Tesis ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan komponen-komponen quality of work life dengan turnover intention perawat dan bidan pelaksana Rumah Sakit Tugu Ibu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif secara cross-sectional pada 143 perawat dan bidan pelaksana. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat, bivariat, dan multivariat dengan uji statistik menggunakan chi-square dan regresi logistik menggunakan SPSS versi 20. Pemodelan multivariat dengan menggunakan metode enter.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya kontribusi variabel-variabel quality of work life terhadap turnover intention perawat dan bidan pelaksana. Saran untuk Rumah Sakit Tugu Ibu berdasarkan hasil penelitian adalah memperkuat rasa bangga terhadap institusi, menerapkan program manajemen risiko klinis, mempertahankan kekeluargaan dan toleransi dalam komunikasi organisasi, memberikan kompensasi yang seimbang sesuai model jenjang karir perawat klinis menurut Depkes RI, mempertahankan fasilitas refreshing, meningkatkan pengelolaan sistem jaminan kesehatan dan pensiun, serta meningkatkan dan mengevaluasi kepuasan kerja.
The aim of this study is to analyse the correlation between the components of quality of work life with the nurse and midwives turnover intention at Tugu Ibu Hospital. Quantitative Cross-Sectional methods was used on 143 nurses and midwives sample. Univariate, bivariate, and multivariate data analyses were used using Chi-Square and regression logistic statistical test with SPSS version 20. Enter method was assessed for multivariate modeling.
The result shows that there are contributions from quality of work life variables to nurse and midwife turnover intention. Suggests we give for Tugu Ibu Hospital based on the thesis result are strengthening the sense of pride in the institution, implementing clinical risk management program, maintain sense of kinship and tolerance in communication, balance compensation based on Depkes RI nurse career path, maintain refreshing facility, improve the management of health insurance and pension, improve and evaluate job satisfaction regularly.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk hubungan Quality of Work Life dengan kinerja dan komponen mana yang memiliki hubungan paling dominan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional dimana pengukuran variabel dependen dan independen dilakukan pada satu waktu. Populasinya adalah semua perawat pelaksana yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi berjumlah 111 orang.
Hasil penelitian secara umum kinerja perawat baik, tapi ada tiga unit pelayanan yaitu instalasi gawat darurat, ruang rawat inap sakura dan ruang rawat inap bluebels memiliki kinerja perawat kurang ≤ 50 %. Hanya delapan variabel dari komponen kualitas kehidupan kerja yang memiliki hubungan bermakna yaitu Keterlibatan Perawat, Kompensasi yang Seimbang, Rasa Aman terhadap Pekerjaan, Keselamatan Lingkungan Kerja, Rasa Bangga terhadap Rumah Sakit, Pengembangan Karir, Penyelesaian Masalah dan Komunikasi. Berdasarkan analisis multivariat didapatkan variabel yang paling dominan berhubungan terhadap kinerja adalah Komunikasi. Komponen Kualitas kehidupan kerja (Quality of Work Life) memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Prima Pekanbaru. Manajemen diharapkan memberikan perhatian terhadap program pengembangan kualitas kehidupan kerja perawat terutama komponen komunikasi, rasa aman terhadap pekerjaan, keterlibatan perawat sebagai upaya meningkatkan kinerja dan produktivitas
The high rate of nurse turnover > 10% at Prikasih hospital causes a variety ofproblems, increased operating cost, disruption operations and raising moral issuesin nurse who stay, This research is a quantitative analytical research aiming todescribe the types of organizational culture (clan, adhocracy, market, hierarchy)and organizational commitment (affective, normative, continuance). The researchalso aims to illustrate the relations between the different types of organizationalculture and organizational commitment, and the association with turnoverintention at Prikasih hospital as well as to identify the most dominant factor ofrelations. The research uses cross-sectional method with 102 nurses asrespondents, using questionnaires. The result correlation and regresion analysisshows that there is correlation between organizational culture (clan, market,hierarchy), organizational commitment (affective, normative, continuance) withturnover intention. This Research assess the relationship between Quality Of Work Life(QWL) components and the performance of nurses in the Budi KemuliaanHospital Batam Era National Health Insurance 2015.Research metodology : quantitative, cross-sectional design. These QWLcomponents are employee participation, compensation, job security, workenvironment safety, a sense of pride in the institution, career development,facilities, conflict resolution and communication.Respondents were amounted to 100 nurses.The age of majority of respondents is 20-29 years (40%) and 30-39 years(39%) average education is Diploma o f n u r s i n g (87%), the statusof most employees are permanent employee (88%) and working periode isover 3 years (59%). Bivariate analysis with Chi Square and Spearmancorrelation test found a significant relationship between components ofemployee participation, compensation and work environment safety with thenurses performance. Further multiple logistic analysis found asignificant relationship between components of employee participation,compensation, job security, work environment safety and career development withthe performance of nurses.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang hubungan komponen quality of work life dengan kinerja bidan di Departemen Obstetri dan Ginekologi RSPAD Gatot Soebroto- Jakarta tahun 2011.
Metodologi penelitian bersifat kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Penelitian ini untuk melihat hubungan antara sembilan komponen variabel independen Quality of Work Life berupa : keterlibatan karyawan, kompensasi, rasa aman terhadap pekerjaan, keselamatan lingkungan kerja, rasa bangga terhadap institusi, pengembangan karir, fasilitas, penyelesaian masalah dan komunikasi dengan kinerja bidan di Departemen Obstetri dan Ginekologi RSPAD Gatot Soebroto- Jakarta.
Responden berjumlah 97 bidan. Karakteristik responden dari umur terbanyak usia 20-29 tahun (41,24%) dan 40-55 tahun (40,21%), pendidikan rata-rata D3 kebidanan (86,60%), status pegawai terbanyak adalah PNS (87,62%) dan lama bekerja terbanyak diatas 3 tahun (75,26%).
Analisis bivariat dengan Chi Square dan uji korelasi Spearman didapatkan hubungan yang signifikan dengan kinerja bidan adalah komponen keterlibatan karyawan, penyelesaian masalah dan komunikasi. Analisis lanjut regresi berganda didapatkan komponen yang mempunyai hubungan signifikan adalah kompensasi, keselamatan lingkungan kerja, penyelesaian masalah dan komunikasi.

Bivariate analysis with Chi Square and Spearman correlation test found a significant relationship between components of employee participation, problem solving and communication with the midwives performance. Further multiple regression analysis found a significant relationship between components of compensation, work environment safety, problem solving and communication with the performance of midwives.
