Background: Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) is one of Non communicable Diseaseswhich cause the biggest number of death all over the world. The prevalence ofcardiovascular disease in Indonesia is high, but the screening or earlier detection of riskfactor of CVD is still low. In this context, this research is aimed to build online applicationdevelopment of monitoring and evaluating system of the CVD risk factor which isintegrated with the surveillance and NCD information system to facilitate Indonesian tohave earlier detection of CVD risk factor. Method: System development in research usingSystem Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method of Rapid Application Development withchoice of iterative system model. Results: the prototype of online application developmentof monitoring and evaluating system of the CVD risk factor is named SEHATJANTUNGKU. This prototype is online responsive web based which facilitate the usersto access this system anywhere and by using many platforms. Conclusions: the onlineapplication development of monitoring and evaluating system of the CVD risk factor willhelp the NCD program manager and stakeholders to monitor, evaluate, and createrelated policies.Keywords: NCD, CVD risk factor, early detection, RAD, monitoring and evaluating.
Didalam sistem monitoring dan evaluasi ketersediaan obat dan penggunaan obat secara rasional dibutuhkan data,dan informasi yang lengkap, akurat dan legal waktu. Sistem informasi ini harus mampu menyediakan laporan laporan, baik rutin maupun khusus yang berkaitan dengan seluruh fungsi sistem informasi ketersediaan obat dan penggunaan obat secara rasional. Pengembangan sistem monitoring dan evaluasi ketersediaan obat dan penggunaan obat secara rasional dilakukan di Kabupaten Tangerang guna meningkatkan pengolahan dan penyampaian data dan informasi ketersediaan obat dan penggunaan obat secara rasional, serta teridentifikasinya faktor-faktor yang strategis untuk diintervensi dan dikembangkan lebih lanjut serta rekomendasi untuk sistem informasi ketersediaan obat dan penggunaan obat secara rasional. Pendekatan kajian dengan mengembangkan sistem yang ada menggunakan paket software MapInfo dan uji coba implementasi dengan melibatkan sumber daya manusia dan sumber daya lainnya dilingkungan Kabupaten Tengerang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Software Maplnfo sangat membantu penyajian serta penyampaian infonnasi untuk mengambil keputusan di tingkat Kabupaten. Disamping itu dapat mendukung pelaksanaan pemantauan ketersediaan obat dan pembinaan kepada petugas di unit pelayanan kesehatan. Untuk meningkatkan sistem monitoring dan evaluasi ketersediaan obat dan penggunaan obat secara rasional perlu dilakukan intervensi lebih lanjut. Faktor strategis yang perlu diintervensi adalah pembuatan paket software pendukung yang lebih sederhana dan mudah digunakan oleh pemakai di tingkat Kabupaten?
Problems being faced by naval medical facilities are the lack of infrastructure andhuman resources as well as non-availibility of database which can be usedsimultaneously in carrying out monitoring of health facility. This research isintended to develop a monitoring system for health facilities in the Department ofthe Naval Health. The development of systems is using the System DevelopmentLife Cycle (SDLC) with a prototype approach. Primary data collection is carriedout by the method of in-depth interviews. Secondary data research is done bypaper based document recording and reporting. Rating of monitoring andevaluation systems in naval health facilities is subjected to the Ministry of Healthregulations. The system being developed is having a capacity of showing theaccurate information on the ability of health facilities (hospitals and BK / BP) inarea of health care, infrastructures and human resources. Merging of system iscarried out by way of full migration as to enable the direct data sharing. A reporting information system design and evaluation of a computerizedmonitoring created to replace the old system is still manual. The methodologyuses the stages in the method of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)starting from the stage of analysis, database design, interface design toimplementation. This study is limited only to the stage of system design. Theresults of the monitoring and evaluation system development implementationand realization of the health budget in Bengkulu Provincial Health Officeenables users to get the data allocation, realization, performance activities,and the rest of the budget. The system is still not comprehensive so thatnecessary changes in indicators evaluating our achievements and continue tointeract with the actors of the system in terms of the purposes of informationand other inputs.Keywords: SDLC, Monitoring, Evaluation, System
Perancangan prototipe sistem informasi evaluasi dampak hasil penelitian dan pengembangan kesehatan melalui pendekatan bibliometrika di Badan Litbang Kesehatan Jakarta.Penelitian dan pengembangan kesehatan (litbangkes) diarahkan untuk menghasilkan pengetahuan dan teknologi kesehatan tepat guna yang diperlukan dalam rangka meningkatkan derajat kesehatan. Jumlah penelitian dan pengembangan yang dilakukan Badan Litbangkes cenderung meningkat setiap tahunnya. Pertanyaan yang mungkin muncul adalah bagaimana pengaruh dari penelitian Badan Litbangkes bagi kemajuan bidang penelitian? Dalam melakukan penelitian terhadap pengaruh penelitian diperlukan suatu indikator penetitian yang jelas yang dapat menunjukkan dampak (impact) suatu penelitian. Salah satu cara yang dapat memberikan gambaran atas pengaruh penelitian adalah dengan penentuan indeks sitasi dan faktor dampak dan jurnal yang dihasilkan. Selama ini