Abstrak:
Masuknya Penyakit Tidak Menular sebagai salah satu target dalam SustainableDevelopment Goals (SDGs) 2030,mengisyaratkan bahwa PTM secara global telahmendapatkan perhatian khusus yang menjadi prioritas nasional. Salah satu cara dalamprogram pengendalian PTM adalah melalui kegiatan Pos Pembinaan Terpadu(Posbindu) PTM. Puskesmas Kecamatan Setiabudi dalam menjalankan skrining melaluiPosbindu PTM menerapkan Permenkes No.43 tanu 2016 tentang standar pelayananminimal bidang kesehatan yaitu setiap warga usia 15-59 tahun mendapatkan skriningsesuai standar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yangberhubungan dengan pemanfaatan Posbindu PTM di wilayah kerja PuskesmasKecamatan Setiabudi Tahun 2018. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional denganpendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu warga usia 15-59 tahun dengansampel 145 orang. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan uji Chi Square dan ujiRegresi Logistik Sederhana. Hasil penelitian adalah warga yang memanfaatkanPosbindu PTM sebanyak 57,9%. Variabel yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatanPosbindu PTM adalah jenis kelamin (p=0,026) OR=2,856, pekerjaan (p=0,024)OR=2,382, pengetahuan (p=0,010) OR=2,553, akses ke Posbindu PTM (p=0,013)OR=2,748, ketersediaan sarana Posbindu PTM (p=0,012) OR=2,567, dukungankeluarga (p=0,037) OR=2,153, dukungan petugas kesehatan (p=0,004) OR=2,825,dukungan kader (p=0,000) OR=6,970, kebutuhan akan Posbindu PTM (p=0,035)OR=2,397. Variabel yang paling dominan adalah dukungan kader OR= 4,680 (95% CI2,2-10,8). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah dukungan kader menjadi faktor yang palingdominan dalam pemanfaatan Posbindu PTM.

Abstrak:
Tenaga kerja kesehatan atau Sumber Daya Manusia Kesehatan (SDMK) menjadi pilar utama atas keberhasilan berlangsungnya sistem kesehatan sehingga tercapai tujuan utama yakni meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Dalam menjaga kualitas dan performa SDMK, salah satu hal yang paling penting adalah menjaga kesehatan pekerja. Rumah sakit merupakan salah satu tempat kerja yang paling berisiko bagi SDMK. Agar dapat menjaga kesehatan dan keselamatan pekerja di rumah sakit, maka terdapat Program Pelayanan Kesehatan Kerja. RSUD Nganjuk sebagai rumah sakit rujukan tingkat kabupaten, serta di masa pandemi COVID-19 menjadi rumah sakit rujukan COVID-19, menyebabkan risiko bagi SDMRS akan semakin meningkat. Akan tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya, proses dokumentasi data, monitoring, dan review di RSUD Nganjuk belum dapat dilaksanakan secara terintegrasi, konsisten, dan efisien. Suatu sistem informasi dapat mengatasi permasalahan ini dengan baik. Oleh karena itu diusulkan rancangan Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Kesehatan Kerja (SIPEKA) Berbasis Web-mobile. Perancangan SIPEKA dilakukan dengan metode prototyping. Dalam tahap awal pengembangan, dilakukan analisis kebutuhan pengguna yang bersifat kualitatif, menggunakan metode analisis stakeholder serta wawancara mendalam pada 12 SDM RSUD Nganjuk, serta telaah dokumen. Kemudian dibuat software prototype sesuai dengan hasil analisis kebutuhan pengguna. Dari proses tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa rancangan SIPEKA berpeluang untuk dikembangkan karena dukungan dari pihak struktural RSUD Nganjuk cukup baik. Akan tetapi, untuk dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut pada tahap implementasi, diperlukan koordinasi dengan tim IT RSUD Nganjuk, serta membutuhkan umpan balik dari lebih banyak SDM RSUD Nganjuk tentang SIPEKA
Healthcare workers become the most important thing in the success ability of the health system, which the last aim is to improve community health and wellbeing. So that, maintaining the health of its workforce is so important to maintain the quality and performance of the healthcare workers. Hospital is one of the workplace with the highest risk of diseases occurrence among its workers. Occupational Health Service is a program to maintain the health and safety of workers in hospital. Public Hospital of Nganjuk is one of the referral hospital in the COVID-19 pandemic, making the risks of its workers higher. Unfortunately, the Occupational Health Service which was expected to be well implemented, still had some shortcoming in the terms of data documentations, monitoring, and review which could not be well integrated, less consistent, and not efficient. Information systems can handle these problems well. So that, it was proposed a development of Occupational Health Service Information System (SIPEKA) based on web-mobile. The development using prototyping methodology. In the initial stage of development, user requirement analysis was done with stakeholder analysis and in-depth interview to 12 (twelve) staff of Public Hospital of Nganjuk, and documents review. Based on that, the software prototype was made. From the research, resulted that SIPEKA development has great opportunity to be implemented in the next stage because of the stakeholders support was good enough. But, to be on the next development stage (implementation), coordination with the IT staff and more feedback from the Public Hospital is needed

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kebiasaan konsumsi makanan cepat saji (fast food) pada siswa-siswi SMAN 46 Jakarta selama masa pandemi COVID-19 tahun 2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi cross-sectional. Besar sampel dihitung menggunakan rumus estimasi proporsi dan proportionate sampling untuk perhitungan sampel pada setiap strata. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan November-Desember 2021 kepada 253 siswa-siswi kelas X, XI, dan XII SMAN 46 Jakarta yang dipilih menggunakan teknik stratified sampling dan kuota untuk pengambilan data pada setiap tingkatan kelasnya. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengisian kuesioner daring berupa google form.

