Hipertensi adalah salah satu penyakit sistem kardiovaskuler dengan prevalensi tertinggi di masyarakat dan dapat menimbulkan berbagai gangguan organ vital tubuh dengan akiba.t kelemahan fungsi organ cacat maupun kematian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan usia. pola kerja. merokok. asupan garam. olahraga teratur dan status gizi terhadap kejadian hipertensi pada pekerja area produksi perusaha.an migas X Kalimantan Timur tahun 2008. Peneiitian ini tergolong penelitian observasional dengan rancangan penelitian kasus kontrol. Populasi penelitian ada!ah pekerja diarea produksi lapangan produksi S perusahaan migas X Kalimantan Timur tahun 2008. Sampe1 penelitia.n adalah seluruh pekerja di area produksi Japangan produksi S yang menderita hipertensi mempunyai hubungan bermakna dengan hipertensi (p value = 0,005, OR "" 3,00095% CI: 1,385 6,499), {p value = 0,043, OR = 2,286 95% CI: 1,092-4,783), merokok tidak menunjukkan hubungan bennakna dengan terjadinya hipertensi (p value= 0 550, CI: 0,627 - 3.0J3), konsumsi garam mempunyai hubungan bermakna dengan hipertensi (p value = 0,045, OR = 2,486 95% CI: 1,096-5,641 ), olahraga teratur mempunyai hubungan bennakna (p value = 0,033, OR = 2,833 95% CI: 1,165-6,892) dan status gizi mempunyai hubungan bermakna dengan biperteosi (p value = 0,028, OR= 2,429 95% CI:1,163-5,071) Oari seluruh faktor risiko tersebut yang paling dominan adalah olahraga teratur. Program surveilans dan promosi kesehatan pekerja perlu diiakukan untuk mengetahui dan mencegah faktor-faktor hipertensi lainnya.
Hypertension is oneof the cardiovascular system illnesses with the highest prevalence in the community and can cause serious disturbance of the vital body organ with resulting from the weakness of the organ function,. the defect and the death. This research aimed at knowing the association of the age, the pattern of work, smoking, salt consumption, doing regular sport and the status of the nutrient towards the hypertension incident in the workers of the production area of oil and gas company X in East Kalimantan year 2008, This research is classified as an observational research with the plan of control case research. The research population is the workers in the production area nutrient status. The dependent variable is hypertension. The data is processed quantitatively and is analysed with the computer help. The results of this research into 120 (60 cases and 60 controls) workers in production area of the production field :"S" in oil and gas company "X" shows that age has significant relations with hyper tension (p value = 0,005, OR - 3,000 95% CI: 1,385-6,499), the pattern of work has significant relations with hypertension (p value = 0,043, OR = 2,286 95% CI: 1,092-4,783)smoking has not significant relations with hypertension (p value0,550, OR= 1,375 95% Cl: 0,627-3,013), salt consumption has significant relations with hypertension (p value = 0,045, OR = 2,486 95% CI: 1,096-5,641), doing regular sport has significant relations with hypertension (p value= 0,033, OR= 2,833 95% CI: 1,165-6,892) and the nutrient status has significant relations with hypertension (p value = 0 028.OR = 2,429 95% CI:1,163·5)07l). From all those risk. factors, the most dominant is doing regular sport. Surveillance and health promotion program should be done to detection and prevention about other hypertension risk factors.
