Kelompok keperawatan merupakan salah satu komponen profesi yang dianggap sebagai kunci dari keberhasilan asuhan kesehatan di rumah sakit (Sumijatun, 2010) dan perawat merupakan SDM yang paling dominan di rumah sakit yaitu sekitar 60-70 % (Gillies,1994). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kinerja dan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan kinerja perawat serta faktor apa yang paling berhubungan kinerja perawat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap perawat pelaksana di unit rawat inap RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya Tahun 2011. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan rancangan studi cross sectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengisian kuesioner kepada 87 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja perawat pelaksana di unit rawat inap RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus lebih dari sebagian memiliki kinerja baik (51,7%), sedangkan sisanya memiliki kinerja buruk (48,3%). Dari analisis bivariat didapatkan bahwa variabel struktur organisasi, motivasi dan sikap mempunyai hubungan yang bermakna dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana. Pada analisis multivariat dari ketiga variabel tersebut, menunjukkan bahwa motivasi merupakan variabel yang mempunyai hubungan paling bermakna dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana. Dengan hasil tersebut di atas, maka upaya yang disarankan untuk meningkatkan kinerja perawat pelaksana di unit rawat inap adalah dengan memberikan motivasi baik itu berupa kesempatan pengembangan diri/pelatihan/pendidikan ataupun penghargaan. Nursing is one the profession component of which is considered as a key to the success of health care in the hospital (Sumijatun, 2010) and nurses are the most dominant human resources at the hospital at around 60-70% (Gillies, 1994). The purpose of the study is to analyze factors related the performance of nurses. This research was conducted on nurse in inpatient unit at dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya Hospital 2011. The method of this research is quantitative approaches using cross-sectional study design. The data was collected by filling a questionnaire to 87 samples. This research showed that the performance of nurses in inpatient units of dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya Hospital more than half of nurses have good performance is 51.7%, while poor performance is 48.3%. From the bivariate analysis found that the variables of organizational structure, motivation and attitude have a significant relationship with the nurse performance. In multivariate analysis of these three variables, suggesting that motivation is a dominant variable have a relationship with the performance of nurse in the inpatient unit. This study, suggested an effort to improve the performance of nurses in inpatient units in term of providing motivation in the form of self-development opportunities / training / education or awards. Medical Check Up (MCU) merupakan salah layanan unggulan di RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Kapasitas ideal (ideal capacity) MCU RSPAD Gatot Soebroto melayani 30 pasien setiap hari layanan. Periode tahun 2008-2011 MCU RSPAD Gatot Soebroto melayani rata-rata 21 orang setiap hari. Pengelolaan keuangan hasil pelayanan pasien swasta dapat digunakan untuk peningkatan pelayanan pasien dinas dan operasional rumah sakit. Pemanfaatan MCU oleh pasien swasta dari tahun 2008-2011 berkisar antara 58%-80% dari jumlah pengguna layanan MCU, 60%-72% dari jumlah tersebut merupakan pasien perusahaan dan instansi. Perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh pada pemanfaatan layanan MCU oleh perusahaan dan instansi di RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Penelitian ini bersifat diskriptif dan kualitatif. Penelitian diskriptif dengan responden dari masing-masing perusahaan/instansi sebanyak 19 dan pada penelitian kualitatif melibatkan 9 informan dari 3 perusahaan dan 2 instansi. Ada 4 faktor yang berpengaruh pada pemanfaatn layanan MCU oleh perusahaan dan instansi yaitu Faktor Organisasi, Persepsi terhadap Penyelengara layanan, Faktor pengguna dan Faktor kompetitor. Tujuan MCU dari organisasi berperan besar dalam pemanfaatan layanan MCU, menurut persepsi responden faktor yang sangat besar mempengaruhi pemanfaatan layanan MCU adalah: Tarif yang sesuai, Paket MCU yang dibutuhkan Perusahaan/ Instansi, kelengkapan fasilitas medis, keakuratan hasil MCU, Kecepatan hasil, kerahasiaan hasil MCU, dan kualitas pelayanan. Instansi yang memanfaatkan layanan MCU untuk seleksi pejabat aspek independensi, legalitas, kerahasiaan hasil MCU, keamanan dan belum adanya fasilitas MCU yang memadai menjadi pertimbangan yang sangat besar mempengaruhi pemanfaatan layanan MCU di RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Untuk meningkatkan pemanfaatan layanan MCU oleh pelanggan perusahaan dan instansi disarankan agar: 1) Meningkatkan akses informasi dengan selalu memperbaharui website RSPAD Gatot Soebroto, upaya marketing termasuk membuat informasi lengkap tentang profile MCU serta membina hubungan yang baik dengan para pengambil keputusan di Perusahaan dan Instansi, 2) Tersedia unit cost yang up to date sebagai dasar penetapan tarif yang kompetitif, 3) Pembuatan paket MCU berorientasi dengan kebutuhan pelanggan, 4) Fasilitas medis selalu dipelihara dan dilengkapi agar hasil pemeriksaan akurat, 5) Kesamaan visi pengelola dan pelaksanan MCU, 6) Perbaikan sistem informasi management yang terintegrasi untuk mempercepat hasil MCU, 7) Jadwal hari layanan MCU ditambah untuk pelanggan perusahaan dan instansi, 8) Khusus MCU untuk tujuan seleksi karyawan/pejabat agar di dalam perjanjian kerjasama dilengkapi dengan standar kelulusannya.