laporan analisis data hasil penelitian yang telah dikumpulkan belum ada. Koleksi data publikasi dan sitasi artikel ilmiah belum pernah dicoba untuk dianalisis, hal ini disebabkan belum dikenali keperluan dan pemanfaatannya.Kinerja penelitian Badan Litbangkes baru diukur berdasar atas jumlah peneliti dan sumber daya penelitian lainnya ataupun sekedar jumlah artikel yang mampu dipublikasikan setiap tahunnya, belum melihat seberapa besar dampak luaran penelitian yang telah dihasilkan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut di atas perlu dilakukan pendekatan bibliometrik yang merupakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menganalisis literatur hasil penelitian dan mengembangkan sistem informasi untuk mengolah literatur tersebut sehingga mampu menghasilkan informasi yang dapat membantu mengevaluasi hasil penelitian Badan Litbangkes.Proses pelaksanaan pengemhangan sistem informasi dilaksanakan hanya sampai pada tahap uji coba prototipe di laboratorium karena keterbatasan dana dan waktu pelaksanaan. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah metode inkremental, yang menggabungkan elemen dalam metode urutan linear System Development Life Cyclc (SDLC) dengan filosofi iteratif dari metoda prototipe. Pengumpulan data dan informasi dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan telaah dokumen. Unit kerja yang menjadi obyek penelitian adalah Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kesehatan, Depkes RI, Jakarta. Permasalahan yang ditemukan adalah permasalahan Sistem Inforrnasi Evaluasi Dampak Hasil Litbangkes terkait dengan prosedur, basis data, sarana dan Prasarana. Penelitian ini menghasilkan prototipe Sistem Infonnasi Evaluasi Dampak Hasil Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kesehatan melalui Pendekatan Bibliometrika yang memerlukan kelanjutan komitmen yang kuat dari para pengambil keputusan dan seluruh staf Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kesehatan, untuk diterapkan dan terus diberi masukan perbaikan.
Health research and development (HRD) trend aim towards generate knowlegde and expeditious health technology needed to improve health quality. The number of research and development done by National Institute of Health Research and Development (NIHRD) increases every year. Possible question rise is what is the effect of NIHRD research to the improvement field of research? To estimate the research effect, a clear indicator is needed to show the impact of a research. One way to give a description of the effect is with determine citation index and impact factor from published science journal. All these years data analysis result has not been collected. Data collection on publicity and article citation never been analyze because the necessity and benefit was unrecognized. So far NIHRD appraisal based on the number of researcher and Qther sources, not based on how big the impact of those research. Based on all the above, HRD need to do bibliometrics approach that constitute quantitative approach to' analyze research literature and developing information system to prepare the literature so it can give information that help to evaluate NIHRD research result The process of developing infonnation system merely within prototype testing in laboratory due to the lack of funding and time limit oflhis research. Methodology for this research is incremental method which integrate elements in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with iteratif philosophy from prototype method. Data and information incorporated by depth interview, observation dan literature study. Research object is NIHRD, Jakarta. The discovered problems are information system of evaluation on HRD result impact related with procedure, data base, and infrastructure. This research produced design of Information system prototype on HRD Result Impact Evaluation through Bibliometrics Approach which need a commitment from policy maker dan all the staff on NIHRD to apply and give continue improvement. Background: In the hospital, ineffective information is caused by late referral and incomplete medical records. Decree of the Minister of Health No. 129/2008 of Hospital Minimum Service Standards explained this case. The standard said that medical record documents must be returned in 1x24hours and its completeness must be 100%. Nevertheless, Fatmawati Jakarta Hospital underwent an increase of late returns and incomplete inpatient medical record documents percentages. Objectives: Aims of this study are determining and identifying flow and needs of the development of an information system. Also, this study aims to design an information system for monitoring inpatient medical record documents. Methods: This study used a qualitative method, SDLC stages, and a prototype method approach. Results: There are problems in the current hospital information system. Also, it makes employees still need to do their works manually. Therefore, an inpatient medical record document monitoring information system was designed through some stages. Those are the system flow, database, user interface, OPS, and manualbook formings. Conclusions and Recommendations: The new information system provides some improvements in the hospital. Those are particularly in achievement and enhancement of quality indicators and standards. This is because it can overcome problems and produce quality reports. Also, it makes employees do their works efficiently. For recommendations, the hospital should support this development by facilities and infrastructure provision. They also need to socialize the operational procedure standard and manualbook. Then, they should do the process of testing the system to users and database maintenance efforts regularly .
