Abstrak:
Kebugaran merupakan kemampuan seseorang untuk melakukan aktivitas fisik sehari-hari tanpa merasakan kelelahan yang berlebihan. Kebugaran dapat dinilai dari Nilai VO2max yaitu tingkat maksimum dimana oksigen dapat dimanfaatkan oleh tubuh selama aktivitas maksimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui beberapa faktor yang berhubungan dengan nilai VO2max (kebugaran) yang diukur menggunakan Queen?s College Step Test. Desain studi penelitian ini adalah cross sectional yang dilakukan pada 156 siswa laki-laki kelas X, XI, dan XII di SMAN 7 Mataram. Variabel dependen dari penelitian ini yaitu nilai VO2max dan variabel independen terdiri dari status gizi (IMT), aktivitas fisik, frekuensi asupan gizi makro, konsumsi sumber kafein, kualitas tidur, tingkat stress, perilaku merokok, dan COVID-19. Status kebugaran didapatkan melalui klasifikasi nilai VO2max yang selanjutnya dibagi menjadi kategori tidak bugar dan bugar, status gizi diukur menggunakan antropometri, aktivitas fisik diukur menggunakan International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ), frekuensi asupan gizi makro diukur menggunakan Food Frequenty Questionnaire (FFQ), konsumsi sumber kafein diukur menggunakan kuesioner, kualitas tidur diukur menggunakan Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), tingkat stres diukur menggunakan Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), dan perilaku merokok serta COVID-19 diukur menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 34,6% siswa yang tidak bugar. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kebugaran berdasarkan nilai VO2max dengan IMT (p-value = 0,012), dan perilaku merokok (p-value = 0,037). Peneliti menyarankan agar siswa tetap mempertahankan kebugaran dengan meningkatkan aktivitas fisik terutama untuk menjaga kesehatan selama pandemi.

Abstrak:
Minuman boba merupakan minuman yang dibuat dari teh atau susu dengan suatu perisa atau pemanis yang kemudian ditambahkan boba atau topping lainnya. Minuman boba dan sejenisnya adalah salah satu dari minuman berpemanis gula atau sugar-sweetened beverages (SSBs) dan termasuk ke dalam hand-shaken sugar-containing drinks (HSDs). Minuman ini meningkat trennya di Indonesia pada tahun 2018 seiring dengan meningkatnya prevalensi diabetes dan obesitas di Indonesia pada tahun yang sama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan hubungan konsumsi minuman boba dan sejenisnya dengan berbagai faktor pada mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia (UI). Lokasi kampus UI berada di dekat daerah pusat kuliner dan sebagian mahasiswa memiliki kebiasaan saling memberikan hadiah makanan atau minuman di antara sesama teman. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional dan melibatkan responden sebanyak 181 mahasiswa reguler angkatan 2018 dan 2019. Penelitian berlangsung pada pada bulan Mei?Juli 2022. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengisian kuesioner metode daring yang selanjutnya dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-square dan Mann-Whitney U. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat konsumsi minuman boba dan sejenisnya pada mahasiswa UI didominasi oleh tingkat konsumsi rendah (90,1%). Analisis bivariat menemukan bahwa prestise tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan tingkat konsumsi minuman boba dan sejenisnya. Variabel yang memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan tingkat konsumsi minuman boba dan sejenisnya adalah pengaruh kelompok referensi, terutama teman (p-value = 0,044; OR = 3,373). Mahasiswa disarankan untuk mempertimbangkan baik dan buruk saran dari kelompok referensi. Pemerintah disarankan untuk membuat peraturan batasan gula dan mencantumkan label pangan pada minuman boba dan sejenisnya serta membatasi iklan minuman boba dan sejenisnya.