Resiko bekerja di perusahaan migas PT X yang berlokasi di offshore Natuna adalah relatif tinggi. Sepanjang tahun 2018 – 2023 terjadi fluktuasi kecelakaan kerja di PT. X. Bahkan setelah dua tahun (tahun 2020 dan 2019) tidak terjadi kecelakaan kerja untuk kategori recordable injury (kasus di atas FAC), di tahun 2021 terjadi lagi 3 kasus (1 RWDC dan 2 MTC) dan di tahun 2022 terjadi 4 kasus (1 LWDC, 1 RWDC, dan 2 MTC). Di tahun 2023 terjadi 1 kasus (1 RWDC). Korban kecelakaan kerja di tahun 2021 didominasi oleh pekerja kontrak dan pekerja tetap sedangkan kecelakaan kerja di tahun 2022 dan 2023 semuanya terjadi pada pekerja kontrak. Sebagian besar kecelakaan yang terjadi penyebab langsungnya adalah unsafe acts. Sampai saat ini belum ada analisis menyeluruh dari data investigasi kecelakaan-kecelakaan yang telah dilakukan PT X untuk mendapatkan faktor-faktor penyebab dasar dari semua kecelakaan tersebut. Dengan demikian, penelitian perlu dilakukan, dan karena berhubungan dengan human factor, maka pada penelitian ini akan dianalisis faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kecelakaan kerja tersebut dengan metode Human Factor Analysis and Classification System (HFACS). Tujuan: Menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kecelakaan kerja di PT X antara tahun 2018 – 2023 dengan metode HFACS. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data sekunder yang digunakan berupa rekaman kejadian kecelakaan dan laporan investigasi atas 41 kecelakaan di PT X. Data sekunder tersebut kemudian diklasifikasikan sesuai dengan empat (4) tahapan kegagalan di metode HFACS, yaitu unsafe acts, precondition of unsafe acts, unsafe supervision, dan organizational influence. Pengklasifikasian ini divalidasi oleh dua ahli keselamatan kerja, di mana hasil validasinya relatif tinggi (96%). Hasil: Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa faktor-faktor HFACS yang mempengaruhi kecelakaan terbesar berturut-turut adalah adverse mental state (51,2%), skill-based error (39%), routine violations (34,1%), dan tools/technological dan resource management (masing-masing 31,7%). Kemudian disusul oleh decision error (29,3%), inadequate supervision (22%), failed to correct problem dan organizational process masing-masing (17,1%), lalu supervisory violation dan organizational climate masing-masing (9,8%). Kesimpulan: Faktor-faktor HFACS yang memengaruhi kecelakaan kerja di PT X dapat digunakan sebagai masukan untuk perbaikan program K3 perusahaan guna menurunkan angka kecelakaan dengan memprioritaskannya pada faktor HFACS yang bersifat latent failure baru kemudian pada faktor active failure-nya, karena latent failure - jika diperbaiki- akan menjadi kunci untuk mencegah berulangnya kecelakaan.
The risks of working for the PT X , an oil and gas company located offshore Natuna are relatively high. Throughout 2018 – 2023 there were fluctuations in work accidents at PT. X. Even after two years (2020 and 2019) there was no work accident for the recordable injury category (cases above FAC), in 2021 there were 3 cases (1 RWDC and 2 MTC) and in 2022 there were 4 cases (1 LWDC, 1 RWDC, and 2 MTC). In 2023 there was 1 case (1 RWDC). Work accident victims in 2021 are dominated by contract workers and permanent workers, while work accidents in 2022 and 2023 all occur in contract workers. Most of the accidents that occur are directly caused by unsafe acts. Until now there has been no comprehensive analysis of accident investigation data that has been carried out by PT X to obtain the basic causal factors of all these accidents. Thus, research needs to be carried out, and because it is related to human factors, this research will analyze the factors that cause work accidents using the Human Factor Analysis and Classification System (HFACS) method. Objective: Analyzing the factors that influence work accidents at PT X between 2018 – 2023 using the HFACS method. Method: This research is descriptive analytical research with a qualitative approach. The secondary data used is in the form of recordings of accidents and investigation reports on 41 accidents at PT X . This classification was validated by two occupational safety experts, where the validation results were relatively high (96%). Results: The research results explain that the HFACS factors that influence the biggest accidents are adverse mental state (51.2%), skill-based errors (39%), routine violations (34.1%), and tools/technological and resources, respectively. management (31.7% each). Then followed by decision errors (29.3%), inadequate supervision (22%), failed to correct problems and organizational processes respectively (17.1%), then supervisory violations and organizational climate respectively (9.8%). Conclusion: The HFACS factors that influence work accidents in PT X can be used as input for improving the company's H&S program to reduce the number of accidents by prioritizing the HFACS factors which are latent failures and then the active failure factors, because latent failures - if corrected - will become key to preventing recurrence of accidents.
Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi-potensi bahaya apa saja yang dapat timbul dari kegiatan pemboran khususnya sumur S-10 yang terletak di lapangan A milik PT X serta tingkat resiko dan setiap potensi bahaya yang mungkin timbul dan kegiatan tersebut Dari studi ini selanjutnya diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi langkah-langkah kontrol yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencegah terjadinya.

