Abstrak:
Sektor perkantoran yang berada pada bangunan bertingkat tinggi memiliki potensi bahaya dan risiko kebakaran yang signifikan. Penelitian ini memiliki fokus pada analisis sistem proteksi aktif, sistem proteksi pasif, sarana penyelamatan jiwa, dan manajemen keselamatan kebakaran di Kantor Pusat PT XYZ. Desain penelitian menggunakan studi observasional dengan pendekatan semi kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung, wawancara, telaah dokumen, serta menggunakan instrumen lembar checklist. Analisis data dilakukan dengan membandingkan kondisi aktual terhadap Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum Nomor 26/PRT/M/2008, Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 48 Tahun 2016, Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum No. 20 Tahun 2009, dan Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, sistem proteksi kebakaran aktif memperoleh persentase tingkat kesesuaian sebesar 85,2% dengan kriteria baik, sistem proteksi kebakaran pasif memperoleh persentase tingkat kesesuaian sebesar 66,6% dengan kriteria cukup, sarana penyelamatan jiwa memperoleh persentase tingkat kesesuaian sebesar 91,5% dengan kriteria baik, serta manajemen keselamatan kebakaran memperoleh persentase tingkat kesesuaian sebesar 91,8% dengan kriteria baik. Secara umum, elemen sistem proteksi kebakaran dan manajemen keselamatan kebakaran di Kantor Pusat PT XYZ telah memenuhi peraturan dan standar dengan persentase rata-rata yaitu 83,7%.
The office sector located in high-rise buildings has the potential for significant fire hazards and risks. This study focuses on the analysis of active protection systems, passive protection systems, means of escape, and fire safety management at PT XYZ Head Office. The research design uses an observational study with a semi-quantitative approach. Data collecting is gathered through direct observation, interviews, document review, and using the checklist sheet instrument. Data analysis is performed by comparing the actual conditions with Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum Nomor 26/PRT/M/2008, Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 48 Tahun 2016, Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum No. 20 Tahun 2009, and Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI). According to the results of the study, the active fire protection system obtained a percentage level of conformity of 85,2% with good criteria, the passive fire protection system obtained a percentage level of conformity of 66,6% with sufficient criteria, means of escape obtained a percentage level of conformity of 91,5% with good criteria, and fire safety management obtained the percentage of conformity level of 91,8% with good criteria. Abstrak:
Penelitian ini membahas implementasi dan analisisnya terkait sistem proteksi aktif dan pasif terhadap kebakaran kebakaran serta sarana penyelamatan jiwa yang ada di Jakarta International Stadium pada tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan metode semi-kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh tingkat kesesuaian keseluruhan implementasi yang menunjukkan nilai sebesar 77,79% pada Existing result dan dikategorikan ?Cukup (C)?. Selain itu diperoleh pula nilai pada Proyecting result sebesar 84,65% yang dikategorikan "Baik (B)". Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi yang ada dianggap cukup mampu untuk mempertahankan konstruksi bangunan selama kebakaran terjadi, memberikan pertahanan pada bangunan untuk mencegah penyebaran api dan asap, melakukan pendeteksian, penginformasian, dan pemadaman api kebakaran, serta mampu untuk menyediakan sarana dan rute jalan keluar dan meminimalisir adanya hambatan yang dapat berdampak pada total waktu evakuasi penghuni hingga mencapai eksit pelepasan dan titik berkumpul sementara
This study discusses the implementation and analysis of active and passive fire protection systems and means of egress at the Jakarta International Stadium in 2022. This study uses a descriptive analytic research design using a semi-quantitative method. Based on the results of the study, the overall level of conformity of the implementation showed a value of 77.79% in the Existing result and was categorized as "Enough (C)". In addition, the score on the Projecting Result was 84.65% which was categorized as "Good (B)". These results indicate that the existing implementation is considered capable of maintaining building construction during a fire, providing defense to the building to prevent the spread of fire and smoke, detecting, informing, and extinguishing fires, and being able to provide means and egress routes and minimize obstacles that can impact the total evacuation time of occupants until they reach the release exit and assembly point.

Skripsi ini membahas evaluasi kesesuaian antara sistem proteksi kebakaran aktif (sprinkler, alarm, detektor asap dan panas, APAR, pompa kebakaran dan hidran), pasif (konstruksi bangunan dan komaprtemen), sarana penyelamatan jiwa (sarana jalan keluar, Koridor, Tangga darurat, Tanda petunjuk arah, Pintu darurat dan Pencahayaan Darurat ) dan Manajemen Keselamatan Kebakaran Gendung (MKKG) dengan acuan peraturan di Indonesia berupa PERMEN PU No. 26/PRT/M/2008, PERWAL DEPOK No. 14 Tahun 2012, KEPMENAKER No.KEP.186/MEN/1999 serta beberapa Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan komparatif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Proteksi Kebakaran Aktif, Pasif, Sarana Penyelamatan Jiwa dan Manajemen Keselamatan Kebakaran Gedung (MKKG) yang tersedia belum sesuai dengan acuan yang digunakan.

