Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan metode incremental iteratif dari model prototype, melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu analisis, penmeangan, pengkodean dan ujicoba. Identifikasi dan analisis masalah sistem dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, telaah dokumen dan observasi pada dinas kesehatan dan Puskesmas. Hasil analisis sistem dapat mengidentifikasi pennasaiahan yang ada pada sistem yang sedang berjalan serta beberapa alternatif solusi pada input, proses dan output. Output yang dihasilkan berupa laporan bulanan, berisi informasi monitoring vaksin, logistik vaksin, laporan PD3I, kulkas vaksin, drop out. target cakupan imunisasi, kebutuhan vaksin, alat suntik, safety box dan desa UCI. Perancangan prototype dilakukan dengan monggunakan bahasa pomrograman PHP dan basis data mysqi yang bersifat open source. Prototype ini masih mempunyai keterbatasan sehingga dibutuhkan pengembangan lebih lanjut. Pengembangan Prototype yang bersifat a.plikatlf dapat menjadi alat manajemen untuk peningkatan program imunisasi dengan penguatan perencanaan, monitoring dan evaluasi. Output yang dihasilkan dapat dijadikan informasi untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam penanggulangan penyakit yang dapat dicegah dengan imunisasi.
immunization is an effective way and needed by all of districts to decrease infant and under five children mortality, morbidity and disability rates. Immunization program introduces PWS as a coverage monitoring tool. PWS is clearly useful in monitoring the trend of program coverage achievement in given period, so the correction and follow up can be done immediately. Infant immunization coverage tends to increase in Aceh Utara from 2004 to 2006, except for Hepatitis B. However, immunization coverage in Aceh Utara District in 2006 was still lower compared to Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Province. Consequences of this lower coverage are mortality and morbidity rates due to immunization preventable disease (PD31) are still high. Issues in information system have an impact on planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the program. Processing and analyzing of immunization PWS data were performed in a simple way through immunization and analysis of system problem were conducted by depth interviewdocument study, and observation in health district office and heaJth center. The result of system analysis can identifY the existing issue in the world system and some solution alternatives in input, process and output. The output is in monthly reporting form, consisting vaccine monitoring information, vaccine logistic, PD3I report, vaccine refrigerator, drop out, immunization coverage target, vaccine requirement, injection tool. safety box and UCI village. Prototype design is performed by using PHP programming language and open source mysql data base, This prototype still has limitations so that further development is needed. Applicable prototype development can be a management tool to improve immunization program by reinforce the planning, monitoring and evaluation. Output resulted from this development can be used as an information to support decision making in immunization preventable disease prevention.
Background: Efforts made by the reduction of MMR and IMR with equalization ofmidwife health worker and continuing education. Continuing education will improvethe competence and quality of midwife health personnel. In ensuring the quality ofhealth personnel, the government requires midwife health personnel to followcompetency test. Percentage of graduation Competency Test Diploma of Midwifery72% by 2015. The Association of Indonesian Midwifery Education Institutions(AIPKIND) as the stakeholder of midwifery education has a role in developing andfostering the Midwifery Education Institution in order to meet the standards. In supportof AIPKIND's role, it is necessary to have accurate data and information from itsmembers, so that it is necessary to build the design of Database Information SystemMidwifery Institution in AIPKIND. Method: Development of database system in thisresearch using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach by using Prototypingmethod. Results: Design prototype database system based on client-server and web-based so that clients can access using a web browser on all communication devicesconnected to the internet. Presentation of data and information in the form of graphs andtables. Conclusions: Prototype of Database Information System of Online MidwiferyInstitution provides accurate and timely data and information of AIPKIND members.AIPKIND may monitor and evaluate profiles, educators and learners present inmidwifery education institutions.Key words: information system; prototype;Database; AIPKIND.
Background: In the hospital, ineffective information is caused by late referral and incomplete medical records. Decree of the Minister of Health No. 129/2008 of Hospital Minimum Service Standards explained this case. The standard said that medical record documents must be returned in 1x24hours and its completeness must be 100%. Nevertheless, Fatmawati Jakarta Hospital underwent an increase of late returns and incomplete inpatient medical record documents percentages. Objectives: Aims of this study are determining and identifying flow and needs of the development of an information system. Also, this study aims to design an information system for monitoring inpatient medical record documents. Methods: This study used a qualitative method, SDLC stages, and a prototype method approach. Results: There are problems in the current hospital information system. Also, it makes employees still need to do their works manually. Therefore, an inpatient medical record document monitoring information system was designed through some stages. Those are the system flow, database, user interface, OPS, and manualbook formings. Conclusions and Recommendations: The new information system provides some improvements in the hospital. Those are particularly in achievement and enhancement of quality indicators and standards. This is because it can overcome problems and produce quality reports. Also, it makes employees do their works efficiently. For recommendations, the hospital should support this development by facilities and infrastructure provision. They also need to socialize the operational procedure standard and manualbook. Then, they should do the process of testing the system to users and database maintenance efforts regularly .
