Abstrak: Rendahnya pemanfaatan pelayanan bersalin di Puskesmas PONED,pemerintah berupaya agar semua persalinan harus ditolong oleh tenaga kesehatandi fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain crossectional,dengan hasil sebesar 79.6% tidak memanfaatkan pelayanan kesehatan untukbersalin. Faktor yang berhubungan dalam penelitian ini adalah budaya bersalin dirumah, akses, frekuensi pemeriksaan kehamilan dan fasilitas fisik.Budaya melahirkan di rumah dan akses yang sulit akan mempengaruhicakupan dalam pelayanan bersalin, oleh karena itu perlunya peran keluarga,masyarakat dan lingkungan tentang kepedulian terhadap kesehatan ibu dan bayi,menguatkan kembali hubungan kemitraan dengan bidan dan paraji, meningkatkankemampuan tenaga kesehatan secara kompetensi dan kemampuan KIE(komunikasi, informasi, edukasi).Kata kunci: ibu bersalin, budaya, akses.

Abstrak: Public Health Center is the frontline in the basic health services that include cases of non specialist to be solved in this First Level Health Facilities. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with high referral of National Health Insurance patient with non specialistic cases by PHC to Referral level of Health Care Facilities in Sukabumi during 2015. The study used cross sectional design, on a sample of 58 public health centers along the doctors from each of the public health centers in Sukabumi using a whole sampling. The results showed that there was no relationship between employment status and references the non specialistic cases, there is a relationship between the characteristics of the region and reference the non specialistic cases, there is no relationship between the status category of public health centers based on the ability of the organization and referral of non specialistic cases, there was relationship between the adequacy drug and referral of non-specialistic cases, there was relationship between the adequacy of Medical Devices and references of non specialistic case, there was no correlation between the knowledge of doctors about the concept of gate keeper and referral of cases of non-specialist, there wa no correlation between knowledge of doctors about the case of the non specialist and referral of cases of non-specialist, there was no the relationship between clinicians' knowledge about the concept of gate keeper and referral of cases of non-specialist, there was no relationship between the knowledge of doctors about the concept of gate keeper and referral of cases of non-specialist, the distance of Public health center to health care referral has an influence on the doctor's decision to refer cases of non-specialist, while long work and a day of service or the presence of doctors in the health center to serve the patient has no effect on non-specialist referral. The need for the fulfillment of drugs, medical devices according to the standard, monitoring and evaluation of health centers and referral of cases of non specialist, both from health centers and from the Social Security Agency Health of Sukabumi. Abstrak: Pemanfaatan pelayanan akupunktur di Puskesmas merupakan pelayanan pelengkap yangdiharapkan dapat mempercepat proses penyembuhan pasien, akan tetapi penyelenggaraannyabelum berjalan secara optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui determinanpengguna pelayanan akupunktur di 2 Puskesmas Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan Tahun2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan disain cross sectional, pengumpulan data melaluipengisian kuesioner pada 86 pasien yang mendapatkan terapi akupunktur di 2 puskesmasKota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan yang diambil secara simple random sampling. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan pelayanan akupunktur di 2 Puskesmas KotaAdministrasi Jakarta Selatan adalah 3.76 kali kunjungan per pasien. Sebagian besar penggunapelayanan akupunktur berjenis kelamin perempuan dan berpendidikan SMU keatas.Pengetahuan, pendidikan, persepsi responden terhadap sikap petugas dan dukungan temansebaya dianalisis tidak berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan akupunktur di 2puskesmas Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan, sedangkan variabel jenis kelamin merupakanvariabel yang secara signifikan berpengaruh (p=0.024) dan diasumsikan sebagai variabelyang dominan dalam kaitannya dengan Pemanfaatan Pelayanan Akupunktur di 2 PuskesmasKota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan.Kata Kunci : pemanfaatan pelayanan, akupunktur, puskesmas.Daftar Pustaka : 40 (1996-2015)
The utilization of acupuncture health service in public health center as a complementary isexpected to speed up the healing process, but the implementation of acupuncture healthservice is not running optimally. The aim of the study is to know the user determinant ofacupunture health service in 2 public health center in South of Jakarta 2016. This is a crosssectional study, using questionnare to 86 participants who get acupuncture therapy in 2 publichealth center and taken by simple random sampling. The results of the study showed that theutilization level of acupuncture health services is 3.76 times per visit patients. Most ofacupuncture health service user are woman and educated senior high school and above.Knowledge, the perception of atittude of the officers and support of peers analyzed is notrelated with the utilization of acupuncture health service in 2 public health center in SouthJakarta 2016, while gender is a variable that significantly affect (p=0.024) and assumed as adominant variable in relation with the utilization of acupuncture health service in 2 publichealth in South Jakarta 2016.Keywords: Utilization, acupuncture, public health center.References : 40 (1996-2015).

