Tantangan pengobatan ARV adalah kepatuhan. Kepatuhan pengobatan ARV di Kabupaten Mimika menurun dari 84.3% pada tahun 2009 menjadi 62% pada tahun 2011. Berdasarkan fakta ini dilakukan penelitian cross sectional agar diketahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan pengobatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepatuhan ≥ 80% : 44.59% dan kepatuhan < 80% : 55.41%. Hasil uji regresi logistik menunjukan bahwa pasien berpendidikan tinggi lebih patuh dari berpendidikan rendah, pasien tidak bekerja lebih patuh dari pasien yang bekerja, Pasien bukan suku Papua lebih patuh dari pasien suku Papua dan pasien yang mendapat dukungan keluarga lebih patuh dari pasien yang tidak mendapat dukungan keluarga.
ARV treatment is compliance challenges. ARV treatment adherence in Mimika District decreased from 84.3% in 2009 to 62% in 2011. This fact-based cross sectional study carried out in order to know the factors related to medication adherence. The results showed that compliance ≥ 80%: 44.59% and adherence <80%: 55.41%. The results of logistic regression test showed that highly educated patients had better adherence than less educated, not working more adherent patients than patients who work, not the tribe of Papua patients more adherent than patients Papuan tribal and family support for patients who received more adherent than patients who did not receive family support.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Pengetahuan Pasien dengan
Kepatuhan Pengobatan TB Paru. Desain studi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah
crossectional, dimana sampel adalah penduduk Kabupaten Merauke yang berusia >15
tahun yang menjalankan pengobatan TB Paru sensitive obat dan tercatat dalam register
form TB 01 puskesmas, Hasil penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang
bermakna antara pengetahuan Pasien dengan Kepatuhan Pengobatan TB Paru. Responden
dengan pengetahuan yang buruk berpeluang sebesar 1,59 kali untuk patuh dalam
pengobatn TB Paru hanya pada fase intensif saja dibandingkan responden yang
berpengetahuan baik, setelah dikontrol dengan variable umur, sikap, dan perilaku. Nilai
PR adjusted sebesar 1,59; 95% CI 0,706 – 3,608; p-value 0,262. Pemerintah perlu
meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat melalui kegiatan penyuluhan yang
dilakukan secara rutin oleh petugas kesehatan dengan melibatkan tokoh agama dan tokoh
masyarakat untuk ikut menyampaikan pesan kesehatan.

The success rate of TB in Merauke Regency is still quite low (80%), the success rate of
TB is very closely related to the level of TB treatment compliance
This study aims to determine the relationship between patient knowledge and compliance
with pulmonary TB treatment. The study design used in this study was cross-sectional, in
which the sample was a population of Merauke Regency aged> 15 years who were
undergoing drug-sensitive pulmonary TB treatment and was recorded in the TB 01 health
center register form. The results of this study stated that there was no meaningful
relationship between patient knowledge with Lung TB Treatment Compliance.
Respondents with poor knowledge are 1.59 times as likely to be obedient in the treatment
of pulmonary TB only in the intensive phase compared to respondents who are
knowledgeable, after being controlled by variables of age, attitude, and behavior. PR
value adjusted for 1.59; 95% CI 0.706 - 3.608; p-value 0.262. The government needs to
increase public knowledge and awareness through counseling activities carried out
routinely by health workers by involving religious and community leaders to participate
in delivering health messages.

Background mobility is the process of moving people from one area to another happening every day, month and year both domestically and abroad with varied objectives to meet the needs of the lives of these people. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between migrants' mobility and factors. Method is to use a case-control approach aimed at analyzing the implications and effects of exposure and disease from high-risk and low-mobility migrants at risk of HIV incidence. Sample was 390 population and community groups visiting VCT (Voluntary Counseling and Testing) tests at 1 Hospital and 4 Puskesmas in Mimika Regency. Eligible populations are all mobile risk migrants visiting VCT test sites both in hospitals and health centers in the 2017 and 2018 periods. Results of 390 respondents were 157 cases and 234 controls, sample selection there were 138 respondents consisting of 13 cases and 125 controls were not cited because they came from the key population, so there were 253 samples, consisting of 144 cases and 109 controls. 144 and 109 controls in the data there were respondents who did not answer the question and so had to be excluded, 78 cases and 28 controls were excluded then the number of samples for analysis was determined that 66 cases and 81 high mobility controls had 4 times the risk of being infected, Sociodemographic characteristics of migrants with male sex men at risk 6 times, young adults (17-35 years) at risk 5 times, educated low risk at 0.1 times, precarious work at risk 2 times, knowledge less risk 13 times, no relationship with HIV incidence, no relationship coverage HIV programs with HIV incidence, Increased HIV infection in migrant populations with high mobility m is an excess (negative) from the development of the Mimika Regency, Papua Province
ABSTRAK Di Kabupaten Pacitan kasus malaria didominasi oleh pekerja musiman yang pulang bekerja dari luar jawa 347 orang (95,8% dari total kasus) pada tahun 2011. Berdasarkan surveilans aktif Puskesmas Tegalombo prosentase pekerja musiman bergejala klinis malaria yang pulang dari luar Jawa tidak memeriksakan ke layanan kesehatan sebesar 76,6%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perilaku pencarian pengobatan malaria klinis pekerja musiman yang bekerja keluar pulau jawa setelah kepulangannya di daerah asal tempat tinggalnya. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional. Subyek penelitian sebanyak 270 pekerja musiman, berumur ≥ 17 tahun dengan gejala klinis malaria 1 bulan setelah kedatangannya dari luar Jawa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 37,4% pekerja musiman melakukan pengobatan sendiri malaria klinis yang dideritanya. Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara variabel pengetahuan dan jarak dengan perilaku pencarian pengobatan malaria klinis pekerja musiman keluar Pulau Jawa dengan OR masing-masing 2,43 (95% CI; 1.411-4.171) dan 3,38 ( 95 CI; 1,945- 5,862) Pendekatan layanan kesehatan hendaknya di ikuti dengan peningkatan pengetahuan petugas kesehatan khususnya bidan desa dan perawat untuk melakukan pengambilan sediaan darah guna penegakan diagnosis pasti malaria. Abstract In Pacitan district case of malaria dominated by temporally workers who return to work from outside Java island. In 2011 total case of malaria by temporally 347 people (95.8% of total cases). Percentage of clinical malaria temporally workers who come from outside Java island not hecked into the Tegalombo health service is 76%. The Objective of this study was to determine clinical malaria treatment seeking behavior of temporally workers who work out of Java island after his return to his residence. Study design is cross sectional. Research subjects and as many as 270 temporally workers aged ≥ 17 years, one month after his arrival from outside Java. The results showed 37% of temporally workers make own treatment of clinical malaria symptoms that their suffered. There is a significant association between the variables of knowledge and distance with a clinical malaria treatment seeking behavior temporally workers with respective OR 2.43 (95% CI: 1411-4171) and 3.38 (95 CI: 1.945 to 5.862). Health care approach should be followed by an increase in knowledge of health workers, especially midwives and nurses to perform collection of blood preparation for definite diagnosis of malaria.