This study used a cross-sectional study design and involved 181 regular students from class of 2018 and 2019 as respondents in May?July 2022. Data were collected through online questionnaires and then analyzed by univariate and bivariate using the Chi-square and Mann-Whitney U test. Univariate analysis showed that the level of consumption of beverages and its kind among UI students was dominated by low consumption rate (90.1%). Abstrak:
Konsumsi sugar sweetened beverages secara rutin dapat menyebabkan terjadinya obesitas, diabetes, penyakit kronis, dan kematian dini. Di Indonesia terjadi peningkatan perkembangan industri sugar sweetened beverages secara khusus untuk jenis minuman boba drinks yang mengalami peningkatan pemesanan sampai lebih dari 8.500% pada tahun 2018. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian adalah untuk melihat gambaran frekuensi konsumsi boba drinks dan menganalisis faktor yang berhubungan khususnya pada remaja akhir. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain studi cross sectional. Data penelitian dikumpulkan secara primer pada bulan Mei hingga Juni tahun 2020 pada Mahasiswa FKM UI, Depok, Jawa Barat dengan jumlah responden 262 orang. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square dengan bantuan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS Statistics 20. Hasil penelitian menemukan adanya hubungan signifikan antara konsumsi boba drinks dengan aksesibilitas online, pengetahuan terkait sugar sweetened beverages, sikap terhadap sugar sweetened beverages, pengaruh teman, dan pengaruh keluarga namun belum dapat menunjukkan hubungan signifikan antara konsumsi boba drinks dengan jenis kelamin, pengeluaran untuk konsumsi, aksesibilitas langsung, pengaruh media massa, dan status gizi. Hasil penilitian menyarankan dilakukannya edukasi gizi serta penyediaan informasi gizi jajanan yang tersedia di lingkungan FKM UI. Peneliti juga menyarankan dilakukannya kampanye gizi yang melibatkan mahasiswa secara langsung.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan proporsi asupan natrium terhadap penggunaan jasa online food dari makanan dan karakteristik responden meliputi jenis kelamin, aktivitas fisik, tingkat stres, dan indeks massa tubuh. Disain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional dengan jumlah responden 148 mahasiswa nonkesehatan Universitas Indonesia. Variabel dependen pada penelitian ini adalah asupan natrium, dan variabel independen meliputi frekuensi penggunaan jasa OFD, durasi loyalitas konsumen, dan preferensi makanan. Kebugaran kardiovaskular merupakan salah satu komponen dari kebugaran fisik yang umumnya diukur dengan nilai VO2max. Ketidakbugaran yang terjadi pada remaja dapat berisiko untuk menimbulkan penyakit tidak menular di masa mendatang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kebugaran kardiovaskular berdasarkan nilai VO2max-nya serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai tersebut pada remaja. Desain studi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 180 remaja kelas 10 dan 11 pada seluruh SMAN di Kota Depok yang berjumlah 15 sekolah. Variabel independen yang diteliti meliputi jenis moda transportasi yang digunakan siswa, tingkat aktivitas fisik, IMT/U, lemak tubuh, jenis kelamin, asupan energi, asupan makronutrien (karbohidrat, protein, lemak), dan kualitas tidur. Nilai VO2max diukur dengan melakukan tes kebugaran Queen’s College Step Test, jenis moda transportasi yang digunakan siswa diukur dengan menggunakan kuesioner, tingkat aktivitas fisik diukur dengan menggunakan kuesioner PAQ-A (Physical Activity Questionnaire-Adolescent), nilai IMT/U diukur dengan melakukan pengukuran antropometri (berat dan tinggi badan), lemak tubuh diukur dengan menggunakan alat BIA (Omron HBF 302), jenis kelamin didapatkan dari kuesioner identitas responden, asupan energi dan asupan makronutrien (karbohidrat, protein, lemak) diukur dengan menggunakan kuesioner SQ-FFQ (Semi-Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire), dan kualitas tidur diukur dengan menggunakan kuesioner PSQI (Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 41,7% remaja siswa SMAN di Kota Depok memiliki nilai VO2max yang tidak bugar. Selain itu, ditemukan adanya hubungan signifikan antara jenis moda transportasi yang digunakan, tingkat aktivitas fisik, status gizi berdasarkan nilai IMT/U, dan lemak tubuh dengan nilai VO2max (p-value<0,05). Oleh karena itu, remaja siswa disarankan untuk lebih terlibat dalam kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan kebugaran fisik.