Emotional eating, kecenderungan mengonsumsi makanan sebagai respons terhadap emosi negatif, dapat memiliki dampak negatif pada kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara emotional eating dengan stres akademik dan faktor-faktor lain pada mahasiswa non-kesehatan. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain cross-sectional dengan 169 responden. Temuan menunjukkan hubungan signifikan antara stres akademik dan emotional eating (p-value 0,025), serta penggunaan media sosial dan emotional eating (p-value 0,000). Meskipun demikian, tidak ditemukan hubungan dengan jenis kelamin, pengetahuan gizi, durasi tidur, dan kebiasaan berolahraga. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran bahwa faktor psikologis juga berperan penting terhadap kesehatan gizi individu.
Emotional eating, the tendency to consume food in response to negative emotions, can have adverse effects on health. This research aims to explore the relationship between emotional eating and academic stress along with other factors in non-health major students. The research employed a cross-sectional design with 169 respondents. Findings indicated a significant relationship between academic stress and emotional eating (p-value 0,025) as well as social media usage and emotional eating (p-value 0,000). However, no associations were found with gender, nutritional knowledge, sleep duration, and exercise habits. The results of this study are expected to raise awareness that psychological factors also play a crucial role in individual nutritional health.

Quitline.INA adalah layanan berhenti merokok via telepon yang disediakan untuk membantu perokok yang ingin menghentikan perilaku merokoknya. Layanan ini telah beroperasi sejak tahun 2016 dan diharapkan dapat memberi kontribusi dalam mengurangi jumlah perokok di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi kualitatif berdasarkan teori model Donabedian, dengan mengeksplorasi pelaksanaan layanan UBM Quitline.INA tahun 2023. Penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif, desain Rapid Assesment Procedure (RAP) dilakukan pada delapan informan utama yang berasal dari penyedia layanan dan informan kunci yaitu lima orang pengguna yang berhasil berhenti merokok dan lima orang yang masih merokok. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam dan telaah dokumen dilakukan pada bulan Oktober-November 2023 dan dianalisis secara konten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Quitline.INA kekurangan tenaga konselor, , kompetensi konselor perlu ditingkatkan, integrasi layanan terbatas, sarana dan prasarana perlu ditingkatkan, dana penyelenggaraan sepenuhnya berasal dari pemerintah, sedangkan penyelenggaraan Quitline dilaksanakan pihak ketiga melalui pelelangan pengadaan barang dan jasa. Gaji petugas disesuaikan dengan UMR dan gaji petugas call center, jadwal layanan dan durasi layanan telah sesuai, UBM dengan metoda 4T, farmakoterapi UBM belum ada, angka penelepon isengtinggi, keberhasilan tindak lanjutrendah (10%), pencatatan pelaporan dan monitor evaluasi sudah sesuai dan angka keberhasilan berhenti merokok Quitline.INA 2023 mencapai 65%. Penyelenggaraan Quitline.INA belum sesuai target karena terhentinya layanan selama dua kali di tahun 2022 dan tahun 2023. Untuk itu, harus dilakukan evaluasi layanan Quitline secara menyeluruh terhadap komponen layanan agar terjadi peningkatan kualitas layanan serta perlunya perbaikan sistim pengelolaan dan pembiayaan Quitline agar layanan tidak pernah terhenti lagi.
Quitline.INA is a telephone smoking cessation service provided to help smokers want to stop their smoking behavior. This service has been operating since 2016 and is expected to contribute to reducing the number of smokers in Indonesia. This research aims to conduct a qualitative evaluation based on the Donabedian model theory, by exploring the implementation of the UBM Quitline.INA service in 2023. The research uses a qualitative approach, a Rapid Assessment Procedure (RAP) design on eight main informants from service providers. Key informants came from service users consisting of five users who had successfully quit smoking and five users who were still smoking. Data collection using in-depth interviews and document review was carried out in October-November 2023 and content analyzed. The research results show that there is a shortage of counselors, limited service integration, facilities and infrastructure need to be improved, funding for the implementation comes entirely from the government, while the implementation of the Quitline is carried out by a third party (through auction). Quitline officers' salaries are adjusted to the UMR and salaries of call center officers, the service schedule and duration of service are appropriate, the UBM method is the 4T method, there is no UBM pharmacotherapy yet, the number of prank calls is high, the success of tindak lanjutis low (10%), reporting and evaluation monitoring is good. The success rate for quitting smoking for Quitline.INA 2023 reached 65%. The implementation of Quitline.INA has not met the target due to the service being stopped twice in 2022 and 2023.For this reason, a comprehensive Quitline evaluation of service components must be carried out in order to improve service quality and the need to improve the Quitline management and financing system so that services never stop again.
