Abstrak:
Kecelakaan kendaraan bermotor adalah penyebab utama yang fatal di PT X. Jumlah kejadian kecelakaan kendaraan bermotor (motor vehicle crash/MVC) di PT X untuk wilayah operasi Sumatera, lebih banyak dibandingkan jumlah kejadian kecelakaan kerja lainnya. PT X telah menerapkan sebelas model kebijakan keselamatan berkendara (Motor Vehicle Safety/MVS) dari tahun 2012 hingga 2019. Dari laporan kinerja MVS di tahun 2019, diketahui bahwa tren kejadian MVC di PT X menujukkan penurunan setiap tahunnya yaitu 55 kejadian pada tahun 2012 menjadi 24 kejadian pada tahun 2019. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui kebijakan yang berkontribusi menurunkan kejadian kecelakaan dalam kurun waktu itu, sebagai titik kritis yang menjadi perhatian untuk dikembangkan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, menggunakan data kecelakaan kendaraan bermotor dari tahun 2012 hingga 2019 dengan metode Change Point Analysis untuk mencari titik perubahan tingkat kejadian kecelakaan sepanjang periode 2012 hingga 2019. Selanjutnya diidentifikasi bagaimana penerapan atau perubahan kebijakan MVS yang telah dilakukan oleh PT X, baik sebelum atau sesudah periode perubahan tingkat kejadian MVC. Pada akhirnya dilakukan analisis konten untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor risiko dan kejadian MVC dalam kurun waktu sebelum atau sesudah periode perubahan dengan analisis bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari total 315 kejadian MVC dideteksi 1 titik perubahan dalam tingkat kejadian MVC yang ditemukan pada Januari 2017, dipengaruhi oleh sembilan rangkaian model yang selesai diselenggarakan pada Mei 2016. Tingkat kejadian MVC menunjukkan penurunan 32% (=0,68; 95%; 0,47- 1,01). Disimpulkan kebijakan Field Verification Competency yang selesai diselenggarakan pada Mei 2016 terbukti menurunkan tingkat kejadian MVC di PT X

Abstrak:
Skripsi ini membahas tentang persepsi pengendara motor online terhadap kecelakaan lalu lintas di Kota Depok Tahun 2016. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dan bersifat deskripsi analitik dengan desain studi potong lintang (cross sectional). Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 250 orang. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner secara langsung kepada responden. Hasil penelitian terdapat hubungan antara pengalaman dan peraturan tata cara berkendara yang dimiliki pengendara, dengan persepsi risiko pengendara motor online PT X terhadap kecelakaan lalu lintas di Kota Depok.

Abstrak:
Tesis ini membahas mengenai keselamatan kendaraan bermotor. Risiko terkait kendaraan bermotor meningkat seiring dengan peningkatan penggunaan kendaraan bermotor di kehidupan sehari-hari manusia. Di dalam operasi perusahaan yang banyak bergantung pada transportasi darat dengan jarak tempuh tahunan yang tinggi, kecelakaan kendaraan bermotor merupakan sesuatu yang harus dikendalikan. Terlepas dari aspek eksternal seperti kondisi jalan, kondisi kendaraan dan perilaku tidak selamat dari pengemudi lainnya, aspek internal dari pengemudi yang terkait perilaku selamat dalam mengemudi merupakan sesuatu yang juga harus dipertimbangkan. Perusahaan X mengimplementasikan sebuah program dengan nam,a Integrated Journey Management System (iJMS) untuk meningkatkan kinerja keselamatan kendaraan bermotor perusahaan dengan cara penegakan peraturan perusahaan terkait perilaku selamat dalam mengemudi kepada seluruh pengemudi perusahaan dan mitra kerjanya. Setelah penerapannya di tahun 2016, kinerja keselamatan kendaraan bermotor dari perusahaan meningkat sementara beberapa indikator perilaku selamat dalam mengemudi dari pengemudi perusahaan juga semakin baik. Analisis statistik dilakukan terhadap data sekunder. Hasil analisis perbandingan rerata pada kinerja keselamatan kendaraan bermotor dan regresi linear sederhana pada jumlah pelangaran perilaku selamat dalam mengemudi menunjukkan jika program ini telah memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap jumlah kecelakaan kendaraan bermotor (terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara jumlah kecelakaan sebelum dan sesudah penerapan program) dan perilaku selamat dari para pengemudinya (terdapat korelasi signifikan antara lama waktu penerapan program dan perbaikan beberapa aspek perilaku selamat dalam mengemudi). Data primer melalui metode case control diolah untuk membandingkan nilai perilaku mengemudi antara pengemudi perusahaan (yang menggunakan iJMS) dan pengemudi lain yang tidak menggunakan iJMS. Hasil Analisa perbandingan rerata menunjukkan jika untuk indikator seperti kecepatan, akselerasi dan deselerasi, pengemudi yang menggunakan iJMS memiliki perilaku yang lebih selamat dibandingkan dengan pengemudi yang tidak menggunakan iJMS. Berdasarkan hasil studi ini disimpulkan bahwa program iJMS memberikan dampak perbaikan yang siginifikan pada kinerja keselamatan kendaraan bermotor perusahaan dan juga perilaku selamat dalam mengemudi dari pengemudi perusahaan dan mitra kerja.
Apart from external aspects such as road condition, vehicle condition and unsafe behaviour of other drivers, the internal aspect of the driver which relates to safe driving behaviour is something that also need to be considered. Company X implement a program called iJMS to improve their motor vehicle safety performance by reinforcing safe driving behaviour to all of their company and business partner drivers. Upon its full implementation on 2016, the motor vehicle safety performance of the company is improving while the some safe driving behaviour indicators of their company drivers are also improving. The result of mean comparison on motor vehicle safety performance and simple linear regression on number of driver behaviour violation evident that the program has made significant impact on reducing the number of motor vehicle accidents (significant difference on average incident before and after implementation) and
improving the safe driving behaviour of their drivers (there is a significant correlation on time that the program was implemented and some safe driving behaviour aspects). A primary data analysis thru case-control methodology was performed to compare driver behaviour value between company drivers (that utilizing iJMS) and other drivers that is not utilizing iJMS. The analysis result shown that for some behaviour indicators such as speeding, acceleration and deceleration, drivers that utilizing iJMS has safer behaviour than those who are not. Based on the result of the study it is concluded that iJMS program has made significant improvement to the company motor vehicle safety performance and also safe driving behaviour of the company and business partner’s drivers.

