Abstrak:
Kegiatan industri pertambangan emas merupakan industri yang padat modal, padat karya, dan padat teknologi. Interaksi yang tidak harmonis diantara ketiga aspek tersebut dapat menyebabkan timbulnya kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit akibat kerja yang erat kaitannya dengan kelelahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan prevalensi kelelahan pada pekerja di PT. X Tahun 2017. Desain studi cross-sectional digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuesioner Occupational Fatigue Exhaustion Recovery (OFER) dengan target penelitian sejumlah 288 responden yang berasal dari semua departemen di PT. X. Diketahui prevalensi kelelahan pekerja di PT. X yaitu sebanyak 136 pekerja mengalami kelelahan (36,8%) dan sebanyak 182 pekerja tidak mengalami kelelahan (63,2%). Dari hasil uji statistik ditemukan dua variabel yang signifikan antara lain, variabel kepuasan kerja (p-value=0,003; OR=2.140), dan variabel stres kerja (p-value=0,000). Kesimpulannya, faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kelelahan merupakan faktor risiko psikososial. Sebagai upaya penanganan maka perlu dibentuk sistem manajemen penanggulangan kelelahan yang berkelanjutan, pengadaan dialog terbuka mengenai penanganan bahaya psikososial di tempat kerja, dan menerapkan komunikasi yang efektif dan budaya kerja yang kooperatif di setiap jenjang organisasi perusahaan.

The activities of the gold mining industry are capital-intensive, labor-intensive, and technology-intensive industries. The unharmonious interactions between these three aspects can lead to work accidents and occupational diseases that are closely related to fatigue. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors associated with the prevalence of fatigue in workers at PT. X Year 2017. A cross-sectional study design was used in this study using the Occupational Fatigue Exhaustion Recovery (OFER) questionnaire with a target of 288 respondents from all departments at PT. X. It is known that the prevalence of worker fatigue at PT. X as many as 136 workers experiencing fatigue (36.8%) and as many as 182 workers did not experience fatigue (63.2%). From the statistical test results found two significant variables i.e. job satisfaction variables (p-value = 0.003, OR = 2.140), and job stress variables (p-value = 0,000). In conclusion, the most influential factor for fatigue is psychosocial risk factors. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to establish a sustainable fatigue management management system, to establish an open dialogue on the management of psychosocial hazards in the workplace, and to implement effective communication and cooperative working culture at every level of the organization.

Abstrak:
Paparan debu keramik yang mengandung silika bebas di lingkungan kerja pabrik keramik Inerupakan faktor resiko untuk terjadinya penyakit pare akibat kerja. Untuk mencegah timbulnya penyakit pneumokoniosis perlu dilakukan upaya pemantauan secara khusus dan berkelanjutan terhadap para pekerja melalui pemeriksaan kesehatan secara berkala dan pemantauan terhadap lingkungan kerja. Penelitian terhadap tenaga kerja pabrik kerami; di Cikarang dilakukan pada 66 pekerja laki-laki, dengan metode krosseksional., terdiri dari 31 orang dare bagian pembuatan badan keramik dan 35 orang dad bagian pengepakan. Penelitian lingkungan kerja dilakukan dengan mengukur kadar debu total, kadar debu respirable dan kadar silika bebas di bagian pembuatan badan keramik dan di bagian pengepakan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, pemeriksaan fisik, pemeriksaan fungsi paru dan pemeriksaan foto toraks. Hasil dan kesimpulan: Didapatkan prevalensi batuk kronik 4,5%, bronkitis kronik 4,5%, dahak kronik 4,5%, kelainan radiologi paru 10,6% dan restriksi 47% di pabrik tsb. Dibagian pembuatan badan keramik, kadar debu total, kadar debu respirable dan kadar silika bebas melebihi NAB yang ditetapkan. Tidak ditemukan hubungan antara kelainan fungsi pare dengan faktor-faktor umur, pendidikan, status gizi, masa kerja, kebiasaan merokok, kebiasaan memakai alat pelindung diri. Tidak ditemukan perbedaan prevalensi batuk kronik, bronkitis kronik, restriksi dan kelainan radiologi dengan tingkat paparan.
Scope and Methodology Exposure to ceramic dust which contains free silica in a ceramic factory is a risk factor for occupational lung diseases. To prevent pneumoconiosis, specific and continuous monitoring of the workers through periodic health examinations and work environment measuring is very important. A study on 66 by ceramic factory workers consisting of 31 men from ceramic-body preparation division and 35 men from packaging division in Cikarang using cross-sectional method has been conducted. The work environment study was done by measuring total dust contamination, respirable dust, and free silica in ceramic-body preparation division and packaging division. Data collection was done by interviews, physical examination, lung function test and X-ray examination. Results : The prevalence of chronic cough were 4,5 %, chronic bronchitis 4,5 %, changes in lung radiologic 10,6 % and restriction 47 %. The total dust concentration, respirable dust and the free silica concentration was found to exceed the permissible limit in ceramic-body preparation division. No relation was found between lung function changes, age, education, nutrition condition, work period, smoking habits and mask users habits. No significant different in the prevalence of chronic cough, chronic-bronchitis, restriction and radiologic changes was found different level of dust exposure.

Abstrak:
Masih minimnya penelitian tentang kelelahan akut dan kronis, terutama di industri manufaktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari faktor-faktor yang berhubungan terhadap fatigue akut dan kronis pada pekerja bagian produksi dan packaging PT X. Variabel yang diteliti yaitu faktor individu (umur, waktu tidur, commuting time), dan faktor pekerjaan yaitu (durasi kerja, shift kerja, lokasi kerja, dan waktu lembur). Skala Occupational Fatigue Exhaustion an Recovery digunakan untuk mengukur keluhan fatigue akut dan kronispada pekerja. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan desain studi cross sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa waktu tidur dan commuting time memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap fatigue akut pada pekerja, sedangkan waktu tidur dan durasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap fatigue kronis pada pekerja.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan fatigue pada pekerja wanita di PT. X. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan juni-juli 2021 dengan melibatkan 5 orang pekerja dari PT. X yaitu 2 orang pekerja di bagian manajemen dan 3 orang pekerja di bagian produksi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain studi deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengambilan data berupa data primer yang dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam dan data sekunder dari PT.X. Faktor risiko fatigu yang diteliti terdiri dari faktor risiko terkait kerja dan faktor risiko tidak terkait kerja.