Medical Check-Up (MCU) Unit service is one of the leading service in RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Ideal Capacity RSPAD Gatot Soebroto MCU serves 30 patients each office day. Between 2008 and 2011 RSPAD Gatot Soebroto served about 21 patients each day. Financial income from the service of private patient can be used to improve the quality of service for the army patient and also for hospital operational cost. Utilization of MCU for the private sector from 2008-2011 was about 58-80% of the number of service users, and 60-72% of those numbers were patients from companies and institution. A research is needed to determine the factors that affect the MCU service utilization by companies and institutions in RSPAD Gatot Soebroto This research is using a descriptive and qualitative approach. The descriptive research took 19 respondents from companies or institution. In qualitative research involved 9 informants from 3 companies and 2 institutions. There are 4 factors that can be affect for the utilization of MCU by companies and institutions : organization, perceptions to the provider, user and competitors. The result of this research has concluded the factors that greatly affect to the utilization of MCU services were: the aim of the MCU utilities, the perception to the provider: a rational service fee, service packages that meet the requirement of the companies or institutions, completeness of MCU facilities, the accuracy of MCU result, quick MCU result, confidentially of the result and quality service. The lack of independency, legality, confidentiality of result, security and MCU facilities in the institutions needs for official selection has become a big consideration that affect the MCU service in RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. To increase the utilization of MCU services by companies and institution, it is recommended to: 1) Improve access to information by updating the RSPAD website, improve the marketing by giving a complete profile about MCU and also develop a good relationship with the decision maker in companies and institution, 2) Have an update unit cost as a basic for determining a competitive fees, 3) Make an MCU package oriented to customer needs, 4) Keep the maintenance of medical facilities to keep an accurate examination result, 5) Align vision between the manager and the executive at MCU to achieve an excellent service, 6) Improvement of an integrated information management to accelerate the MCU result, 7) Extend the time of MCU service for companies and institution, 8) Make a ?passing grade? for MCU, especially for the purpose of employee or government official selection and completely be explained in the cooperation agreement.
Health services have begun to shift by placing patients at the center of health services. Continuity of service runs well if all service providers are able to provide the information needed to make the right decisions. This research was conducted to analyze the factors that influence the implementation of patient centered care in the inpatient room of Wangaya Hospital in Denpasar. The method in this study use a quantitative method using a descriptive analytic design with a cross Sectional approach. Data were analyzed using cross tabulation analysis and chi square analysis. Data were collected through a questionnaire given to 70 respondents who were selected and in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results showed that 50% of respondents applied patient-focused services well, 81.43% of respondents had a good level of knowledge about patient-focused services, 44.29% of respondents had a good attitude category, 48.57% of respondents had high motivation, 50 % have good skills in the application of patient-focused services. The logistic regression test results show that knowledge is the most dominant factor in the application of patient-focused services. This is indicated by the significance (0.048) which is smaller than the real level value (α = 0.05). The regression coefficient of Nurse Knowledge (1,848) which is positive indicates a positive and significant influence, the Nagelkerke R Square value. This value is 0.372. This means that the contribution of the influence of the nurse's knowledge, attitude, motivation and skills to the application of PCC is 37.2%
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai kinerja perawat dalam pendokumentasian proses keperawatan serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Analisa data menggunakan uji Anova, regresi linier ganda dan General linier model multivariate.
Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa secara bersama-sama skor kinerja perawat dalam pendokumentasian pengkajian, disgnosa, perencanaan, implementasi dan evaluasi memang dipengaruhi umur, lama kerja, pendidikan, status pernikahan, status kepegawaian, persepsi seorang perawat terhadap kepemimpinan, hubungan antar kelompok, desain kerja, imbalan, fasilitas kerja, struktur organisasi, supervisi dan penghargaan.
Berdasar pada hasil penelitian, untuk meningkatkan kinerja perawat dalam pendokumentasian proses keperawatan, pihak manajemen rumah sakit perlu untuk membuat suatu kebijakan yang dapat mengakomodir peningkatan kemampuan setiap perawat melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan. Serta menciptakan situasi dan kondisi yang dapat memotivasi perawat untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya seperti supervisi, imbalan, penghargaan dan jenjang karir.
Analysis of Factors that Influenced Nurse Performance in Nursing Process Documentation at Inpatient Room, Koja General District HospitalTo fulfill the clinical purposes of nursing, a nurse does nursing process. Quality of nursing care is an output of how effective and efficiency a nurse does their nursing process. The nurse performance appraisal within documentation nursing process seems to be the important way to get nurse performance on nursing process.
The objective of this study is to get information about nurse performance on nursing process documentation and its influenced factors. This study is a quantitative method with cross sectional study. Data analysis using Anova test, multiple linier regression and multivariate General Linier Model.
The study showed that nurse performance score in documentation nursing assessment, diagnosis, care plan, implementation and care evaluation as a combined dependent variable influenced by age, tenure, educational background, marital status, employment status, leadership, peer relationship, salary, supervision, organizational structure, work design, work facility and reward.
Based on study result, to increase the nurse performance, it is suggested that the management of Koja General District Hospital needs to make a policy that ensure all employee so that they can develop their abilities through education and training and create a conclusive situation that motivate employee to do their best performance such as supervision, salary, reward and career path.
