Latar Belakang: Perusahaan XYZ sejak tahun 2019 mengganti tool Buku Paspor HSE menjadi online HSSE Passport dengan pertimbangan meningkatnya illness fatality dan meningkatnya kecelakaan kerja dengan penyabab dasar kekurangan pengetahuan sesuai hasil investigasi insiden menggunakan metode SCAT (Systematic Causes Analysis Technique). Dimana online HSSE Passport ini diharapkan dapat memastikan calon pekerja/ kontraktor tercukupi pengetahuan aspek HSSE dan derajat kesehatannya dalam menjalankan tugas dan pekerjaannya. Tujuan: Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa implementasi online HSSE Passport di Perusahaan XYZ di Tahun 2020 dengan membandingkan implementasi Buku Paspor HSE di Tahun 2018, sehingga dapat memberikan gambaran ke Perusahaan keefektifan implementasinya Metode: Implementasi Online HSSE passport yang sifatnya online dan realtime dibandingkan dengan implementasi Buku Paspor HSE (paper based) dari sejak tahap Registrasi, Tahap Validasi Medical Check Up, Tahap Validasi Basic HSSE Training, dan Tahap Released Paspor. Utamanya akan dilihat dan dibandingkan Media Penyimpanan Data Pemegang Paspor, Kecepatan Revalidasi, Kendala- Kendala implementasi online HSSE Passport, serta keunggulan dan kelebihan online HSSE Passport. Hasil: Hasil perbandingan terlihat bahwa online HSSE passport mempunyai keunggulan di tingginya tingkat kemanan informasi karena data digital disimpan dalam server perusahaan XYZ, proses revalidasi bagi pegeang paspor relatif lebih cepat karena dilakukan secara online dan realtime, namun ada beberapa kendala di awal implementasi seprti penyediaan alat scanner, HP/ Tablet, PC dan monitor di Pos Security sebagai akses kontrol. Selain itu di setiap tahapannya, tahap Registrasi, Tahap Validasi Medical Check Up, Tahap Validasi Basic HSSE Training, dan Tahap Released Paspor, tergambar bahwa Online HSSE passport secara umum lebih cepat, lebih ekonomis dan lebih akuntabel. Kesimpulan: Implementasi Online HSSE Passport berjalan efektif, lebih baik daripada ketika menggunakan buku Paspor HSE (paper based) dengan pertimbangan bahwa online HSSE passport mempunyai keunggulan seperti disebutkan di atas, meskipun di awal implementasinya masih ada beberapa kendala sesuai yang telah disebutkan juga di atas. Disarankan Perusahaan XYZ tetap menggunakan online HSSE Passport dengan menjaga reliability peralatan akses kontrol terkait sehingga Perusahaan dapat memastikan semua pekerja / kontraktor yang bekerja telah tercukupi pengetahuan aspek HSSE dan derajat kesehatan yang diperlukan.
Background: The XYZ company since year 2019 replaced the HSE passport book tool to Online HSSE Passport with the consideration of the increase in illness fatality and increased work accidents with the basic cause of lack of knowledge according to the results of the incident investigation using the SCAT (Systematic Causes Analysis Technique) method. Where the online HSSE Passport is expected to be able to ensure that prospective workers/ contractors are fulfilled aspects of HSSE aspects and their health degrees in carrying out their duties and work. Goal: This writing aims to analyze the implementation of online HSSE Passport at the XYZ company in year 2020 by comparing the implementation of the HSE passport book in 2018, so that it can provide an images to the company's effectiveness implementation. Result: The comparison results can be seen that the online HSSE Passport has the advantage of the high level of information security because digital data is stored on the XYZ company server, the revalidation process for the passport is relatively faster because it is carried out online and realtime, but there are several obstacles at the beginning of the implementation of the availability of scanners, HP/ Tablet, PC and Monitor at Post Security as access control. In addition, at each stage, the registration stage, the medical check -up validation stage, the Basic HSSE Training validation stage, and the release of the passport, it is illustrated that the online HSSE passport is generally faster, more economical and more accountable. Summary: The online HSSE passport implementation runs effectively, better than when using the HSE passport book (paper based) with the consideration that the online HSSE Passport has the advantage as mentioned above, although at the beginning of its implementation there are still some obstacles according to what has been mentioned above. It is recommended that the XYZ company continues to use HSSE Passport online by maintaining the reliability of related control equipment so that the company can ensure that all workers / contractors who work have been fulfilled aspects of HSSE aspects and the degree of health required.

