Abstrak:
Obesitas merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang dapatmeningkatkan risiko hipertensi, dislipidemia, diabetes tipe 2, penyakit jantungkoroner, stroke, osteoartritis, dan kanker. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengetahui hubungan perilaku sedentary, asupan gizi, pola makan, kebiasaanmengkonsumsi makanan dan minuman ringan tinggi energi, pengetahuan gizi, danjenis kelamin dengan obesitas pada mahasiswa S1 Reguler FIB UI. Penelitian inimenggunakan desain studi cross-sectional yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Februarihingga Juni 2017. Sampel yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa S1 Reguler laki-lakidan perempuan sebanyak 151 mahasiswa dari setiap angkatan. Pengumpulan datadilakukan dengan pengukuran berat badan dan tinggi badan, pengisian kuesionermandiri, serta wawancara 2x24 hours food recall. Prevalensi obesitas sebesar22,5%. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara perilaku sedentary(p-value:0,004), kebiasaan mengkonsumsi makanan ringan tinggi energi (p-value:0,024), dan kebiasaan mengkonsumsi minuman ringan tinggi energi (p-value:0,000) dengan obesitas. berdasarkan hasil penelitian disarankan agarmahasiswa lebih aktif secara fisik dan mengurangi konsumsi makanan danminuman ringan tinggi energi.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui prevalensi serta perbedaan proporsi dismenore primer berdasarkan durasi perdarahan saat menstruasi, riwayat keluarga, aktivitas fisik, stres, kebiasaan sarapan, frekuensi konsumsi lemak jenuh, konsumsi omega-3, konsumsi zat besi, frekuensi konsumsi produk susu, konsumsi kafein, dan frekuensi konsumsi gula tambahan pada mahasiswa S1 FKM UI Tahun 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dan dilakukan pada 150 mahasiswa S1 Reguler angkatan 2019-2022 S1 FKM UI yang terpilih melalui teknik sampling systematic random sampling di bulan Mei 2023. Pengisian kuesioner dilakukan secara daring melalui google form dan spreadsheet. Data yang telah diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan uji chi square dan regresi logistik ganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa 61,3% mahasiswi mengalami dismenore primer. Hasil analisis bivariat juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan proporsi dismenore primer yang signifikan berdasarkan riwayat keluarga, konsumsi kafein, dan frekuensi konsumsi gula tambahan. Analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa frekuensi konsumsi gula tambahan merupakan faktor dominan terhadap kejadian dismenore primer pada mahasiswi S1 FKM UI tahun 2023.
The focus of this study is to determine the prevalence and differences in the proportion of primary dysmenorrhea based on bleeding duration during menstruation, family history, physical activity, stress, breakfast habits, frequency of saturated fat intake, omega-3 intake, iron intake, frequency of dairy products intake, caffeine intake, and frequency of added sugars intake in undergraduate students at Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Indonesia in 2023. This cross-sectional study was conducted on 150 female students in class 2019-2022 from the Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Indonesia, who were chosen by using a systematic random sampling approach in May 2023. The data was collected online by filling out the Google form and spreadsheet. The obtained data were then analyzed using chi-square and multiple logistic regression tests. The univariate analysis resulted in 61,3% of female students experiencing primary dysmenorrhea. The bivariate analysis also shows significant differences in the proportion of primary dysmenorrhea based on family history, caffeine, and frequency of added sugars intake. According to the multivariate analysis, the frequency of added sugars intake is the dominant factor influencing primary dysmenorrhea among Undergraduate Students at the Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Indonesia in 2023.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kebiasaan sarapan, karakteristik individu, asupan energi dan zat gizi, kebiasaan mengemil, aktivitas fisik, durasi tidur, dan tingkat stres pada mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik Universitas Indonesia. Status gizi diukur dengan pengukuran tinggi badan dan penimbangan berat badan. Kebiasaan sarapan, karakteristik individu, kebiasaan mengemil, durasi tidur, dan tingkat stres diukur dengan kuesioner yang diisi sendiri. Asupan energi dan zat gizi diukur dengan wawancara Food Frequency Questionnaire semi-kuanititatif. Aktivitas fisik diukur dengan wawancara Global Physical Activity Questionnaire. Desain penelitian menggunakan cross-sectional dengan sampel sebanyak 142 responden. Penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik systematical simple random dan pengambilan data dilakukan selama bulan AprilMei 2015. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara jenis kelamin (P value=0,015), status merokok (P value=0,008), asupan energi (P value=0,000), asupan karbohidrat (P value=0,025), dan asupan lemak (P value=0,004) dengan status gizi. Disarankan agar mahasiswa mengatur pola makan yang lebih sehat dan menjaga aktivitas fisiknya. Di samping itu, Fakultas Teknik Universitas Indonesia mendukung adanya kerja sama dengan instansi atau lembaga yang bekerja di bidang gizi dan kesehatan.

