Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya 34,4% remaja memiliki perilaku seksual pranikah dengan risiko tinggi yang diantaranya sekitar 33,9% telah melakukan cium bibir, 16,1% cium leher sampai dada, 13,3% meraba area sensitif, 7,2% menempelkan alat kelamin, dan 5,6% melakukan hubungan seksual. Variabel yang paling dominan adalah peran teman sebaya, dimana remaja yang memiliki peran teman sebaya tinggi memiliki peluang 4,6 kali lebih tinggi untuk melakukan perilaku seks pranikah berisiko tinggi dibandingkan dengan responden yang memiliki peran teman sebaya rendah setelah dikontrol variabel pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterpaparan media pornografi.

This research was conducted by using quantitative method and data analysis was based on cross sectional design. The location of this research was is Senior High School in Jatiasih Bekasi with 180 samples that was selected through simple random sampling. The objectives of this study were to find out the relationship between the determinants with the premarital sexual behavior of adolescents and to find out the dominant variable of premarital sexual behavior of adolescents.
The results showed that 34,4% of adolescents had high risk premarital sexual behavior, of which about 33,9% had kissed the lips, 16,1% kissed the neck to the chest, 13,3% touched sensitive area, 7,2% had petting, and 5,6% had sexual intercourse. The most dominant variable is the role of peer group, where adolescents with high role of peer group have 4.6 times higher for having high risk premarital sexual behavior than adolescents who have low role of peer group after controlled by variables of knowledge, attitude, and exposure of pornographic media .

Premarital sexual behavior in female adolescent is a problematic behavior that can affect negative impact on health. Female adolescent is a risk group if they get pregnant at young age. The percentage of premarital sexual behavior among female adolescents in both rural and urban areas has increased. This study aims to determine the factors associated with premarital sexual behavior among female adolescent adolescent in rural and urban areas. This research used secondary data from Indonesian Demographic Health Survey (IDHS) 2017 with cross-sectional design. The population in this study were unmarried female adolescent aged 15-24 years. Based on the results of multiple logistic regression, age, alcohol consumption, drug consumption, attitudes towards premarital sexual behavior, knowledge of reproductive health, and peer influence are related to premarital sexual behavior of adolescent girls in urban areas. Meanwhile, factors related to premarital sexual behavior of teenage girls in rural areas are age, education, economic status, attitudes towards premarital sexual behavior, exposure to mass media, smoking behavior, alcohol consumption, dating experience, and reproductive health communication with health workers. The attitude variable towards premarital sexual behavior is the most dominant factor associated with the premarital sexual behavior of female adolescents in urban and rural areas
This study investigated pre-marital sexual behavior and its associated factorsamong adolescent street children in Himmata Foundation with period ofDecember 2013. A quantitative research using cross-sectional design wasemployed in this study. The participants were 110 adolescent street children livingin Himmata Foundation. The chi square test and logistic regression predictionmodel was used for analyzing the data. Data analysis revealed that there were 33.6% of street children suffered from pre-marital sexual behavior. Factors associatedwith pre-marital sexual debut were assessed using bivariate and multivariatestatistical test. The results of bivariate statistical test showed significantcorrelation between gender, age, educational background, place of residence,employment status, puberty, and media exposure to pornography exposure amongchildren. The results of multivariate statistical tests described that the onset ofpuberty and reproductive health knowledge were the most dominant variableassociated with pre-marital sexual behavior among the children. The largest OR ofdata analysis was puberty 8.6 which means the puberty was affected by 8.6 timesagainst pre-marital sexual behavior among the respondents. From this research weknow the relation between the ten variables with premarital sexual behavior ofadolescence street children. Based on IDHS 2017, there is an increase in the prevalence of premarital sexual intercourse among adolescents aged 15-24 years. IDHS 2017 as many as 8% of male adolescents and 2% of female adolescents have had sexual intercourse compared to the 2012 IDHS data as many as 7% of boys and 1% of female adolescents premarital sexual relations. This study aims to determine the effect of peers on premarital sexual relations behavior of adolescents aged 15-24 years in Indonesia using the IDHS 2017 with cross sectional