This paper discusses the description of employee job satisfaction and responsiveness of health services at Puskesmas level at accredited Puskesmas in Depok City in 2020 and the relationship between the two. This research is a descriptive analytic study conducted by cross sectional method. The results of this study indicate that in general the level of job satisfaction of employees at accredited Puskesmas in Depok is included in the category of satisfaction with an average score of 2.71 from a scale of 4. However, on the dimensions of pay, promotions, and fringe benefits the results are included in unsatisfied category. Whereas in measuring the responsiveness of health services, it was found that the average score was 2.95 from a scale of 4 or included in good category. However, it was found that responsiveness was not good in the aspects of dignity and prompt attention in several health centers. In the bivariate analysis it is proven that there is a relationship between employee job satisfaction and responsiveness with correlation coefficient r = 0.760 (strong) and p = 0.0005 (significant), so that the higher the job satisfaction score, the higher the score of responsiveness.
Seiring dengan adanya tuntutan masyarakat akan penerapan good governance dan tuntutan akan pelayanan pubiik yang berkualitas, demokratisasi dan pengakuan hak hak azasi manusia, serta giobalisasi dan berlakunya era perdagangan bebas akan melahirkan tuntutan terhadap peiayanan yang berkualitas agar supaya tetap eksis dan mampu bersaing, Begitu juga di bidang kesehatan yang merupakan suatu kebutuhan tampak tuntutan masyarakat akan pelayanan kesehatan telah bergeser kearah yang lebih berkualitas. Pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas merupakan salah satu kebutuhan dasar yang diperlukan setiap orang maka puskesrnas sebagai penyelenggara pelayanan publik hendaknya dapat memberikan kualitas pelayanan yang dapat memenuhi keburuhan masyarakat. Selain itu, saat ini masyarakat semakin menyadari hak-haknya sebagai konsumen kesehatan. Sehingga seringkali mereka secara kritis nempertanyakan tentang penyakit, pemeriksaan, pengobatan, serta tindakan yang akan diambil berkenaan dengan penyakitnya. Puskesmas yang merupakan ujung tombak terdepan dalam pembangunan kesehatan, mempunyai peran cukup besar dalarn upaya mencapai tujuan pembanguna kesehatan, untuk itu diperlukan suatu penilaian kinerja puskesmas yaitu suatu upaya untuk melakukan penilaian hasil kerja/prestasi puskesmas. Pengukuran kualitas pelayanan puskesmas belum pemah dilakukan di Kota Tangerang, sehingga puskesmas belum dapat mengukur sejauh mana pelayanan yang diberikan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan atau harapan masyarakat. Selama ini penilaian puskesmas baru terpusat pada keberhasilan pencapaian program dart penampilan fisik akan tetapi dari aspek pasien sebagai pengguna jasa pelayanan belum pemah diukur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah didapatkannya gambaran hubungan antara pemenuhan hak pasien dengan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan puskesrnas di Kota Tartgerang tahun 2007. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kota Tangerang dari bulan Mei sampai Juni 2007. Sampel penelitian adalah 270 pasien di 10 puskesmas di Kota Tangerang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukan penilaian baik terhadap kualitas pelayanann di puskesmas (79,6%). Dari hasil analisis peranan hak pasien terhadap kualitas pelayanan di puskesmas terdapat hubungan yang positif, dimana pasien yang tepenuhi halmya memberi penilaian baik terhadap kualitas pelayanan puskesmas. Saran kepada Dinas Kesehatan, agar dalarn penilaian kinerja puskesmas hendaknya memasukkan unsur penilaian pa.sien. Saran unrtuk puskesmas, hasil survey dapat dijadikan evaluasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan.
As the public begun to claim the practice of good governance and good quality of public services, democratization, and recognition of human's rights, and also globalization, and validity of free trade era will bear the claim of good quality of service in order to keep exist and able to compete. Also in health aspect, a need of health service is one of basic needs, that is why puskesmas as the public service operator must be able to give service quality which can satisfy the needs of public. Puskesrnas which is the pioneer of health development have a big role in the effort to reach the purpose of health development, so that, a work evaluation of puskesmas is needed to give the evaluation of puskesmas achievement. The evaluation of puskesmas service quality has never been done before, that is why puskesmas never be able to evaluate how good the service they give to satisfy the public's needs. Until today, puskesmas' evaluations focus on the success of program accession and physical appearance never from the patients as the consumer of service. The purpose of this research is to get a picture of association between patien's right fulfillment and quality of health care at community health center in Tangerang City,2007. The sample of this research were 270 patients in 10 puskesmas in Kota Tangerang. Descriptive quantitative with cross sectional research design is used as a method in this research. The result showed good evaluation of the service quality in Puskesrnas. From the result of patient's rights role to the service quality in puskesmas showed a good correlation where patients that got their rights gave good grades to quality of puskesmas service. Suggestion to health Department is to put the patients evaluation in the puskesmas evaluation as the consumer of the service. Suggestion to puskesmas is to use the result of survey as the evaluation to the quality of service.
This study is quantitative research using cross sectional design to know the relationship of characteristic and job satisfaction on performance of Public Health Care officer in Belitung Regency in 2017. The sample in this research is civil servant which is found in 9 (nine) PHC in Belitung Regency which amounts to 180 people. The results showed that the characteristic variables related to the performance of PHC employee in Belitung Regency were the last education. Job satisfaction variable related to performance of PHC employee of Belitung Regency is compensation. The variable of characteristics and job satisfaction are related after tested together (simultaneous) there are three significant variables are compensation, relationship with colleagues and supervision. Conflicts in some countries cause their citizens to leave the country to seek asylum. In 2019, the number of overseas refugees in Indonesia was 13,657 people. In conditions that are full of disadvantages and difficulties, refugees still have the right to fulfil their basic needs, including access to health cares. This study used a mixed method, consisting of quantitative and qualitative methods. The qualitative method was used to confirm the results of quantitative analysis, which was done by interviewing the health service providers. The results of the analysis showed that 36% of refugees were satisfied with health services in the X health center (Puskesmas), while 35% were not satisfied. On the other hand, the percentage of refugees who were not satisfied with health services based on the dimension of empathy and assurance was 51% and 52%, respectively. However, the results of qualitative approach demonstrated otherwise, where the health care providers stated that all dimensions of service quality have met the standard and were in accordance with the expectations of refugees. The Puskesmas are advised to evaluate and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the health services by considering the needs of refugees.
Puskesmas is the leading of primary health services in Indonesia and required to implement patient safety in the services provided. The initial step in implementing patient safety at the puskesmas is to measure the patient's safety culture. This study aims to determine the description of patient safety in officers whose working at accredited Puskesmas in Bekasi. This study used a quantitative method to measure the patient safety culture using the MOSPSC (Medical Office Survey on Patient Safety Culture) instruments from AHRQ (Agency of Health Research and Quality), then followed by qualitative methods to determine the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of patient safety implementation in puskesmas. The results of the study showed a patient safety culture in puskesmas officers in the medium culture category. There is no difference in patient safety culture in the group of workers based on the profession, all of which are in the moderate category. Team work was a component of safety culture with the highest score and including good categories (84,2%). The lowest score of patient safety culture at the puskesmas was in the component of work pressure and pace (36,3%). The central and regional governments need to reconsider the compatibility between the programs charged to the puskesmas and the number of staff available at the puskesmas. This is needed so that the puskesmas can carry out its duties and functions optimally including the application of a patient safety culture at the Puskesmas