Cardiovascular fitness is one component of physical fitness that is generally measured by VO2max values. Lack of fitness that occurs in adolescents can risk causing non-communicable diseases in the future. This study aims to determine the description of cardiovascular fitness based on VO2max values and the factors that influence these values in adolescents. The study design used in this research was cross-sectional with a sample size of 180 adolescents in grades 10 and 11 from all 15 high schools in Depok City. The independent variables studied included the type of transportation mode used by students, level of physical activity, BMI for Age, body fat, gender, energy intake, macronutrient intake (carbohydrates, protein, fat), and sleep quality. VO2max values were measured by performing the Queen's College Step Test fitness test, the type of transportation mode used by students was measured using a questionnaire, the level of physical activity was measured using the PAQ-A (Physical Activity Questionnaire Adolescent), BMI for Age values were measured by anthropometric measurements (weight and height), body fat was measured using a BIA device (Omron HBF 302), gender was obtained from the respondent's identity questionnaire, energy intake and macronutrient intake (carbohydrates, protein, fat) were measured using the SQ-FFQ (Semi-Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire), and sleep quality was measured using the PSQI (Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index) questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that 41.7% of high school adolescent students in Depok City have unfit VO2max values. In addition, a significant relationship was found between the type of transportation mode used, level of physical activity, nutritional status based on BMI for Age values, and body fat with VO2max values (p-value <0.05). Therefore, adolescent students are advised to be more involved in activities that can improve physical fitness.

Meskipun demikian, banyak dari pengguna pusat kebugaran yang mengonsumsi suplemen tanpa panduan tenaga profesional seperti nutrisionis/dietisien. Hal ini meningkatkan risiko penggunaan suplemen yang kurang tepat, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan dampak negatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran konsumsi suplemen serta faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengannya pada pengguna pusat kebugaran terpilih di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode cross-sectional pada 116 pengguna pusat kebugaran dari 3 pusat kebugaran di Jakarta. Variabel independen yang diteliti yaitu Muscle Dysmorphia, Exercise Addiction, self-esteem, citra tubuh, usia, jenis kelamin, durasi latihan, pengalaman latihan, intensitas latihan, dan paparan media sosial. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah prevalensi konsumsi suplemen adalah sebesar 67,2%. Sumber informasi terkait suplemen paling umum didapatkan dari teman atau internet. Uji chi-square menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara jenis kelamin (OR = 3,055; 95% CI: 1,298—7,188), pengalaman latihan 7—12 bulan (OR = 5,4; 95% CI: 1,621—17,991) dan >1 tahun (OR = 5,091; 95% CI: 1,910—13,571) dengan konsumsi suplemen. Oleh karena itu, intervensi disarankan untuk dilakukan pada laki-laki atau orang yang sudah berolahraga di pusat kebugaran lebih dari 6 bulan. Pengguna pusat kebugaran juga disarankan untuk berkonsultasi dengan nutrisionis/dietisien sebelum memutuskan untuk menggunakan suplemen.
Supplement consumption provides many potential benefits for exercise performance. However, many gym members use supplements without consulting professionals such as nutritionist/dietitian. This increases the risk of inappropriate supplement consumption, which in turn increases the potential of getting negative side effects. This study aims to describe the consumption of supplements and the factors associated with them among users of selected fitness centers in Jakarta. This is a cross-sectional study conducted on 116 fitness center users from 3 fitness centers in Jakarta. The independent variables studied were Muscle Dysmorphia, Exercise Addiction, self-esteem, body image, age, gender, exercise duration, exercise experience, exercise intensity, and social media exposure. Results showed that 67,2% of the respondents had used supplements. The main source of information were friends and internet. The chi-square test showed a significant relationship between gender (OR = 3,055; 95% CI: 1,298—7,188), exercise experience of 7—12 months (OR = 5,4; 95% CI: 1,621—17,991) and >1 year (OR = 5,091; 95% CI: 1,910—13,571) with supplement consumption. Therefore, intervention is recommended for men or people who have been exercising at the fitness center for more than 6 months. Fitness center members are also advised to consult nutritionist/dietitian before deciding to use supplements.