The objective of this research are to examine the validity of all supporting data such as well interpretation data, drilling equipment performance and well location condition. The approach of this study is to evaluate all potential hazards and calculate the level of its risk which is exist on drilling activities especially at S-10 Well, Filed-A that can practically use to determine the control action to avoid incidents and/or accidents in a workplace.
This thesis discusses the factors of fatigue and recovery, level of fatigue and recovery, the potential human performance degradation due to acute and chronic fatigue. This research was conducted at the Migas X company which is an oil and gas company with a complex and critical process that causes fatigue to workers and potentially cause work accidents. The design of this study is a cross sectional and the data conducted by online questionnaire which filled out by 1650 respondents obtained by random sampling in April till May 2021. The results showed that there were six risk faktors that significantly affected acute fatigue, nine risk faktors that significantly affected chronic fatigue, two faktors that significantly exhaust fatigue recovery, and there is a significant relationship between an increase in chronic or acute fatigue and a decrease in Human Performance
Berdasarkan analisis HFACS, lapisan supervisory factor memberikan kontribusi terbesar dari penyebab kecelakaan kerja dengan proporsi 42%. Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan keterkaitan hubungan antar faktor-faktor penyebab yang datang dari masing-masing lapisan utama HFACS yang menunjukkan adanya interkasi antara active failure dan latent condition hingga terjadinya kejadian yang tidak diinginkan (adverse events). Operasi yang tidak terencana dengan baik, kepemimpinan/pengawasan yang tidak memadai, dan pengaruh proses operasi organisasi yang tidak memadai menjadi suatu kondisi laten yang terbaring dalam organisasi hingga terpicu oleh adanya active failure yang datang dari skill-based errors dan decision errors dari pekerja.
This study discusses the analysis the causes of occupational incidents that occur in the oil and gas industry activities. Using in-depth analysis studies through descriptive analytic methods, the research was conducted by conducting qualitative analysis of investigative report data on all categories of serious incidents resulting loss of working days (Days Away From Work) and incidents which had fatality impacts within PT O operation area during period of 2012 - 2019. Analysis the causes of occupational incidents during the research were using the Human Factor Analysis and Classification System (HFACS) method.
Based on the HFACS analysis, the supervisory factor layer provided the largest contribution from the causes of occupational incidents with a proportion of 42%. The analysis also shows the relationship between the causal factors that come from each of the main layers of HFACS which shows the interaction between active failure and latent conditions to the occurrence of adverse events. Unplanned operations, inadequate leadership / supervision, and the influence of the inadequate organization's operational processes become a latent condition that lies dormant in the organization until triggered by active failure that comes from skill-based errors and decision errors from workers.
Metabolic syndrome is a cluster of some risk factors such as high level of glucose and triglyceride, low level of High Density Lipid (HDL), central obesity, and hypertension. Someone who suffers from metabolic syndrome has higher risk to get chronic disease like cardiovascular disease and diabetes melitus type 2 in the future. As per Medical Check Up result of Oil and Gas Company X workers in 2014, found that dyslipidemia up to 69,4%, obesity 14,8%, overweight 33,17%, diabetes 8,7%. Furthermore, based on observation, office workers of Oil and Gas Company X tend to have sedentary life style since they spent most of their time at office to sit for doing some administrative task and often consume high fat food. Thus, the objective of this study was to analyze the risk factors that associate with metabolik syndrome on Head Office Workers of Oil and Gas Company X using cross sectional design study. The result of this study foud that prevalence of metabolik syndrome on Head Office Workers of Oil and Gas Company X is 25%. The independent variables that were significant with metabolic syndrome were animal protein diet (p value = 0.016), fat diet (p value = 0.037), body mass index (p value= 0,001), physical activity (p value = 0.010), and sedentary lifestyle (p value = 0.030) and smoking (p value= 0,037). Therefore, it is necessary to create strategy in order to provide knowledge and information regarding a balanced diet and increase the willingness of workers to do sufficient and regular physical activity and stop smoking to maintain ideal body weight, having a healthy life style and prevent chronic disase caused by metabolik syndrome
