Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji hubungan serta pengaruh Iklim Keselamatan Psikososial terhadap kejadian perundungan di tempat kerja di PT WID (perusahaan pembangkit tenaga listrik) yang melibatkan enam area kerja pembangkit listrik di seluruh Indonesia.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan studi potong lintang (cross- sectional study) dengan melibatkan 100 orang tenaga kerja di lini bisnis Operational & Maintenance yang memiliki usia di atas 17 tahun dan pengalaman kerja minimal 6 bulan, untuk ikut berpartisipasi dalam pengisian kuesioner Psychosocial Safety Climate (PSC 12) untuk mengukur tingkat iklim keselamatan psikososial dan Negative Acts Qustionnaire-Revised (NAQ-R) untuk mengatahui tingkat kejadian perundungan di perusahaan. Hasil: Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa Iklim Keselamatan Psikososial berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap tingkat kejadian perundungan di tempat kerja di perusahaan, dengan arah hubungan negatif dan berkekuatan sedang (p-sig=0,003; r=0,292; ß=-0,257). Selain itu hasil uji regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa Komitmen Manajemen memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan (p-sig= 0,013) terhadap penurunan tingkat perundungan di tempat kerja, dibandingkan Prioritas Manajemen, Partisipasi Organisasi dan Komunikasi Organisasi. Simpulan: Hal ini menunjukkan jika terjadi kenaikan satu tingkat Iklim Keselamatan Psikososial maka terjadi penurunan Tindakan perundungan sebesar 0,257. Dimana Komitmen manajemen menjadi variable yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap penurunan tingkat perundungan di tempat kerja
This study aims to determine and examine the relationship and influence of the Psychosocial Safety Climate on the incidence of workplace bullying at PT WID (a power generation company) involving six power plant work areas throughout Indonesia. Method: This was a cross-sectional study involving 100 workers in the power plant industry who were above 17 years of age and with a work experience of at least 6 months. These workers participated in this study by filling out the Psychosocial Safety Climate (PSC 12) to measure the level of psychosocial safety climate and Negative Acts Questionnaire-Revised (NAQ-R) to determine the incidence of bullying in companies Results: The results of the analysis show that the Psychosocial Safety Climate has a significant effect on the incidence of bullying in the workplace in the company, with a negative relationship direction and moderate strength(p-sig=0,003; r=0,292; ß=-0,257). In addition, the results of multiple linear regressions show that Management Commitment has a significant effect (p-sig = 0.013) on the decrease in bullying levels in the workplace, compared to Management Priority, Organizational Participation and Organizational Communication. Conclusion: This shows that if there is an increase in one level of Psychosocial Safety Climate, there will be a decrease in bullying actions by 0.257. Where management commitment is the variable that has the most dominant influence on reducing the level of bullying in the workplace

Abstrak:
Setiap pekerjaan memiliki risiko kecelakaan, dalam membangun kesadaran pekerja dibutuhkan safety culture yang baik. Untuk merepresentasikan safety culture dengan menggunakan safety climate atau persepsi keselamatan pekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran safety climate di PT Fajar Mas Murni Tahun 2017, menggunakan desain survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk mengelolah data. Besaran sampel yang diambil sebanyak 109 responden diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai safety climate sebesar 7,51 atau sangat kuat. Dimensi yang paling kuat adalah persepsi karyawan sebagai individu terhadap nilai safety (7,82), sedangkan variabel yang menunjukan nilai paling tinggi adalah kebutuhan pribadi terhadap keselamatan (8,11). Nilai safety climate paling tinggi ada pada kelompok tingkat jabatan manajer (7,91), pendidikan terakhir Diploma III (7,7), masa kerja >15 tahun (7,73), dan pekerja kontrak (7,6)

Abstrak:
ABSTRAK Industri baja memiliki resiko yang tinggi terhadap kesehatan dan keselamatan karyawannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui iklim keselamatan di area rolling mill PT X dengan besar sampel 166 orang. Hasilnya dimensi iklim keselamatan yang paling kuat adalah dimensi individu (3,21), dengan faktor iklim keselamatan tertinggi adalah komitmen pekerja (3,28). Semakin tinggi tingkat pendidikan, jabatan dan semakin lama orang bekerja maka semakin tinggi nilai iklim keselamatannya. Kata kunci: Safety Climate ABSTRACT The steel industry has a high risk to the health and safety of its employees. The purpose of this research is to know the safety climate in rolling mill area of PT X with a large sample of 166 people. The result of the most robust dimension of the safety climate is the individual dimension (3.21), with the highest safety climate factor being workers' commitment (3.28). Abstrak:
Di Indonesia pada tahun 2020 terjadi 177.000 kasus kecelakaan kerja dimana pada sektor transportasi menyumbang sebesar 9,3%. Kecelakaan kerja dapat terjadi karena lingkungan kerja yang tidak aman dan perilaku yang tidak aman yang bersumber dari manusia. Salah satu cara pendekatan keselamatan yang dapat digunakan dan berfokus kepada faktor manusia yaitu dengan melalui iklim keselamatan. Terkait dengan iklim keselamatan kerja di PT.XYZ belum pernah dilakukan pengukuran iklim keselamatan kerja. Dan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis iklim keselamatan kerja di PT.XYZ. Pengukuran iklim keselamatan kerja pada penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode NOSACQ-50. Dimana instrumen dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuesioner NOSACQ-50. Dan setalah dilakukan pengolahan data diperoleh hasil tingkat iklim keselamatan kerja di PT.XYZ adalah dengan skor 3,03 yang berarti masuk kedalam katagori baik

Abstrak:
Iklim keselamatan adalah persepsi bersama karyawan tentang kebijakan, prosedur, dan praktik yang berkaitan dengan keselamatan di lingkungan kerja mereka. Iklim keselamatan berhubungan dengan perilaku selamat dan kecelakaan kerja yang tidak disengaja di tempat kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur tingkat kematangan iklim keselamatan di PT X serta menganalisis hubungannya dengan perilaku selamat. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan metode kuesioner dengan total 200 responden. Kuesioner terstruktur digunakan untuk menangkap karakteristik sosio-demografis responden, iklim keselamatan kerja, dan perilaku keselamatan kerja. Responden berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini dengan menjawab kuesioner yang dibagikan secara online dan offline. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kematangan iklim keselamatan di PT X berada di level Cukup, terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuat antara Variabel sub dimensi dengan iklim keselamatan, serta hubungan yang cukup kuat antara iklim keselamatan dengan perilaku selamat. Studi menekankan bahwa peningkatan tingkat iklim keselamatan dapat meningkatkan perilaku selamat sehingga efektif dalam mengurangi insiden kecelakaan kerja.

Safety climate is related to safe behavior and occupational accidents in the workplace. The purpose of this study was to measure the maturity level of the safety climate at PT X and to analyze its relationship with safety behavior. This research is descriptive quantitative using a questionnaire method with a total of 200 respondents. A structured questionnaire was used to capture the socio-demographic characteristics of the respondents, safety climate, and safety behavior. Respondents participated in this study by answering questionnaires distributed online and offline. The findings of this study indicate that the maturity level of the safety climate at PT X is at the fair level, there is a very strong relationship between the subdimensional variables and the safety climate, and a fairly strong relationship between the safety climate and safety behavior. The study emphasizes that an increase in the level of safety climate can increase safe behavior therefore it is effective in reducing the incidence of work accidents.
