Pharmaceutical supplies must be managed well for the smooth running of hospital services and finances. Management of hospital pharmaceutical supplies starts from the flow of planning and procurement of medicines in the hospital. An appropriate planning system is needed for managing planning and supplies in hospitals so that efficiency in the drug procurement process can be achieved. Hermina Medan Hospital made changes to its medicine planning system from initially using a min-max system to a Pareto system. This research aims to compare the level of efficiency of the two systems. This research was conducted using operational research on drug samples resulting from ABC analysis and combining qualitative methods. The results of ABC analysis based on usage values during August and September 2023 showed that category A drugs represent 80% of the total value of UHC drug supplies in pharmacy installations. The research results show that by comparing calculations for planning the procurement of category A drugs using the Pareto and min-max systems, the total inventory cost is lower using the min-max system. Procurement planning using a min-max system can be better if the calculation of drug use is routinely controlled and the procurement planning process is assisted by a better information system. It is hoped that the research can be continued for a longer period so that inventory cost assessments can be more accurate.
Kegiatan logistik di rumah sakit mempunyai peran yang sangat besar karena berkaitan dengan semua unit pelayanan di rumah sakit. Pembelanjaan terbesar rumah sakit setiap bulannya adalah untuk pembelian obat-obatan dan bahan habis pakai. Banyak dan beragamnya item obat yang harus disiapkan untuk pelayanan sehingga mempunyai nilai investasi yang paling besar dengan persediaan lainnya, di Rumah Sakit Risa Sentra medika sekitar 49-56% pembelanjaan obat dalam trimester pertama tahun 2012 dibandingkan dengan total biaya operasional Rumah Sakit Risa Sentra Medika. Gudang farmasi RS Risa Sentra Medika belum melakukan perhitungan safety stock yang sesuai sehingga sering terjadi kekosongan stock. Oleh karena itu, maka untuk menjaga agar stock selalu tersedia saat dibutuhkan maka perlu di adakan sistem pengendalian persediaan obat yang sesuai seperti pengendalian persediaan dengan safety stock. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik kualitatif untuk melihat perhitungan safety stock di Rumah Sakit Risa Sentra Medika selama periode Januari hingga Maret 2012. Obat antibiotik yang fast moving di bulan januari dengan jumlah 84 item dengan nilai persediaan sebesar Rp 126.889.911, pada bulan februari sebanyak 93 item dengan nilai persediaan Rp 135.524.014 dan pada bulan maret 2012 di dapatkan 85 item antibiotik yng tergolong fast moving dengan nilai persediaan Rp 117.021.085 berarti jumlah total pembelian dalam tiga bulan adalah Rp 379.435.010 sehingga didapatkan rata-rata pembelian perbulan adalah Rp 126.478.337. Data penjualan ini diolah menjadi rencana anggaran pembelian obat-obatan khususnya golongan antibiotika yang fast moving. Peneliti menyarankan untuk perhitungan safety stocknya menggunakan metode pemakaian maksimum dikurangi pemakaian rata-rata dikalikan dengan lead time. Metode ini sederhana namun bisa diterapkan. Peneliti juga menyarankan untuk membuat rencana anggaran berdasarkan omset.

Risa Sentra Medika Hospital pharmacy logistic has not made the appropriate safety stock calculations that are common stock blanks. Therefore, it is to keep the stock is always available when needed it is necessary to invent a drug inventory control system such as inventory control in accordance with safety stock. This type of qualitative research is to see the analytic calculation of safety stock in Risa Sentra Medika Hospital from January to March 2012. Antibiotic drugs are fast moving in January to 84 the number of inventory items with a value of Rp 126 889 911, in February a total of 93 items with a value of Rp 135 524 014 inventories in March 2012 and get 85 items in yng antibiotic belonging to the fast moving supply of Rp 117 021 085 the total number of purchases within three months is Rp 379 435 010 so we get the average purchase per month is Rp 126 478 337. Sales data is processed into the budget plan the procurement of medicines particularly fast moving class of antibiotics. Researchers suggest stocknya safety calculations using the maximum use of reduced consumption multiplied by the average lead time. The method is simple but can be applied. Researchers also suggested creating a budget plan based on turnover.
The number of error occurrences in the pharmaceutical drug Awal Bros Bekasi. The purposeof this study discusses the factors affecting medication errors in pharmacy Awal Bros bekasiHospital, and it begin from prescribing, dispensing and administring. Is a qualitative studywith an explanatory purposes. Results of the study there were 274 events. Types of errorsinclude wrong drug, wrong patient, wrong reading, wrong route of administration. The causeof the error is lack of knowledge and skills of the officer, the officer busyness, lack ofcommunication, lack of socialization of policies and procedures, the use of prescriptiononline is not maximized.
