Abstrak:
Pekerjaan material manual handling merupakan aktivitas yang penting dilakukan di hampir semua jenis industri. Cidera akibat pekerjaan manual menempati porsi yang cukup besar, yaitu sebesar 30% (Straker, 2000). Cidera yang dialami biasanya mengenai bagian punggung (cidera punggung) yaitu sekitar 60% dari seluruh cidera akibat manual handling (Straker, 2000). Secara umum, bentuk cidera akibat pekerjaan material manual handling sebagian besar berupa gangguan otot rangka (musculoskeletal disorders), sprain dan strain yaitu sebesar 93.7% untuk pria (Straker, 2000). Kasus cidera sering terjadi pada industri manufaktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat risiko pada pekerjaan material handling terhadap gejala gangguan otot rangka pada pekerja bagian body shop, trimming cabin dan trimming chassis final di PT Pantja Motor Isuzu Hekasi tahun 2003. Penelitian bersifat studi kasus dengan pendekatan observasi. Identifikasi risiko diperoleh melalui pengamatan di lapangan dengan bantuan check list, dan gejala yang dirasakan pekerja diperoleh melalui survei gejala dengan bantuan kuesioner. Populasi untuk survei gejala adalah seluruh pekerja dari ketiga bagian tersebut, sedangkan populasi untuk identifikasi risiko adalah seluruh faktor pada pekerja yaitu karaktersitik pekerjaan, objek, dan lingkungan kerja saat melakukan aktivitas. Hasil identifikasi risiko kemudian dianalisis untuk mengetahui tingkat risiko berdasarkan karakteristik pekerjaan, karakteristik objek, karakteristik lingkungan kerja dan secara keseluruhan dari setiap pos kerja. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah secara umum pos-pos kerja yang ada secara keseluruhan memilik risiko ergonomi sedang. Dilihat secara keseluruhan dan karakteristik pekerjaan, bagian yang pos kerjanya paling banyak memiliki tingkat risiko tinggi adalah trimming cabin. Trimming chassis final merupakan bagian yang pos kerjanya paling banyak memiliki tingkat risiko tinggi dilihat dan karakteristik objek. Hal ini berarti bahwa kondisi yang ada ataupun aktivitas yang dilakukan sudah memiliki risiko ergonomi untuk menimbulkan gangguan otot rangka Samua pos kerja memiliki risiko ergonomi rendah jika dilihat dari karaktersitik lingkungan kerja. Perbaikan yang bisa dilakukan antara lain adalah memperbaiki tata cara kerja (work practices), modifikasi tata ruang lingkungan kerja, objek atau peralatan kerja, dan evaluasi administratif (rotasi, work rest cycle dan pelatihan).

All results were coming from all working group (body shop, trimming cabin and trimming chassis final). The general summary is all working groups have a medium ergonomic risk In general points/overall and job characteristic points, trimming cabin has the highest level of risk Trimming chassis final has the highest risk level of object characteristic points. So, all condition/situation and activities are already having its ergonomic risk lead to musculoskeletal disorders. All working groups have a small number of ergonomic risks compared to working environment characteristic. There are some suggestions to improve such as working procedure/work practice, revision of working space (e.g. distance between material stock and working space, distance between working groups, etc), object/hand tools and administrative evaluation (e. g rotation, work rest cycle, training, etc).

Abstrak:
Manufaktur merupakan salah satu sector industri yang memiliki risiko gangguan otot rangka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor risiko dari gejala gangguan otot rangka. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret-April 2018 dengan melibatkan 51 orang operator pada area mixing rubber dan 40 orang pekerja kantor di PT X yang merupakan perusahaan manufaktur komponen kendaraan bermotor. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cross sectional dengan instrument pengambilan data berupa kuesioner QEC dan kombinasi kuesioner psikososial. Variabel independent pada penelitian ini yaitu karakteristik individu pekerja (usia, jenis kelamin, IMT, status merokok dan lama kerja), faktor fisik di tempat kerja (force, postur janggal, gerakan berulang, dan coupling) dan faktor psikososial (tuntutan kerja, kendali terhadap pekerjaan, dukungan social, skill discretion, kepuasan kerja, dan stress kerja). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara IMT dengan gejala pada punggung atas, lama kerja dengan gejala pada pergelangan tangan, faktor risiko fifik yang tinggi dengan gejala pada leher, skill discretion dengan gejala pada pergelangan tangan, stress kerja dengan gejala pada bahu dan punggung bawah. Oleh karena itu perlu diadakan pengendalian lebih lanjut mengenai masalah ergonomic pada PT X.