Abstrak: Dalam menghadapi Bonus Demografi, Indonesia masih menghadapi tantanganbesar di berbagai bidang, salah satunya bidang kesehatan. Tantangan tersebutsalah satunya ialah terus meningkatkanya angka penyakit tidak menular dimanamenjadi beban ganda dalam pelayanan kesehatan. BPJS Kesehatan dalamProgram Rujuk Balik (PRB) menawarkan sistem pelayanan efektif untuk pasienpenyakit kronis yang sudah mendapat perawatan di RS dan kondisi telah stabilagar dapat berobat jalan di Faskes Primer. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untukmengetahui efektivitas implementasi PRB peserta JKN di RSUD Kota Depok.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus diRSUD Kota Depok. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan bahwa implementasi PRB diRSUD Kota Depok belum efektif. Masih seringnya terjadi kekosongan obat diapotek rekanan BPJS dan perbedaan obat yang antara obat yang diberikan selamaberobat jalan di rumah sakit dan obat rujuk balik menjadi faktor penghambatefektivitas implementasi PRB di RSUD Kota Depok. Perlunya perhatian untukmemenuhi persediaan obat agar implementasi PRB dapat berjalan efektif.Kata Kunci: Implementasi; efektivitas; PRB; JKN
In the face of demographic bonus, Indonesia still faces a major challenge in manyareas, one of which the health sector. The one challenge is the increasing numberof non-communicable disease in which a double burden on the health service.BPJS Kesehatan in their refferal back program offer an effective service systemfor chronic disease patients who have received treatment in hospital and thecondition has stabilized in order to outpatient treatment in primary health care.The aim of this study was to examine the effectiveness of implementation refferalback program on JKN member in RSUD Depok. This study used a qualitativemethod with case study approach. The results showed that the implementation ofthe refferal back program in RSUD Depok not yet effective. The emptiness ofdrugs and the difference between drugs given during hospital treatment and drugsgiven by the pharmacy made the implementation not effective. Abstrak: Kasus penyakit DBD di Indonesia masih menjadi pusat perhatian karena merupakan penyakit yang bersifat endemis. Penyebaran penyakit DBD di Kabupaten Garut mengalami peningkatan dibandingkan dengan yang terjadi di Indonesia dan Jawa Barat. Pada tahun 2014 sebanyak 499 kasus, tahun 2015 tercatat 336 kasus dan tahun 2016 sebanyak 562 kasus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku pencegahan demam berdarah dengue (DBD) di Kampung Cirengit Desa Mekargalih Kecamatan Tarogong Kidul Kabupaten Garut Tahun 2017. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 ibu rumah tangga yang dilaksanakan dari bulan April 2017 s.d Mei 2017. Hasil penelitian di uji secara statistik dengan uji chi square pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% (α 0,05). Variabel yang terdapat hubungan dengan perilaku pencegahan DBD adalah pengetahuan (p=0,0005), sikap (p=0,026), kinerja petugas kesehatan (p=0,013). Sedangkan variabel yang tidak terdapat hubungan adalah faktor pendidikan (p=0,165). Hasil analisa multivariat menunjukkan bahwa responden dengan sikap yang baik terhadap pencegahan DBD dan didukung dengan kinerja petugas kesehatan yang baik merupakan faktor yang paling dominan menentukan perilaku pencegahan DBD (OR = 9.554) di Kampung Cirengit Desa Mekargalih Kecamatan Tarogong Kidul Kabupaten Garut Tahun 2017. Disarankan agar pihak Instansi Puskesmas dan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Garut lebih mengintensifkan kegiatan penyuluhan langsung secara berkala serta menyebarkan leaflet dan poster kepada masyarakat. DHF cases in Indonesia are still the center of attention because it is a disease that is endemic. The spread of dengue disease in Garut district has increased compared to that occurred in Indonesia and West Java. In 2014 as many as 499 cases, in 2015 recorded 336 cases and in 2016 as many as 562 cases. This study aims to determine the factors - factors that affect the behavior of prevention of DHF in Mekargalih Village Tarogong Kidul District Garut Regency in 2017. Type of research used is cross sectional. Data were collected by questionnaire, total sample was 100 housewives conducted from April 2017 s.d May 2017. The results were statistically tested by chi square test at 95% confidence level (α 0,05). The variables that are related to the behavior of prevention of DHF were knowledge (p = 0.0005), attitude (p = 0,026), health officer performance (p = 0,013). While the variable that there is no relationship is an educational factor (p = 0.165). The result of multivariate analysis showed that respondents with good attitude toward prevention of DHF and supported by good health officer performance is the most dominant factor in determining the prevention behavior of DBD (OR = 9.554) in Cirengit Village of Mekargalih Village Tarogong Kidul Subdistrict Garut Regency 2017. It is recommended that The Institution Health Center and Health Office Garut more intensify the direct extension activities regularly and distributing leaflets and posters to the public.
