Abstrak:
Kecelakaan lalu lintas merupakan salah satu penyebab kematian tertinggi pada beberapa negara di dunia (WHO, 2010). Keselamatan lalu lintas di Indonesia adalah yang terburuk se-ASEAN (ADB, 2006) dan hampir setengah dari kasus kecelakaan sepeda motor disebabkan oleh perilaku tidak aman (Raymond, 2008). Dalam prasurvei awal tahun 2012 yang dilakukan pada pengendara ojek stasiun Citayam, ditemukan hampir seluruhnya tidak menggunakan helm, +50% ugal-ugalan, +30% berkendara sambil menggunakan telepon genggam, dan sebagainya, sehingga sangat berbahaya dan tidak sesuai dengan regulasi UU Lalin No. 22/2009, PP No. 43/1993 mengenai batas kecepatan, dan tata cara berkendara motor dari Dirjen Perhubungan RI tahun 2005. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat gambaran faktor resiko perilaku tidak aman pengendara ojek stasiun Citayam, Depok tahun 2012. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Informan dari penelitian dipilih sebanyak 4 orang pengendara ojek, dan 2 orang penumpang serta 2 orang pejalan kaki untuk triangulasi data. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara, yang kemudian dikroscek sebagai validitas data. Data diolah dalam bentuk narasi dan tabel. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Safety Triad dari Geller (2001) dimana perilaku dipengaruhi oleh adanya faktor manusia dan faktor lingkungan. Teori ini digunakan karena dianggap cukup tepat dalam menganalisis perilaku tidak aman pengendara ojek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pengendara ojek stasiun Citayam, Depok berperilaku tidak aman dalam berkendara. Faktor manusia yang mempengaruhi perilaku tidak aman adalah ketiadaan motivasi dalam bentuk pengalaman celaka, rendahnya pengetahuan mengenai regulasi berkendara, dan ketidaktahuan standar keterampilan berkendara yang baik, sedangkan kondisi fisik tidak terlalu berhubungan dengan perilaku tidak aman. Pada faktor lingkungan yang berhubungan dalam membentuk perilaku tidak aman adalah kondisi kendaraan, kondisi cuaca, dan intervensi penumpang, sedangkan kondisi jalan tidak berpengaruh. Untuk itu disarankan ada penegakkan hukum yang konsisten dan melaksanakan penyuluhan melalui media sosialiasi, diskusi, poster, atau stiker yang berisi pengenalan regulasi berlalu lintas dan berkendara dan penjelasan mengenai bahaya resiko kecelakaan jalan raya.
Traffic accident is the one of the highest cause of death of several countries in the world (WHO, 2010). Road safety in Indonesia is the worst in ASEAN (ADB, 2006) and almost half of motorcycle accidents are caused by unsafe behavior (Raymond, 2008). At the pra-survey in early 2012 on a ojek riders in Citayam railway station, found that almost entirely riders did not use helmet, +50% bad riding, +30% using their cell phone while riding, etc., so that really dangerous and not compliance with Traffic Act No.22/2009, PP about speed limit No. 43/1993, and safety riding procedures from Dirjen Perhubungan RI 2005. This study intends to see the description of risk factors related with unsafe behavior of ojek riders in Citayam railway station, Depok 2012 by using descriptive approach and qualitative method. Informants was chosen amounted 4 ojek riders, 2 passengers, and 2 pedestrians for triangulated purposes. In collecting data, the study using observation and in-depth interview methods which later be cross-checked for validation. Then data being processed in narative and table. This study is using Safety Triad Theory by Geller (2001) which explained that behavior is influenced by individual factor and environmental factor. It is used because it quite appropriate to analize unsafe behavior of ojek riders. The result showed that almost all ojek riders in Citayam railway station, Depok, do unsafe behavior while riding. Individual factors that influenced unsafe behavior are lack of motivation in having a bad experience while riding, lack of knowledge about riding regulation, and the ignorance of standards in good riding skill, whereas the physical condition is not really related with unsafe behavior. Environmental factors that related with unsafe behavior are motorcycle condition, weather condition, and passengers intervention, whereas bad road condition is not really influenced in making an unsafe behavior. It is recommended to consistently enforce the law and do a kind of counseling by using social media, discussion, poster, or sticker which contain the regulation of traffic and riding, and also about hazards & risks of road accidents.

Abstrak:
Perilaku berkendara aman (safety riding) merupakan bagian dari budayakeselamatan. Terdapat dua faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku aman berkendara(safety riding), yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internalmerupakan karakteristik orang yang bersangkutan yang bersifat bawaan yangmeliputi pengetahuan, motivasi, dan sikap sedangkan faktor eksternal adalahlingkungan yang meliputi penggunaan alat pelindung diri, kondisi kendaraan,kondisi jalan, dan fasilitas rambu dan marka jalan. Desain peneltian inimenggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Hasilpenelitian ini ingin menunjukkan gambaran perilaku aman berkendara pada pengandara ojek di Universitas Indonesia, sedangkan hasil yang didapat untuk melihat adakah hubungan antara faktor internal dengan perilaku dan faktor eksternal dengan perilaku adalah terdapatnya hubungan antara pengetahuan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan dengan perilaku aman berkendara, terdapatnya hubungan yang bermakna antara motivasi dengan perilaku aman berkendara,terdapatnya hubungan yang bermakna antara sikap dengan perilaku amanber kendara, terdapatnya hubungan yang bermakna antara penggunaan alat pelindung diri dengan perilaku aman berkendara, dan terdapatnya hubungan yang bermakna antara kondisi kendaran dengan perilaku berkendara aman.Kata Kunci :Perilaku, Perilaku Berkendara Aman, Safety Riding, Ojek Universitas Indonesia