Kecelakaan di lokasi kerja masih terus terjadi dan telah banyak upaya yang dilakukan untuk mencegahnya. Dalam beberapa penelitian, telah banyak dilakukan upaya mengendalikannya antaralain melakukan perbaikan mulai dari peralatan kerja, APD, sistem pelaporan, pelaksanan program-program komunikasi, pelatihan, pelaksanaan inspeksi hingga perbaikan sistem manajemen HSSE juga peningkatan budaya HSSE. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh implementasi Budaya HSSE terhadap Sistem Manajemen HSSE dan pengaruhnya terhadap tingkat kecelakaan kerja. Penellitian ini dilakukan dikarenakan peneliti ingin melihat gambaran implementasi SMHSSE dan Budaya HSSE dari dua Perusahaan berbeda, bagaimana hubungannya dengan angka kecelakaan kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan desain restrospektif kohort menggunakan data sekunder angka kecelakaan kerja Perusahaan X dari tahun 2016 – 2022 di lapangan EK yang merupakan lapangan eksploitasi dan produksi minyak dan gas Bumi meliputi seluruh area kegiatan baik di offshore, onshore, fasilitas pendukung hingga area perkantoran. Durasi data yang diteliti adalah periode 2016 hingga 2022 dengan menggunakan data-data milik Perusahaan X. Gambaran implementasi SMHSSE Perusahaan X dilihat dari hasil audit SMHSSE pada tahun 2019, 2020 dan 2022 dengan seluruh hasilnya adalah Excellence sedangkan budaya HSSE Perusahaan X berdasarkan hasil survey budaya tahun 2021 dan 2022 berada pada level Proactive. Meskipun kedua Perusahaan sudah sama-sama memiliki budaya HSSE dan penerapan SMHSSE, fluktuasi kecelakaan kerja tetap terjadi. Hal ini terjadi terutama pada proses transisi operasi dan SMHSSE, dimana kinerja HSSE menurun ditandai dengan angka TRIR (Total Recordable Incident Rate) yang meningkat. Namun setelah stabilnya penerapan SMHSSE yang baik, telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap turunnya TRIR. Meskipun telah memiliki budaya HSSE dan implementasi yang sudah baik, masih diperlukan perbaikan pada empat elemen SMHSSE Perusahaan X.
Accidents on the job site are still happening and many efforts have been made to prevent them. In several studies, many efforts have been made to control it, including making improvements ranging from work equipment, PPE, reporting systems, implementing communication programs, training, carrying out inspections to improving the HSSE management system as well as improving the HSSE culture. This study aims to analyze the influence of the implementation of HSSE Culture on the HSSE Management System and its effect on work accident rates. This research was conducted because researchers wanted to see an overview of the implementation of SMHSSE and HSSE Culture from two different companies, how it relates to the number of work accidents. This research was conducted using a retrospective cohort design using secondary data on Company X's work accident rate from 2016 – 2022 in the EK field which is an oil and gas exploitation and production field covering all areas of activity both offshore, onshore, supporting facilities to office areas. The duration of the data studied is the period from 2016 to 2022 using the data belonging to Company X. An overview of Company X's SMHSSE implementation is seen from the results of SMHSSE audits in 2019, 2020 and 2022 with all results being Excellence while Company X's HSSE culture is based on the results of the year's culture survey 2021 and 2022 are at the Proactive level. Even though the two companies already have an HSSE culture and the implementation of SMHSSE, fluctuations in work accidents still occur. This happened especially during the operational transition process and SMHSSE, where HSSE performance decreased marked by an increase in TRIR (Total Recordable Incident Rate). However, after the stable implementation of a good SMHSSE, it has had a positive impact on the decrease in TRIR. Even though it already has a good HSSE culture and implementation, it still needs improvement on the four elements of Company X's SMHSSE.

