Abstrak: Purpose: National smoking cessation practice guidelines offer recommendations regarding the processes and structure of care. Facilities routinely measure the processes of care but not the structure of care. This pilot study assessed the structure of smoking cessation care at Veterans Health Administration facilities.

Methods: Key informants at 18 sites completed a brief checklist survey adapted from national smoking cessation guidelines. Responses were compared with detailed site surveys.

Results: Guideline adherence was seen in identifying smokers and treating inpatient smokers. Areas of low adherence include offering incentives and defining staff responsibilities. The checklist survey showed poor correspondence with the detailed survey, with low agreement on systematic screening (kappa = .21) and higher agreement on primary care prescribing authority (kappa = .53).

Discussion: This pilot survey provides a potential rapid method for assessing adherence to systems recommendations from the national smoking cessation guidelines. The relatively low agreement with a more detailed survey suggests that the two surveys may have been measuring different aspects of smoking cessation care.

Abstrak: Skripsi ini membahas tentang implementasi sistem administrasi kepesertaan pada Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan Kantor Layanan Operasional Kabupaten Bogor. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa sumber daya manusia, anggaran, sarana dan prasarana, teknologi informasi, dan kebijakan dapat menunjang pelaksanaan administrasi kepesertaan. Proses pendaftaran peserta, perubahan data peserta, dan pengalihan data kepesertaan juga merupakan bagian dari sistem administrasi kepesertaan. Implementasi juga terlihat dari kesesuaian hasil proses administrasi yang dimulai dari pendaftaran peserta hingga resmi dinyatakan sebagai peserta dengan diberikannya kartu peserta. Penambahan loket pendaftaran, perbaikan dan pengembangan aplikasi kepesertaan, dan penjadwalan rutin sosialisasi dapat menjadi pertimbangan dalam mengatasi kendala yang ada.

This paper discusses the implementation of the administrative system of participation in health BPJS Bogor District Office Operational Services. From this study, it was faound that the human resources, budget, infrastructure, information technology and policies to support the administration of membership. The registration process participants, change participant data transfer and membership data transfer is also part of the administrative system of membership. Implementation is also visible on the suitability of the results of the administrative process that starts from registration of participants to the registration booth, improvement and development of membership application and scheduling routine socialiation can be considered in overcoming the existing obstacles.

Abstrak: Penerapan Lean Hospital di rumah sakit-rumah sakit telah membantu meningkatkan produktivitas. Penelitian ini menjabarkan proses administrasi pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Azra Bogor menggunakan pendekatan Lean Hospital. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif untuk memperlihatkan adanya kegiatan non-value added pada pendaftaran rawat inap sebesar 71.08% dan pada administrasi pasien pulang sebesar 72.11%. Terindikasinya pemborosan merupakan penyebab semakin lamanya waktu tunggu pasien terhadap administrasi rawat inap. Berdasarkan analisis diagram fishbone didapat sebelas akar masalah utama. Hasil analisis masalah dibuat usulan perbaikan yang terbagi atas tiga katagori periode: jangka pendek, jangka menengah, dan jangka panjang yang bertujuan terus-menerus meminimasi waste. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui manajemen dokumen klaim AJB Bumiputera 1912 Kantor Cabang Menteng. Desain studi yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menemukan ketidaklengkapan berkas dari pengaju klaim sering terjadi dalam penerimaan dokumen klaim, SOP pemrosesan klaim masih sulit diterapkan dalam pekerjaan sehari-hari, kuantitas SDM sudah memadai untuk pemrosesan klaim, ada dua software yang digunakan untuk pemrosesan klaim, dan proses pengarsipan dokumen klaim sudah baik dan sesuai dengan tujuan pengarsipan.Dari hasil penelitian, penulis menyarakan dalam proses penerimaan perlu ada form ceklis untuk penerimaan berkas klaim, pembaharuan dan sosialisasi kembali SOP klaim yang ada, peningkatan kualitas SDM, pengintegrasian software, dan pembuatan arsip elektronik.

The aim of this study is to know about the individual insurance claim document management in AJB Bumiputera 1912 Menteng Branch Office. This study uses a qualitative descriptive study design. It found that the uncomplete claim file is the most common case in claim document receiving process, the claim processing SOP is still not applicable in daily business, the number of human resources is adequate for claim processing, there are two softwares used for claim processing, and claim documents archiving is appropriate due to the archiving objectives.From the study results, writer suggested that AJB Bumiputera 1912 Menteng Branch Office should make a checklist form for claim documents receiving process, renewal and re-socialization of the previous Claim SOP, human resources quality enhancement, software integration, and electronics archiving.