Abstrak:
Kecelakaan kerja sektor konstruksi masih menjadi masalah keselamatan kerja baik di dunia maupun di Indonesia yang memerlukan perhatian dari berbagai pihak. Berdasarkan data BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, sepanjang 2018 terdapat 157.313 kasus kecelakaan kerja di Indonesia. PT. XYZ bergerak di bidang jasa konstruksi dan memiliki bengkel dan fabrikasi di kantor pusat. Data statistik perusahaan menunjukkan dampak kecelakaan yang terbanyak dalam dua tahun ini adalah property damage. Penelitian ini menganalisis penyebab kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi di PT.X berdasarkan teori loss causation model. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif observational yang menggambarkan analisis penyebab kecelakaan yang terjadi di PT.XYZ selama tahun 2017-2018. Data primer didapat dari wawancara dan observasi, sedangkan data sekunder berupa standar operasional prosedur Perusahaan, data statistik kecelakaan kerja, hasil audit SMK3, matriks pelatihan perusahaan, Job safety analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification and risk assessment determining control (HIRADC), dan laporan program Kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja Hasil triangulasi data mendapatkan penyebab kecelakaan di kantor pusat PT.XYZ yaitu: Aktivitas berisiko tinggi, struktur organisasi, pemenuhan kepatuhan, pelatihan kerja, pengawasan, prosedur, tidankan tidak aman, dan kondisi tidak aman.

Abstrak:
Bencana merupakan sesuatu hal yang datang tanpa diduga, dimana dan kapanakan terjadinya. Ciri khas yang umum terjadi pada saat bencana datang adalahkepanikan yang dialami manusia, hingga akhirnya memakan korban jiwa dankerusakan yang lebih besar. Salah satu risiko terbesar bagi pekerja di gedungbertingkat yaitu terjadinya kebakaran, risiko tersebut bisa datang dari berbagaihal. Namun, risiko terjadinya kebakaran sebenarnya dapat dikurangi ataupundihindarkan dengan memperhatikan aspek pencegahan dan penanggulangankebakaran. Penelitian ini mengenai kajian tingkat pemenuhan saranapenyelamatan jiwa, sistem proteksi aktif dan sistem manajemen kebakaran digedung XYZ tahun 2016. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kesiapandari gedung dan perusahaan dalam mencegah dan mengurangi dampak dari risikokebakaran. Desain penelitian ini bersifat observasional dengan melakukanperbandingan kesesuaian keadaan pada lokasi penelitian dan regulasi yang berlakudi Indonesia. Kebakaran pada gedung perkantoran bertingkat tinggi merupakan salah satu risiko yang dapat menimbulkan dampak serius terhadap keselamatan penghuni, aset, dan kelangsungan operasional perusahaan. PT X merupakan gedung perkantoran bertingkat tinggi yang memiliki aktivitas kerja dengan penggunaan instalasi listrik dan perangkat elektronik yang cukup kompleks, sehingga diperlukan penerapan sistem manajemen keselamatan kebakaran yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis gambaran penerapan sistem manajemen keselamatan kebakaran yang meliputi sistem proteksi kebakaran, sarana penyelamatan jiwa, dan manajemen kebakaran pada gedung perkantoran PT X. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan semi-kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi lapangan menggunakan checklist, wawancara, dan telaah dokumen. Penilaian dilakukan dengan mengacu pada standar NFPA, Permen PU No. 26/PRT/M/2008, dan Permen PU No. 20/PRT/M/2009. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja sistem manajemen keselamatan kebakaran di PT X memperoleh nilai sebesar 90,5% dan termasuk dalam kategori baik. Sistem proteksi kebakaran aktif memperoleh nilai 89%, sistem proteksi kebakaran pasif 73%, sarana penyelamatan jiwa 100%, dan manajemen kebakaran 100%. Temuan utama terdapat pada aspek proteksi kebakaran aktif dan pasif, terutama terkait inspeksi dan pemasangan APAR, pengujian pompa kebakaran, serta verifikasi fire rating pada elemen proteksi pasif. Secara umum, penerapan sistem keselamatan kebakaran di PT X telah berjalan dengan baik, namun masih diperlukan peningkatan pada aspek teknis dan dokumentasi pendukung agar sistem dapat lebih andal dalam menghadapi keadaan darurat kebakaran.
Fire incidents in high-rise office buildings pose serious risks to occupant safety, company assets, and business continuity. PT X is a high-rise office building with work activities involving complex electrical installations and electronic equipment, making the implementation of an adequate fire safety management system essential. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of a fire safety management system, including fire protection systems, life safety facilities, and fire emergency management in PT X office building. This study used a descriptive analytic design with a semi-quantitative approach. Data were collected through field observation using checklists, interviews, and document review. The assessment was conducted based on NFPA standards, Minister of Public Works Regulation No. 26/PRT/M/2008, and Minister of Public Works Regulation No. 20/PRT/M/2009. The results showed that the overall performance of the fire safety management system at PT X reached 90.5%, categorized as good. The active fire protection system achieved 89%, passive fire protection system 73%, life safety facilities 100%, and fire emergency management 100%. The main findings were identified in the active and passive fire protection aspects, particularly related to fire extinguisher inspection and installation, fire pump testing, and verification of fire rating for passive fire protection elements. Overall, the implementation of the fire safety management system at PT X has been carried out well. However, improvements are still needed in technical aspects and supporting documentation to ensure the reliability of the system during fire emergencies.
