Previous research stated that the quality of the environment is influenced by several factors such as health, environment, politics, economy and other factors. Indonesia uses the term Environmental Quality Index (IKLH), which is an initial description or indication that provides a quick conclusion of an environmental condition in a certain scope and period. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the Environmental Quality Index (IKLH) in Indonesia in 2017-2019. The study design used is an ecological study based on time with a provincial unit of analysis. The population and sample of this study were all provinces in Indonesia, which amounted to 34 provinces. Research data sources come from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The results of statistical tests show a significant relationship between population density, HDI and land transportation with IKLH (p <0,05) with r values 0,794; 0,529 and 0,666 (2017); -0,801; -0,539 and -0,729 (2018) and -0,824; -0,583 and -0,741 (2019). Population Density and Land Transportation have an influence on IKLH and the biggest influence is Population Density. The central and local governments are expected to re-invigorate population control programs and develop cheap, environmentally friendly and adequate public transportation

This disease is a leading mortality on under-five children after diarrhea.According to Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) 2018, prevalence of pneumoniaon group of under-five children is 4,8%, high than the national pneumoniaprevalence which is 4,0%. This study aims to analyse factors related to pneumoniaon under-five children in Indonesia on 2017. Cross-sectional design study waschosen with 13.855 samples included. This study is an extension analysis ofIndonesia Demographic and Health Survey (IDHS) 2017 data. The data analysis inthis study used chi square test and logistic regression. Result found that there is astatistically significant relationship between pneumonia under-five children withtype of residence, type of wall, 12-23 months old, 24-35 months old, DPT-Hibimmunisation, birth weight, and elementary school graduated mother. Dominantinfluencing factors of pneumonia on under-five children in Indonesia based onIDHS 2017 data is type of wall.

Filariasis is a Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs) that causes lymphedema and hydrocele. Although rarely fatal, filariasis is chronic illness and can cause a lifelong disability. Based on the 2023 Indonesian Health Survey (SKI), Central Papua is the region with the highest prevalence of filariasis, at 4,8%. The purpose of this study was to analyze factors related to the incidence of filariasis in Central Papua. This study used a cross-sectional design with data from the 2023 Indonesian Health Survey and a sample size of 5,408 respondents. Data analysis used in this research are the chi-square test and logistic regression. The results showed a relationship between residence and the use of mosquito repellent with the incidence of filariasis. The use of mosquito repellent is the most dominant variable in the incidence of filariasis in Central Papua.
Used cooking oil is an oil that has been used more than 2 or 3 times in frying pans and can be categorized as waste because it can cause environmental damage and many diseases in humans. Currently, the use of used cooking oil in the community is still relatively high, especially for street vendors, street vendors still do not know much about the dangers of using used cooking oil for health and the environment. This study aims to determine the factors related to the use of cooking oil waste (used cooking oil) at street vendors in Depok City. This study uses quantitative studies with a cross-sectional approach. The source of this research data is primary data taken directly by researchers using simple random sampling techniques. This study's population in this study was all street vendors in Depok City who used cooking oil. The sample obtained was 58 traders. The results of the study found that individual factors consisting of age variables (p-value 0.975) and education (p-value 0.419) did not have a meaningful relationship with the behavior of using cooking oil waste (used cooking oil), while the variables of reason (p-value 0.001), knowledge (p-value 0.027) and attitude (p-value 0.00) have a meaningful relationship to the behavior of using cooking oil waste (used cooking oil). Environmental factors consisting of environmental variables (p-value 0.259) and availability (p-value 0.340) do not have a meaningful relationship with the behavior of using cooking oil waste (used cooking oil) at street vendors in Depok City in 2022.