Abstrak:
Konstruksi merupakan salah satu sektor yang berisiko untuk terjadinya gangguan otot rangka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah menganalisis faktor risiko dari gejala gangguan otot rangka pada pekerja konstruksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret-Juni 2019 dengan melibatkan 177 pekerja di proyek X. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah cross sectional dengan menggunakan lembar observasi QEC, kombinasi kuisioner psikososial, NMQ, dan lux meter. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini, antara lain faktor risiko individu, lingkungan, fisik dan psikososial.
Hasil penelitian pada faktor risiko individu menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara jenis pekerjaan dan status merokok dengan gejala gangguan otot rangka pada punggung bawah, serta adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara jenis pekerjaan, indeks massa tubuh dan status merokok dengan gejala gangguan otot rangka pada lutut.
Hasil penelitian pada faktor risiko fisik ditemukannya hubungan yang signifikan pada faktor risiko sangat tinggi pada punggung dan bahu dengan gejala gangguan otot rangka pada punggung, serta faktor risiko tinggi dan sangat tinggi pada bahu dengan gejala gangguan otot rangka pada lutut. Sedangkan untuk faktor psikososial tidak ditemukannya hubungan yang signifikan dengan gangguan otot rangka. Oleh karena itu diperlukannya pengendalian dan intervensi lebih lanjut khususnya untuk faktor risiko fisik.

Abstrak:
Industri manufaktur merupakan salah satu sektor yang memiliki risiko tinggi terhadap gangguan otot rangka. Pekerja manufaktur dikaitkan dengan beban kerja fisik tinggi dan menghabiskan sebagian besar waktu kerja berdiri atau duduk. Sehingga tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis karakteristik individu, faktor fisik, dan faktor psikososial terhadap gejala gangguan otot rangka. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret-Juli 2020 dengan melibatkan 94 pekerja dengan rincian 68 pekerja lapangan dan 26 pekerja kantor. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah cross sectional dengan menggunakan NMQ, QEC, serta kombinasi kuisioner psikososial dari JCQ, COPSOOQ, dan ERI. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini antara lain karakteristik individu, faktor fisik, dan faktor psikososial. Sedangkan variabel dependen penelitian ini adalah gejala gangguan otot rangka. Hasil penelitian pada karakteristik individu menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara jenis pekerjaan dengan gejala gangguan otot rangka pada tangan atau pergelangan tangan. Hasil penelitian pada faktor risiko fisik ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara faktor risiko sedang, tinggi, dan sangat tinggi dengan gejala gangguan otot rangka pada tangan atau pergelangan tangan, dan punggung bawah. Sedangkan untuk faktor psikososial ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara tuntutan kerja tinggi serta stress kerja sedang dan tinggi dengan gejala gangguan otot rangka pada bahu, leher, dan punggung atas. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengendalian dan intervensi untuk mengurangi risiko terhadap gangguan otot rangka. Abstrak:
Pekerja konstruksi berisiko untuk mengalami gangguan otot rangka. Tujuan penelitianini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor risiko dari gejala gangguan otot rangka padapekerja konstruksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret-April 2018 denganmelibatkan156 pekerja. Desain dari peneltian inia dalah cross sectional. Pengambilandata dilakukan dengan menggunakan QEC, kombinasi kuesioner psikososial, NMQ, luxmeter, dan WBGT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikanantara faktor individu (jenis pekerjaan dan status merokok) dengan gejala gangguan ototrangka. Tingkat risiko yang berhubungan dangan gejala gangguan otot rangka adalahpada tingkat risiko tinggi dan sangat tinggi.. Sedangkan pada faktor psikososial yangberhubungan dengan gejala gangguan otot rangka adalah tuntutan kerja dan dukunganrekan. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan perubahan dan intervensi untuk mengurangirisiko pada gangguan otot rangka melalui beberapa pengendalian terutama faktor fisikdan psikososial.

