Needle Stick Injury (NSI) is a work accident that is often experienced by healthworkers throughout the world. Every year, it is estimated there are hundreds of millionshealth workers affected by NSI that lead to blood borne pathogen diseases, includingHIV / AIDS, Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C. In developing countries, the frequency of NSIis still higher than in developed countries. Whereas NSI incidents can be prevented byusing a series of prevention strategies, such as the use of Safety Needle Device (SND)along with training, education and work practice control. The purpose of this study is toobtain an analysis strategy of preventing needle stick injuries in other countries and toanalyze the strategies that are most relevant for the implementation in Indonesia. Thisresearch is a literature review study through eight databases, namely Pubmed, ProQuest,Ebsco, Springer Link, Scopus, Science Direct, JSTOR and Google Scholar. There were20 articles included from the 15.840 articles identified from the eight databases. Theresults of this study indicate that NSI prevention strategies in various countries are verydiverse with the most recommendations being the use of SND. Policies related to NSIprevention have been implemented in many developed countries and some developingcountries, but in Indonesia there are no specific regulations discussing about NSIprevention. Therefore, we need a guideline for the preparation of NSI prevention inIndonesia, especially in the hospital setting.

One of the parameters to determine the quality of health services in the hospital is the quality of medical record services that is about the completeness of recording medical records. A good medical record quality indicator is the completeness of its content, accurate, punctual, and legal aspects fulfillment. A complete medical record will provide convenience for the provision of information in the hospital. The medical record services at Kasih Ibu General Hospital Denpasar in the implementation are still facing some problems, to wit the return of medical record file that is more than the deadline specified and the completeness of the medical record file. The evaluation results for the third quarter report in 2017 showed that the average length of medical record file returns from July to September 2017 which is more than 1x24 hours is 22% while less than 1x24 hours was 78%. On average incompleteness charging inpatient medical record file at the General Hospital Kasih Ibu Denpasar in July to September 2017 was 73%. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in the completeness of the document review is based on a retrospective review and concurrent review of the patient's complete medical record file Sectio Caesaria (inpasif action) and pneumonia (by conventional measures) Kasih Ibu Hospital in Denpasar. The type of research used in this research is using quantitative approach method by comparing two (2) population that is Retrospecttive Review and Concurrent Review. The study was conducted on the medical records of Sectio Caesaria patients and on the medical records of patients with Pneumonia. Determination of population is done based on clinical pathways in Kasih Ibu Hospital Denpasar. There is a difference to the completeness of the medical record file between the retrospective review and the concurrent review. The data obtained shows that the number of medical record completeness with concurrent review method is higher than in the retrospective review method. This is because the medical recorder to check the completeness of the file when the patient is still inpatient and provide a sign or note on the file that is not complete so that when the doctor visits it is easier to complete the medical records file

Surgical site infection (SSI) is a major cause increased medical costs, increased length of stay and extended recovery time for women who had a cesarean section. The incidence of SSI in developing countries is higher than in developed countries. Mothers who had done cesarean section surgery have a chance up to 20 times higher of developing morbidity of infection compared to vaginal birth. Therefore this study aims to identify the incidence and risk factors of SSI postoperative cesarean also the relationship with improving the quality of health services. The research question was answered with a literature review research and results were summarized narratively. A literature search using databases from ProQuest, PubMed, BJOG, Science Direct, Springer Link andGaruda RISTEKBRIN between 2010 and 2020. The literature on risk of surgical site infection after cesarean surgery was discussed. In total, 43 studies were included in this review. Risk factor for surgical site infection (SSI) after cesarean section identified in this study were maternal age, ASA score ≥ 3, anaemia, diabetes, obesity, hypertension, smoking, tobacco use, residence, number of vaginal examinations > 3, premature rupture of membranes, prolonged labor, gestational age, indications of cesarean section (previous cesarean section, parity, arrest of labor), chorioamnionitis, length of pre and postoperative hospital stay, prophylactic antibiotics, prolonged duration of surgery, emergency surgery, blood transfusion, wound class ≥ 3, vertical or midline abdominal incision, skin closure technique, anesthetic technique and type of surgeon. Based on the risk factors of SSI after cesarean section that has been identified, several efforts can be made by hospitals to improve the quality of cesarean section services.

Nosocomial infection is a threat to hospital patients. Efforts to prevent nosocomialinfection are hand washing carrying out, correct procedure putting catheter,handling wound, and IV drip. The study used quantitative and qualitative methodeto nurses who taking care post surgeric patients.Indepth interview was done to the director, chief supervisor, and the PPI team.Observations on correct procedure of the above was done. Bivarian test provedthat knowledges, supervision, and training are main factor affecting theprocedure. Hospital are expected to pay more attention to this three aspects.88 words

The complexity of medical services in a hospital creates a change for an error, particularly on an invasive action in surgery unit. This study is aimed to analyse events and contributing factors to medical error in the inpatient unit regarding patient safety in a district hospital.
Hospitals are health institutions that provide health services for patients, thus transmission of infectious diseases in hospital must be controlled. Study was conducted to determine whether or not there were underreported cases of VAP. This research is a qualitative observational study with descriptive data from 96 patients with positive sputum culture results from January - December 2018 as initial data. It was found from a review of medical record documents of patients with ventilator usage history that there were 5 cases of VAP. Based on FGD results, in-depth interviews, and fishbone diagram, it was found that VAP surveillance policy and implementation of VAP bundle were not detailed, there was no integrated SOP, human resource factors such as lack of discipline and no audit system that guaranteed the validity of surveillance and uniformity of health services quality. With PDCA method, researcher formulated a workframe, namely updating the policy for prevention and control of VAP, improvement and refinement of SOPs related to surveillance and implementation of VAP bundles, developing VAP surveillance and VAP bundle audit system, developing educational systems periodically to ensure a common level of understanding at the level of policy implementers and a comprehensive evaluation of policies and SOPs.
This study aims to evaluate the hospital management's efforts in addressing the ratings received on Google Customer Review at Karisma Cimareme Hospital. The research method employed is observation, referring to the SERVQUAL concept and Donabedian theory. The focus of the study lies in the dimensions of SERVQUAL, namely tangibles, empathy, responsiveness, reliability, and assurance, as well as the outcomes of improvement efforts through the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Data collection involves direct observation of hospital services, in-depth interviews with hospital staff, and analysis of Google Customer Review comments. Thematic analysis is conducted to identify key factors influencing ratings and reviews. The research findings are expected to provide an in-depth understanding of the challenges faced by hospital management in handling Google Customer Review feedback, along with recommendations for enhancing service quality and managing existing reviews. This research is intended to contribute to improving the reputation and patient satisfaction at Karisma Cimareme Hospital, as well as serving as a guideline for other hospitals facing similar challenges.