Nutritional status is measured by measuring height and weight. Data about breakfast consumption, individual characteristics, snacking habit, sleep duration, and stress were collected by using self-registered questionnaire. Energy and nutrient intake were collected by conducting interview using semiquantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire. Physical activity was measured using Global Physical Activity Questionnaire by conducting interview. This research was quantitative research using cross-sectional study design involving 142 respondents. The sampling technique used systematical simple random. Abstrak:
Energi yang berasal dari zat gizi makro dibutuhkan untuk melakukan metabolisme tubuh, kegiatan fisik, dan pertumbuhan. Kebiasaan konsumsi energi dan zat gizi yang tidak seimbang dengan pola makan yang tidak tepat akan menyebabkan masalah gizi. Sebaliknya, asupan energi dan zat gizi seimbang serta berkualitas dapat mempertahankan kesehatan fisik dan stabilitas mental. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran asupan energi serta apakah terdapat hubungan dengan mindful eating dan faktor lainnya pada mahasiswa S1 Reguler Gizi FKM UI tahun 2022. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini adalah mindful eating, pengetahuan gizi, uang jajan untuk membeli makanan dan minuman, stress, konsumsi makanan selingan, konsumsi minuman manis, dan durasi tidur. Variabel dependen penelitian ini adalah asupan energi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain studi cross-sectional. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Maret-Juni 2022 kepada 136 mahasiswi tahun angkatan 2019-2021. Data yang digunakan didapatkan dari pengisian kuesioner serta food record weekday dan weekend yang diisi mandiri oleh responden. Sebesar 8.1% mahasiswi S1 Reguler Gizi FKM UI memiliki asupan energi tinggi yaitu > 80% AKG. Analisis statistik menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara stres, konsumsi makanan selingan, dan konsumsi minuman manis dengan asupan energi. Peneliti menyarankan kepada pihak universitas untuk dapat memberikan edukasi terkait pedoman gizi seimbang.

On the other hand, a balanced and quality intake of energy and nutrients can maintain a person's physical health and mental stability. The aim of this study was to analyze the relationship between mindful eating and other factors with energy intake in Students of Nutritional Programs at FKM UI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungandengan konsumsi pangan probiotik pada mahasiswi Program Studi Gizi FakultasKesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Indonesia tahun 2011. Penelitian ini adalahpenelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain studi cross sectional danpengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara sampel jenuh pada mahasiswiProgram Studi Gizi seluruh angkatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konsumsiterakhir pangan probiotik pada > 4 minggu lalu sebesar 37,4%, disusul olehresponden yang mengonsumsi pangan probiotik pada < 2 minggu lalu yakni34,6%, konsumsi 2-4 minggu lalu sebesar 27,9%. Pihak yang menganjurkankonsumsi adalah inisiatif sendiri yakni 86,3%, sebagian besar mengakumerasakan manfaat dari konsumsi probiotik yakni 56,9%, tidak melihatsaran/petunjuk pemakaian produk yakni sebesar 72,1%, dan respondenmengkonsumsi dua merek produk pangan probiotik sebesar 50,3%. Rata-rata skorpengetahuan responden mengenai probiotik adalah 38,84 poin dari skor maksimal80 poin. Sebanyak 44,7% memiliki uang saku Rp.0-Rp 500.000, memiliki skoraktivitas fisik 0,7184, tidak memiliki riwayat konstipasi dalam satu bulan terakhirsebesar 83,1%, dan memiliki rata-rata frekuensi keterpaparan media promosimengenai probiotik sebanyak 29,15 kali dalam satu bulan.Hubungan yang bermakna hanya ditemui pada variabel aktivitas fisik(p=0,016), sedangkan variabel lainnya tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikanyakni hubungan konsumsi pangan probiotik sebagai variabel dependent denganpengetahuan (p=0,173), besar uang saku (p=0,695), riwayat konstipasi dalam satubulan terakhir (p=0,915), dan media promosi probiotik (p=0,833) sebagai variabelindependen. Dibutuhkan penelitian lanjutan pada kelompok usia yang berbedadengan penambahan variabel penelitian seperti kebiasaan makan.Kata kunci: pangan probiotik

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan asupan zat besi mahasiswi berdasarkan faktor konsumsi (konsumsi lauk hewani, konsumsi lauk nabati, konsumsi sayur-sayuran, konsumsi buah-buahan, konsumsi Ultra Processed Food) dan faktor individu (Sikap terhadap konsumsi daging merah, pengaruh sosial media, pengetahuan gizi, uang saku, jenis tempat tinggal). Desain dari penilitian ini adalah cross-sectional dengan 147 responden mahasiswi S1 Reguler Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Angkatan 2021, 2022, 2023. Pemilihan responden dilakukan berdasarkan simple random sampling dan pengambilan data adalah secara daring dengan Zoom. Pengerjaan kuesioner penelitian adalah menggunakan Google Form, dan Spreadsheet untuk Semi Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan metode Uji T Independen. Hasil analisis univariat menemukan bahwa rata-rata asupan zat besi adalah 15.35±7.30 mg per hari dengan 70.1% mahasiswi belum mencukupi kebutuhan zat besi mereka. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat perbedaaan asupan zat besi brdasarkan konsumsi lauk hewani, konsumsi lauk nabati, konsumsi sayur-sayuran, konsumsi buah-buahan, konsumsi Ultra Processed Food, dan jenis tempat tinggal.
This study aims to determine the differences in iron intake among female college students based on consumption factors (animal-based side dishes, plant-based side dishes, vegetables, fruits, Ultra Processed Food) and individual factors (attitude towards red meat consumption, social media influence, nutrition knowledge, allowance, type of residence). The design of this study is cross-sectional, involving 147 undergraduate regular students from the Faculty of Public Health class of 2021, 2022, and 2023. Respondents were selected based on simple random sampling, and data collection was conducted online using Zoom. The research questionnaire was administered using Google Forms and Spreadsheets for the Semi Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed using the Independent T-Test method. Univariate analysis results showed that the average iron intake was 15.35±7.30 mg per day, with 70.1% of the female students not meeting their iron requirements. The study found differences in iron intake based on the consumption of animal-based side dishes, plant-based side dishes, vegetables, fruits, Ultra Processed Food, and type of residence.
