Abstrak: Pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi termasuk pengetahuan tentang pubertas dan menstruasi pada siswi sekolah dasar masih rendah. Pengetahuan tentang menstruasi merupakan salah satu unsur yang mempengaruhi perilaku personal higiene saat menstruasi. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-:-faktor yag berhubungan dengan pengetahuan tentang menstruasi. Penelitian ini ry.enggunakan desain cross sectional dan pengambilan sampel dengan teknik Total Sa~11pling, yaitu 276 siswi kelas IV, V, dan VI. Hasil uji chi-square menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan tentang menstruasi rendah dengan faktor intrinsik (siswi berumur <11 tahun memiliki peluang 2.195 kali lebih besar dibandingkan dengan siswi berumur ~ 11 tahun, siswi kelas IV berpeluang 4.870 kali lebih besar daripada siswi kelas VI) serta faktor ekstrinsik (siswi yang kurang terpapar informasi berpeluang 1,966 kali lebih besar dibandingkan dengan siswi yang cukup terpapar informasi, siswi yang menyatakan bahwa guru tidak berperan berpeluang 2,069 kali lebih besar dibandingkan dengan siswi yang menyatakan bahwa guru berperan dan siswi yang menyatakan bahwa ternan sebaya tidak berperan berpeluang 3,097 kali lebih besar dibandingkan dengan siswi yang menyatakan bahwa ternan sebaya berperan). Penelitian ini menyarankan bahwa pihak sekolah bekerja sama dengan Puskesmas Mustika Jaya yaitu melalui kegiatan UKS untuk melakukan penyuluhan tentang kesehatan reproduksi secara optimal. Knowledge of menstruation is one of the elements that influence the behavior of personal hygiene during menstruation. The study aims to determine the factors associated with knowledge yag about menstruation. This study used a cross-sectional design and sampling with total sampline; technique, namely 276 grade IV, V, and VI. The results of chi-square test showed that there was a significant relationship between knowledge about menstruation low with intrinsic factors (girls aged < 11 years had chances 2,195 times larger than the female students aged ?: 11 years and fourth-grade student 4,870 times greater chance than grader VI) and ekstrinsic factors (students who are less exposed to information likely to 1,966 times greater than the student who is quite exposed to information, student stating that the teacher is not likely to play a role 2,069 times greater than the student who stated that the role of teachers and students who stated that peers play a role not likely to 3,097 times greater than the student who stated that peers play a role).