Gangguan otot rangka akibat kerja (gotrak) menjadi salah satu masalah kesehatan serius di berbagai industri yang diderita oleh pekerja. Walau tidak fatal gotrak cenderung mengurangi efisiensi kerja dan kualitas hidup. Keluhan gotrak yang dialami pekerja railway maintenance umumnya dirasakan pada bagian leher, punggung dan lutut, dimana keluhan tersebut disebabkan oleh postur janggal, bekerja di tempat yang sempit, berat beban dll. Pekerjaan railway maintenance memiliki faktor risiko yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap keluhan gotrak yaitu faktor risiko individu, fisik, psikososial, lingkungan dan organisasi. PT X merupakan BUMD di bidang perkeretaapian yang diantaranya mencakup pekerjaan railway maintenance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor risiko dari pekerjaan railway maintenance yang berpengaruh terhadap keluhan gotrak pekerja. Penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif menggunakan desain cross sectional. Jumlah sampel menggunakan total populasi pada pekerja railway maintenance khususnya pada departemen yang menangani rolling stock maintenance (Departemen RSM dan Departemen RSIT) berjumlah 109. Departemen RSM mencakup light maintenance, sedangkan Departemen RSIT mencakup heavy maintenance. Manajemen data menggunakan SPSS 25, analisa data mengunakan analisa deskriptif, bivariat (uji chi square dan uji regresi logistik sederhana) dan multivariat menggunakan metode enter (uji regresi logistik ganda). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar kuesioner yang sudah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas dan lembar Rapid Entire Body Assesment (REBA). Hasil menunjukkan gambaran aktivitas pekerjaan di Departemen RSM terdiri dari pekerjaan di bagian rooftop, carbody, interior, underfloor dan di dalam kantor. Sedang pada Departemen RSIT terdiri dari pekerjaan di bagian carbody, pantograf, valve, brake, air compressor, motor traksi, bogie, elektrikal, AC, dan didalam kantor. Keluhan gotrak dirasakan oleh 62 pekerja railway maintenance di PT X (63.9%), dimana keluhan yang paling banyak dirasakan pada bagian leher, punggung bawah, kedua bahu, pergelangan tangan kanan dan punggung atas. Tingkat risiko ergonomi dari pekerjaan railway maintenance pada 2 departemen tersebut bervariasi mulai dari diabaikan hingga sangat tinggi, dimana penyumbang skor disebabkan oleh adanya postur janggal pada bagian leher, punggung, lengan atas, kedua kaki, dan berat objek. Faktor risiko yang berpengaruh terhadap keluhan gotrak yaitu dukungan sosial (OR 3.39, 95% CI 1,29 – 8.88). Intervensi yang dilakukan untuk mengurangi tingkat risiko ergonomi dari pekerjaan tersebut menggunakan hierarki pengendalian, sedangkan untuk mencegah keluhan gotrak yang berasal dari faktor risiko psikososial Upaya berfokus pada pengurangan tenaga manusia saat bekerja, peningkatan reward, peningkatan kepuasan kerja dan pengelolaan distres di tempat kerja.
Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) are one of the serious health problems in various industries suffered by workers. Although not fatal, MSDs tends to reduce work efficiency and quality of life. Complaints experienced by railway maintenance workers are generally felt in the neck, back and knees, where the complaints are caused by awkward posture, working in narrow places, heavy loads etc. Railway maintenance work has risk factors that can affect MSDs complaints, namely individual, physical, psychosocial, environmental and organizational risk factors. PT X is a BUMD in the field of railway which includes railway maintenance work. This study aims to determine the risk factors of railway maintenance work that affect MSDs workers complaints. This study was quantitative using a cross sectional design. The number of samples using the total population of railway maintenance workers, especially in departments that handle rolling stock maintenance (RSM Department and RSIT Department) amounted to 109. The RSM Department covers light maintenance, while the RSIT Department covers heavy maintenance. Data management using SPSS 25, data analysis using descriptive analysis, bivariate (chi square test and simple logistic regression test) and multivariate using enter method (multiple logistic regression test). The instruments used in this study were questionnaire sheets that had been tested for validity and reliability and Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) sheets. The results show a picture of work activities in the RSM Department consisting of work on the rooftop, carbody, interior, underfloor and inside the office. While in the RSIT Department consists of work in the carbody, pantograph, valve, brake, air compressor, traction motor, bogie, electrical, air conditioning, and in the office. MSDs complaints were felt by 62 railway maintenance workers at PT X (63.9%), where the most complaints were felt in the neck, lower back, both shoulders, right wrist and upper back. The level of ergonomic risk of railway maintenance work in the 2 departments varies from negligible to very high, where the contributor to the score is caused by awkward posture on the neck, back, upper arms, both legs, and the weight of the object. Risk factors that influence gotrak complaints are social support (OR 3.39, 95% CI 1.29 – 8.88). Interventions carried out to reduce the level of ergonomic risk of the work use a hierarchy of control, while to prevent complaints of fatigue derived from psychosocial risk factors Efforts focus on reducing human labor while working, increasing rewards, increasing job satisfaction and managing stress at work.

Abstrak:
Pekerja kasir berisiko untuk mengalami gangguan otot rangka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor risiko dari gejala gangguan otot rangka pada kasir. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan QEC, kombinasi kuesioner psikososial, NMQ, meteran, dan lux meter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan prevalensi gejala gangguan otot rangka tertinggi pada bahu dan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara jenis kelamin dengan gejala pada bahu (OR: 3.575) dan pergelangan kaki (OR: 2.784), kepuasan kerja dengan gejala pada punggung bawah (OR: 3.059), tuntutan kerja dengan gejala pada punggung bawah (OR: 7.650). Salah satu saran berdasarkan penelitian ini adalah melakukan pengaturan kembali workstation kasir.