Pada masa pemulihan ekonomi saat ini karyawan dituntut untuk dapat memberikan kontribusi lebih baik yang pada akhirnya meningkatnya distress kerja pada karyawan. Banyak faktor yang dapat memicu terjadinya distress kerja pada seorang pekerja salah satunya adalah faktor psikososial. PT. X melakukan survey pada setiap direktorat untuk mengetahui tingkat motivasi karyawan dan peningkatan distress kerja karyawan. Hasil survey terebut menunjukkan direktorat Corporate & External Affairs memiliki motivasi kerja paling rendah yang didukung dengan adanya aspirasi terkait meningkatnya distress kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan faktor risiko distres kerja terhadap tingkat distres kerja pada karyawan di direktorat Corporate & External Affairs di PT X. Metode penelitian taitu deskriptif kuantitatif, desain studi cross-sectional, dengan jumlah total populasi 40 orang. Terdapat 7.5% karyawan tidak mengalami distress kerja, 47.5% distress kerja rendah, 42.5% distress kerja sedang, dan 2.5% distress kerja tinggi. Faktor risiko distress kerja yang berhubungan yaitu beban kerja dan kecepatan kerja, pengendalian, pengembangan karir, hubungan antara pekerjaan dan rumah, tuntutan psikologis, dan perundungan dan kekerasan. PT. X sebaiknya melakukan risk assessment yang komprehensif dan menindak lanjuti hasil survey pada Direktorat & Corporate & External Affairs di PT. X serta membuat media pengawasan untuk mendeteksi terjadinya perundungan dan kekerasan khususnya dalam bentuk verbal seperti kritik yang tidak adil.
During the current economic recovery, employees are required to give better contribution, which can increase work distress of employees. Many factors can trigger work distress, one of which is psychosocial factors. PT. X conducted a survey to determine the level of employee motivation and work distress. The survey results show that the Directorate of Corporate & External Affairs has the lowest work motivation supported by aspirations related to increased work distress. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between risk factors for work distress and levels of work stress for employees at the Directorate of Corporate & External Affairs at PT X. The research method is quantitative descriptive, the study design is cross-sectional, sample from total population of 40 people. There are 7.5% employees are categorized as no work distress, 47.5% low distress, 42.5% middle distress and 2.5% high distress. The risk factors that have association with work distress are workload and pace of work, control, career development, the relationship between work and home, psychological demands, and bullying and violence. PT. X should conduct a comprehensive risk assessment and follow up on survey results and create a program to identify bullying and violence, especially in verbal forms such as unfair criticism.

Tesis ini membahas tentang kesesuaian implementasi terhadap kebijakan danrespon tanggap darurat yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan dan dibandingkan denganstandar yang dimiliki oleh pemerintah Indonesia yaitu Peraturan MenteriPerhubungan No.58 tahun 2013 tentang penanggulangan pencemaran di perairandan pelabuhan serta kesesuaian implementasi dengan menggunakan assessmenttool berdasarkan National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1600. Apabilakemudian ditemukan perbedaan antara kedua standard tersebut, maka akandilakukan upaya perbaikan pada prosedur yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan agarterciptanya perbaikan terus-menerus untuk kesiapan respon Tier-1. Dalam insidentumpahan minyak peraturan menteri perhubungan No.58 tahun 2013 dan elemenpencegahan dalam NFPA 1600 dapat diimplemtasikan dengan melakukanpenilaian risiko. Tujuan dari penilaian risiko ini untuk mengetahui tingkatkemungkinan, keparahan dan resiko terjadinya tumpahan minyak di fasilitas PT.X. Setelah melakukan penilaian risiko dapat disiapkan rencana penanggulangan tumpahan minyak yang merupakan elemen mitigasi dalam NFPA 1600.Penanggulangan tumpahan minyak mempertimbangkan strategi response, timpenanggulangan, kecukupan peralatan dan response time sebelum tumpahan sampai ke pantai. Hasil simulasi dengan mengunakan software trajectory modelling diperoleh informasi waktu tercepat tumpahan minyak menuju garis pantai. Kemampuan penanggulangan tumpahan minyak dapat ditentukan berdasarkan jumlah tumpahan minyak, peralatan yang dimiliki, tim yangkompeten serta strategi response yang tepat.
