The Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence (MBCfPE) is an integrated management framework covering all the factors that define the organization, operational processes and performance results in a clear and measurable manner. This study aims to determine the performance of the Jakarta Port Hospital with the Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence approach. This type of research is descriptive analytic with a combination research method with sequential explanatory design (Creswell, 2009). This model is characterized by the collection and analysis of quantitative data in the first stage, followed by the collection and analysis of qualitative data in the second stage, in order to strengthen the results of quantitative research conducted in the first stage. The design used is cross sectional. Quantitative data is done by distributing questionnaires to 76 respondents while qualitative data is obtained by reviewing documents and in-depth interviews. The results showed that the leadership score had a high score. amounting to 66.7 points (55.6%) and the lowest 22.35% is focus on customers. The total score of the Jakarta Port Hospital is 463, this means that the assessment of the hospital's performance is included in the Early Improvement category. The outcome variable has a significant relationship with all variables from the process dimension. Strategy, PAMP, and workforce have a strong relationship because they have a high correlation coefficient. The conclusion of this study that the hospital performance is quite good, but there are several things that must be improved. Suggestion for this research that hospitals need to build a solid and strong leadership team in implementing a performance approach with the Malcolm Baldrige Criteria For Performance Excellence
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan informasi mengenai kinerja organisasi melalui wawancara mendalam, CDMG dan data sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dalam setiap kriteria juga dijabarkan peluang perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan oleh rumah sakit untuk meningkatkan kinerja mutu organisasi.

Meassurement of hospital performance can provide a strong foundation for solving existing problems and is needed to improve the quality of care service. This thesis assesses the quality performance of hospital organization using Malcolm Baldrige For Performance Excellence based on seven criteria: Leadership, Strategy Planning, Costumers Focus, Meassurement, Analysis and Management Knowledge, Work Focus, Operation Focus and Result.
This research is based on a qualitative research by collecting information about organizational performance through in-depth intervies, CDMG and secondary data. Based on the results of the study, in each criteria also elaborated opportunities for improvement that can be done by the hospital to improve the quality performance of the organization.

Adang Bachtiar MPH DSc Tim Casemix rumah sakit akan menjadi penggerak membantu melakukan sosialisasi, monitoring dan evaluasi implementasi INA-CBGs di rumah sakit. Pada awal mulainya menjalankan program JKN/BPJS rumah sakit ini mengalami peningkatan jumlah kunjungan pasien yang cukup signifikan, namun semakin ke depan terdapat penurunan jumlah pasien dan semakin tingginya beban biaya rumah sakit berkenaan dengan banyaknya klaim biaya yang tertunda/ditolak pembayarannya. Penelitian ini untuk melakukan penilaian kinerja Tim Casemix RSU UKI Berdasarkan Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence untuk mendapatkan gambaran rencana perbaikan kinerja manajemen rumah sakit. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kombinasi menggunakan Analisis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif, dimana peneliti melakukan pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner diikuti dengan wawancara mendalam informan kunci, telaah dokumen, observasi, dan diskusi kelompok terarah. Hasil penelitian didapatkan Tim Casemix RSU UKI Jakarta memiliki aspek kesempatan untuk peningkatan (Opportunity For Improvement /OFI) di semua kriteria selain sistem kerja, dimana pada kriteria-kriteria tersebut penilaian masih di bawah 50% dari nilai kesempurnaan MBCfPE. Total skor kriteria Malcolm Baldrige pada Analisis Kinerja Tim Casemix berdasarkan Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence RSU UKI Jakarta tahun 2018 adalah 376,31, yang artinya tim casemix mencapai predikat kinerja “Early Improvement” dengan tingkatan mutu “Average”. Adang Bachtiar MPH DSc Hospital Casemix team will become a driving force helping to conduct socialization, monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of INA-CBGs in hospitals. At the beginning of start run programs JKN/BPJS hospital is experiencing an increase in the number of patient visits are significant enough, but getting to the front there is a decrease in the number of patients and the increasing costs of hospitals with regard to the number of claims pending/rejected charges that the payout. The research is to conduct a performance analysis of UKI Hospital Casemix Team based on Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence to get an overview of performance improvement plan of hospital management. The method used is a combination of research methods using quantitative and qualitative data analysis, where the researchers doing data collection using the questionnaire followed by in-depth key informant interviews, document review, observation, and discussion groups. The Research Team obtained Casemix RSU UKI Jakarta has the opportunity for improvement (Opportunity For Improvement/OFI) on all criteria in addition to the working system, where in the criteria of assessment is still under 50% of the value MBCfPE perfection. A total score of Malcolm Baldrige on performance analysis of UKI Hospital Casemix Team based on Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence Jakarta in 2018 is 376.31, meaning that the casemix team reached the predicate "Early Improvement" performance with the "Average" level of quality. This thesis is an economic evaluation with a cross sectional quantitative methoddesign, observational and using comparative studies between two herniotomytechniques. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the cost effectiveness betweenpatients with Laparoscopic Herniotomy and patients with Open Herniotomy of theinguinal hernia. This research is using Activity Based Costing with simpledistribution to achieve total cost and then compared with the output, therefore costeffectiveness ratio (CER) is achieved. The CER is then compared to understandwhich is the lesser cost therefore is more effective. The research result shows thatOpen Herniotomy gives a smaller CER than the Laparoscopic Herniotomy.Therefore it is found that Open Herniotomy is more effective compared withLaparoscopic Herniotomy.Keyword :Cost Effectiveness Analysis, Activity Based Costing, Herniotomy.