design. Sample of 12,363 adolescents who meet the criteria for male adolescents and female aged 15-24 years, have currently dating, having peers, and having friends with premarital sexual experiences. Data were analyzed using multiple regression logistic tests using the SPSS program. The results showed that 8.4% of adolescents who are currently or have been dating have had premarital sexual intercourse and 21.9% of adolescents have had a bad influence on their peer sexual behavior. The results of the analysis show that there is peer influence on premarital sexual intercourse behavior, adolescents who get influence from their peer sexual behavior have 4 times the risk of having premarital sexual intercourse compared with adolescents who are not influenced by peers after being controlled by attitudes towards premarital sexual behavior, dating style and a history of alcohol consumption. Efforts are needed to increase youth involvement in more useful activities so that they can create a good social environment and can prevent adolescents from the sexual behavior of peers
Adolescents are part of the nation's next generation who have a big role in the progress of a nation. Characteristics of adolescents tend to have high curiosity, want to be recognized for their existence and unstable emotions, easily influenced by friends, prioritizing group solidarity, causing adolescents to be vulnerable to risky sexual behavior. This study aims to determine the effect of reproductive health knowledge on premarital sexual behavior of adolescents aged 15-24 years in Indonesia using the 2017 IDHS data. The design used in this study was cross sectional with a sample of 12,903 respondents who met the study inclusion criteria. The results showed that 44% of respondents who are currently or have been dating who have ever engaged in premarital sexual behavior and respondents who have low knowledge are 40.9%. The results of the multivariate analysis of the effect of knowledge of reproductive health on premarital sexual behavior found that respondents who had knowledge of low reproductive health had a risk of engaging in premarital sexual behavior by 0.8 times compared to those who had high knowledge after being controlled by peer influence.
Healthy teenagers will be expected to create quality human resources. In Indonesia, premarital sexual relations in adolescents have increased from 4.5 to 5% in 2012. One of the factors is the age of puberty. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the age of menarche and premarital sexual behavior in adolescents aged 15-24 years in Indonesia using the 2017 IDHS data. The research design used a cross sectional study with a sample of 10,077. The results showed that adolescent girls who had had premarital sexual intercourse were 1.9% (95% CI 1.6-2.2) then for the age of early menarche it was 8.2% (95% CI 7.6-8, 8). Then it was found that adolescents who have socioeconomic status in the low wealth quintile category, disagree with the importance of maintaining their virginity and have peer influence will be more at risk for premarital sexual relations. Empowering peer counselors from among the youth themselves, it is hoped that adolescents will receive education and guidance from peer influence regarding premarital sexual behavior
Adolescence is an advanced phase from childhood before heading to adulthood with growth and development in biological, cognitive, psychosocial, and emotional aspects. Within the phase, adolescents have a high curiosity to try or explore new things, including risky sexual behavior in adolescents. Therefore, based on the IDHS report of 2017 on Adolescent Reproductive Health (KRR) that male and female adolescents tried to have premarital sex for the first time at the age of 15-19 years with a percentage of 8 percent for men and 2 percent for women. This study aims to determine the relationship between reproductive health education that received for the first time at school to the premarital sexual behavior of male adolescents aged 15-19 years in Indonesia. The data used in this study is IDHS data for the 2017 KRR with a total sample of 7.345 adolescents who have been adjusted by both of the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the study. This study used a cross sectional study design. The results of this study are there were 6,966 (94.8%) teenage boys aged 15-19 years who had premarital sexual intercourse, while only 379 (5.2%) teenagers who had not. Based on bivariate analysis, It was found that the variables of reproductive health education about the human reproductive system (p=0.000), family planning (p=0.000) and HIV/AIDS (p=0.002) had a significant relationship with adolescent premarital sexual behavior. In addition, variables related to adolescent premarital sexual behavior are communication with teachers (p = 0.004) and education level (p = 0.000 and 0.008). While the variable of residence did not have a significant correlation (p = 0.095).