Skripsi ini menganalisis risiko kecelakaan kendaraan alat berat pada jalan hauling tambang batu bara PT. X Tahun 2020 dengan menggunakan metode bowtie. Metode bowtie digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi ancaman, pengendalian, dan konsekuensi pada kronologi kecelakaan yang kemudian dianalisis untuk mengetahui tingkat efektifitas pengendalian berdasarkan data kecelakaan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa perusahaan perlu mengimplementasikan barrier management system, peningkatan teknologi pada pengendalian kecelakaan, pengawasan dan pemeliharaan rutin yang disiplin, serta kebijakan yang menekankan peningkatan kompetensi dan kedisiplinan pekerja sebagai upaya pencegahan kecelakaan. X of 2020 using the bowtie method. The bowtie method is used to identify threats, barriers, and consequences on accident chronology which are then analyzed to determine the level of effectiveness based on accident data. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive design. The results of the study suggest that companies need to implement barrier management system, technological improvements in accident control, routine supervision and maintenance, and policies that emphasize the improvement of employee competency and discipline as an effort to prevent accidents. Kecelakaan kerja merupakan masalah serius yang berdampak luas pada individu dan organisasi, baik dari segi fisik, psikologis, maupun ekonomi, di mana jutaan pekerja setiap tahun mengalami cedera atau penyakit akibat kerja yang dapat menurunkan produktivitas serta meningkatkan beban finansial perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, menciptakan iklim keselamatan yang kuat menjadi hal krusial dalam mencegah risiko kecelakaan kerja. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh safety knowledge dan safety leadership terhadap safety climate di Perusahaan X dengan desain cross-sectional dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel sebanyak 104 karyawan dipilih melalui proportionate stratified random sampling, sementara data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun tingkat safety knowledge karyawan tergolong baik, variabel ini tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap safety climate, yang mengindikasikan bahwa pengetahuan saja tidak cukup dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman. Sebaliknya, safety leadership memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap safety climate, menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan yang kuat dalam aspek keselamatan mampu meningkatkan kepatuhan dan kesadaran karyawan terhadap prosedur keselamatan. Oleh karena itu, penguatan kepemimpinan dan pelatihan keselamatan yang berkelanjutan menjadi langkah penting dalam membangun budaya keselamatan yang lebih baik.
Workplace accidents are a serious problem with far-reaching physical, psychological and economic impacts on individuals and organizations, with millions of workers each year experiencing occupational injuries or illnesses that can reduce productivity and increase the financial burden on companies. Therefore, creating a strong safety climate is crucial in preventing the risk of workplace accidents. This study analyzes the effect of safety knowledge and safety leadership on safety climate in Company X with a cross-sectional design and quantitative approach. A sample of 104 employees was selected through proportionate stratified random sampling, while data was collected by questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that although the level of safety knowledge of employees was good, this variable did not have a significant effect on safety climate, which indicates that knowledge alone is not enough to create a safe work environment. In contrast, safety leadership has a positive and significant effect on safety climate, indicating that strong leadership in safety aspects can increase employee compliance and awareness of safety procedures. Therefore, strengthening leadership and continuous safety training are important steps in building a better safety culture.
