Tesis ini membahas hubungan antara komponen kualitas kehidupan kerja (quality of work life) dengan kinerja bidan puskesmas di wilayah Kabupaten Bangka Tengah Tahun 2013. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena peneliti melihat adanya penurunan kinerja bidan pada tahun 2012. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan desain cross sectional.
Teori yang digunakan untuk melihat kualitas kehidupan kerja bidan adalah teori Cascio (2013) yang terdiri dari sembilan komponen yaitu keterlibatan pegawai, kompensasi yang adil atau seimbang, rasa aman terhadap pekerjaan, keselamatan lingkungan kerja, rasa bangga terhadap institusi, pengembangan karir, fasilitas yang tersedia, penyelesaian masalah dan komunikasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komponen QWL yang signifikan berhubungan dengan kinerja adalah keterlibatan pegawai sekaligus komponen QWL yang paling kuat hubungannya dengan kinerja bidan puskesmas.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti menyarankan agar bidan sebagai tenaga kerja yang profesional harus bekerja sesuai dengan peraturan dan standar operasional yang berlaku. Puskesmas sebagai tempat kerja harus memperhatikan semua komponen QWL yang berhubungan dengan kinerja bidan dan Dinas Kesehatan sebagai pembuat kebijakan harus melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi secara rutin, memenuhi kebutuhan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja di puskesmas serta melakukan reward and punishment terhadap kinerja pegawai.
This thesis studies the relationship between component of quality of work life to the performance of midwife clinics in Central Bangka regency in 2013. This research was conducted because researchers saw a decrease in performance midwife in 2012. This study is an observational study with cross-sectional design.
Theory is used to see the quality of work life midwife is the theory Cascio (2013) which consists of nine components: employee participation, job security, save environment, pride, career development, wellness, conflict resolution and communication.
The results showed that a significant component of QWL is related to the employee participation and become the most powerful component of QWL do with performance midwife clinic.
Based on the research results, the researchers suggested that midwives as professional workforce to work in accordance with the regulations and standards applicable operational. Health centers as workplaces should pay attention to all components of QWL related to the performance of the Department of Health as a midwife and policy makers must undertake monitoring and evaluation on a regular basis, to meet the needs of health and safety in the clinic and do reward and punishment on employee performance.
The effort to improve maternal and neonatal health care is a priority program, principally focused on improving antenatal care services in all facilities with good quality and maximum service coverage, improving aid delivery by health personnel, improving early detection of high risk by health workers, improved neonatal care with good quality. This must be supported by quality performance of health workers, particularly midwifes. Coverage of deliveries by midwifes in the Serang City 54.8%, 64.4% coverage K1, K4 coverage 54.5%. KN1 coverage 62.2%, KN2 coverage 58.5% and is below the national target. Quality performance can be affected by the midwife predisposing factors (age, working time, employment status, marital status, knowledge, education) enabling factors (training, tools), reinforcing factors (supervision, leadership support, community support). This study aimed at obtaining information about the characteristics and performance quality of midwifes in maternal and neonatal health services in the city of Serang Year 2009. The research design was chosen in this research is quantitative analytical survey with cross sectional approach. Population is all the midwives at health centers in the city of Serang.
This study is quantitative research using cross sectional design to know the relationship of characteristic and job satisfaction on performance of Public Health Care officer in Belitung Regency in 2017. The sample in this research is civil servant which is found in 9 (nine) PHC in Belitung Regency which amounts to 180 people. The results showed that the characteristic variables related to the performance of PHC employee in Belitung Regency were the last education. Job satisfaction variable related to performance of PHC employee of Belitung Regency is compensation. The variable of characteristics and job satisfaction are related after tested together (simultaneous) there are three significant variables are compensation, relationship with colleagues and supervision. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuau untuk mengetahui gambaran kinerja bidan di desa (bides) dan faktor-falctor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja bidan di desa dalam pelayanan kebidanan program JPKMM di'Kabupaten Aceh Selaian tahun 2007. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan desain penelitian cross sectional dengan pendekatan kuautitatif dan dianalisa secara univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh bides yang bertugas di wilayah Aceh Selatan tahun 2007 berjumlah 117 orang dan yang menjadi sampel adalah bides yang sudah bertugas minimal 1 tahun pada bulan Agustus 2006 berjumlah 104 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan sebagian besar kinerja bides dalam pelayanan kebidanan program JPKMM di Kabupaten Aceh Selatan tahun 2007 kurang (56%), Faktor yang dominan berhubungan dengan kinerja adalah pesaing, pembiusan, pengetahuan dan motivasi. Faktor yang tidak berhubungan dengan hides adalah umur, status pernikahan, status kepegawaian, domisili, jumlah desa, sikap, imbalan, kemampuan dan pendidikan. Perlu adanya bememtaan pembinaan kepada bides dan memberikan penghargaan kepada Bidan untuk meningkatkan motivasi bidan di desa dalam melakukan pelayanan kebidanan program JPKMM.
ABSTRACT This Research aimed to find out the picture of village midwife performance and what factors that related to village midwife performance in midwifery service of program JPKMM in Aceh Selatan District, year 2007. This Research was done by a cross sectional method with quantitative approach and imivariate, `bivarite, multivariate analyzed. The Population was all village midwives in Aceh Selatan District in 2007 amormt to l 17 people and that become sampel was village midwife. Researches Result shows a large part of village midwife performances in midwifery service of program JPKMM in Sub-Province of Aceh Selatan year 2007 less (56%), Dominant Factor relaters to village midwife performance aria: competitor, supervision, knowledge and motivation. Factors which unrelated to village midwife performance are : age, marriage status, employe status, domicile, amount village, attitude, reward, ability and education. Must existence of supervision generalization to village midwife and give reward to village midwife to improve village midwife motivation in conducting service of program midwifery JPKMM.
The doctor has a strategic role for the hospital because it is an importantgroup in the process of care in the hospital, because it is central to the serviceprocess. . Job satisfaction has a function of the perceived relationship betweenwhat is desirable and what is the reality experienced. Physician job dissatisfactionalso have an impact on turnover intention. This study aims to determine therelationship of job satisfaction with turnover intention doctor at the hospital.Rumah Sehat Terpadu hospital in Bogor kapupaten 2014. Present study isdescriptive explanatory with cross sectional design using primary data collectedby giving questionnaires, in-depth interviews, observation. This study wasconducted in May 2014. Samples in this study amounted to 28 people with thecriteria physicians who actively work in the Irumah Sehat Terpadu hospital bewilling to answer questions and respondents, 1 month minimum employmentperiod, not a substitute for your doctor. The results of quantitative analysis known(42.9%) were less satisfied working as a doctor in Rumah Sehat Terpadu hospital.Respondents who perceive satisfied with job satisfaction but has the desireturnover amounted to 56.3%, while the respondents were not satisfied hissatisfaction but has the desire out of 16.7%. Job satisfaction has a relationshipwith the relationship between turnover intention (p value = 0.054, CI 95%).Key words: physician job statisfaction, Turnover Intention