Abstrak:
Pengendara ojek online yang memiliki durasi dan frekuensi berkendara yang tinggi merupakan salah satu kelompok pengendara dengan risiko terbesar ketika berkendara. Oleh karena itu penting bagi pengendara ojek online untuk selalu menerapkan perilaku keselamatan berkendara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi prevalensi perilaku keselamatan berkendara dan menganalisis faktor faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku keselamatan berkendara pada pengendara ojek online Kota Depok. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross-sectional menggunakan kuesioner Indonesian Motorcycle Rider Behavior Questionnaire (MRBQ) serta kuesioner tambahan lainnya yang disebar secara daring dan luring terhadap 100 pengendara ojek online Kota Depok. Variabel yang diteliti adalah faktor internal (usia, tingkat pendidikan, masa kerja, pengalaman kecelakaan,keterampilan berkendara, persepsi risiko, sikap) dan faktor eksternal (keikutsertaan pelatihan berkendara) serta perilaku keselamatan berkendara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 61% pengendara ojek online yang memiliki perilaku keselamatan berkendara baik. Ditemukan juga hubungan yang signifikan antara sikap,persepsi risiko, dan keikutsertaan pelatihan terhadap perilaku keselamatan berkendara. berdasarkan hasil tersebut, perlu dilakukan berbagai upaya pengendalian dengan cara mengidentifikasi perilaku berkendara pada pengendara dengan cara melakukan evaluasi berkala, mengembangkan program pelatihan yang bersifat interaktif dan berkelanjutan, serta memanfaatkan teknologi pada aplikasi untuk membantu melakukan evaluasi, edukasi, dan sosialisasi keselamatan berkendara.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuifaktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap perilaku berkendara aman (Safety riding), seperti pendidikan, pelatihan, penetahuan, motivasi, penegakan hukum, intervensi penumpang, nilai kelompok dan kondisi kendaraan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik deskriptif dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah 100 pengendara ojek onlinedi wilayah Depok, Jawa Barat..Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa pengendara yang berperilaku aman adalah 49%.Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan hubungan antara varibel bebas dengan variabel terikat. Dimana perilaku bekendara aman tersebut dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan, motivasi, intervensi penumpang dan nilai kelompok dengan p value pada variabel pengetahuan adalah <0,001.

Abstrak:
industri konstruksi merupakan salah satu industri yang mempunyai potensi bahaya tinggi yang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya kecelakaan, dimana menempati urutan jumlah kecelakaan tertinggi bila dibandingkan dengan sektor lain. PT. XYZ merupakan kontraktor pembangunan gedung ABC yang telah menerapkan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja, namun masih terdapat kasus kecelakaan. Berdasarkan data analisa kecelakaan PT. XYZ, penyebabnya sebagian besar adalah perilaku tidak aman pekerja. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku tidak aman pekerja konstruksi pada proyek pembangunan gedung ABC Jakarta. Desain penelitian cross sectional, menggunakan kuesioner, analisis data mengunakan uji chi square dan uji regresi logistik ganda. Hasil uji chi square menunjukkan ada hubungan pengetahuan, persepsi, motivasi dan dukungan teman kerja dengan perilaku tidak aman pekerja, sedangkan pengawasan dan ketersediaan sarana prasarana tidak ada hubungan dengan perilaku tidak aman. Berdasarkan analisa regresi logistik ganda, variabel persepsi mempunyai nilai OR paling besar yaitu 4,328 sehingga persepsi merupakan faktor paling dominan mempengaruhi terjadinya perilaku tidak aman. Disarankan bagi PT. XYZ untuk mengembangkan pendekatan yang sistematis dan aplikatif dalam rangka pencegahan perilaku tidak aman, salah satunya dengan program Behaviour Base Safety (BBS); melaksanakan pelatihan berkala untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, persepsi dan motivasi sehingga menumbuhkan kepedulian pekerja terhadap keselamatan kerja; meningkatkan keterlibatan mandor dalam mengawasi pekerja berorientasi keselamatan pekerja.

Abstrak:
Perilaku manusia yang berhubungan dengan keselamatan merupakan sebuahpendekatan untuk menganalisis apa yang dibutuhkan untuk membuat perilakuaman lebih dimungkinkan dan mengurangi perilaku yang berisiko (Geller, 2001).Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap perilaku bekerja aman sangat pentinguntuk diketahui sehingga faktor-faktor tersebut dapat diperbaiki dan terusditingkatkan agar terhindar dari kecelakaan kerja, baik injury maupun near miss.Aspek keselamatan pada bengkel servis mobil yang bergerak dalam industrisektor informal, merupakan aspek penting karena terdapat banyak kondisi ataukeadaan yang dapat menyebabkan kecelakaan kerja karena kondisi industriinformal saat ini masih sangat kurang memadai dan juga kurang mendapatperhatian dari instansi terkait, tidak sesuainya rancangan tempat kerja, kurangbaiknya prosedur atau pengorganisasian kerja, rendahnya kesadaran para pekerjauntuk berperilaku aman dalam bekerja serta minimnya peralatan pelindung bagipekerja.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain crosssectional dimana informasi dan data dikumpulkan pada satu waktu yang samamelalui penyebaran kuesioner, observasi dan wawancara pada 22 bengkel servismobil di Depok. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 106 responden. Analisisbivariat dilakukan dengan uji Chi Square.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui 51,9% pekerja berperilaku amandan 48,1% pekerja yang berperilaku tidak aman. Faktor-faktor yang tidak mempengaruhi perilaku aman adalah pengetahuan. Sedangkan, faktor-faktor yangterbukti mempengaruhi perilaku aman adalah sikap, pengalaman bekerja,ketersediaan SOP, ketersediaan APD, peran pengawas dan peran rekan kerja.Kata kunci : perilaku aman, sektor informal, bengkel servis mobil
