that this dimension had the highest lack of perception. In the worker safety climate, the intersection analysis shows that the worker safety priority dimension and the dimension of trust in the effectiveness of the work safety system have the lowest perception. It is necessary to carry out improvement strategies through evaluation and development of safety management and communication systems.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji hubungan serta pengaruh Iklim Keselamatan Psikososial terhadap kejadian perundungan di tempat kerja di PT WID (perusahaan pembangkit tenaga listrik) yang melibatkan enam area kerja pembangkit listrik di seluruh Indonesia.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan studi potong lintang (cross- sectional study) dengan melibatkan 100 orang tenaga kerja di lini bisnis Operational & Maintenance yang memiliki usia di atas 17 tahun dan pengalaman kerja minimal 6 bulan, untuk ikut berpartisipasi dalam pengisian kuesioner Psychosocial Safety Climate (PSC 12) untuk mengukur tingkat iklim keselamatan psikososial dan Negative Acts Qustionnaire-Revised (NAQ-R) untuk mengatahui tingkat kejadian perundungan di perusahaan. Hasil: Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa Iklim Keselamatan Psikososial berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap tingkat kejadian perundungan di tempat kerja di perusahaan, dengan arah hubungan negatif dan berkekuatan sedang (p-sig=0,003; r=0,292; ß=-0,257). Selain itu hasil uji regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa Komitmen Manajemen memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan (p-sig= 0,013) terhadap penurunan tingkat perundungan di tempat kerja, dibandingkan Prioritas Manajemen, Partisipasi Organisasi dan Komunikasi Organisasi. This study aims to determine and examine the relationship and influence of the Psychosocial Safety Climate on the incidence of workplace bullying at PT WID (a power generation company) involving six power plant work areas throughout Indonesia. Method: This was a cross-sectional study involving 100 workers in the power plant industry who were above 17 years of age and with a work experience of at least 6 months. These workers participated in this study by filling out the Psychosocial Safety Climate (PSC 12) to measure the level of psychosocial safety climate and Negative Acts Questionnaire-Revised (NAQ-R) to determine the incidence of bullying in companies Results: The results of the analysis show that the Psychosocial Safety Climate has a significant effect on the incidence of bullying in the workplace in the company, with a negative relationship direction and moderate strength(p-sig=0,003; r=0,292; ß=-0,257). In addition, the results of multiple linear regressions show that Management Commitment has a significant effect (p-sig = 0.013) on the decrease in bullying levels in the workplace, compared to Management Priority, Organizational Participation and Organizational Communication. Conclusion: This shows that if there is an increase in one level of Psychosocial Safety Climate, there will be a decrease in bullying actions by 0.257. Where management commitment is the variable that has the most dominant influence on reducing the level of bullying in the workplace
