Obesitas di usia remaja berkaitan dengan morbiditas, mortalitas, dan peningkatan risiko bahaya penyakit kronis juga penyakit tidak menular seperti diabetes mellitus tipe 2, hipertensi, gangguan orthopedik dan penyakit jantung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui asupan lemak sebagai faktor dominan terjadinya obesitas pada remaja (16-18 tahun) di Indonesia tahun 2010. Rancangan penelitian adalah cross sectional (potong lintang) dengan mengolah data Riskesdas tahun 2010 pada bulan Oktober-November 2011. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 12.081 orang remaja. Pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan uji chi square (bivariat) dan regresi logistik ganda (multivariat).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prevalensi obesitas pada remaja di Indonesia tahun 2010 sebesar 1,5%. Hasil uji chi square (bivariat) menunjukkan ada perbedaan proporsi kejadian obesitas antara remaja dengan asupan energi lebih dan remaja dengan asupan energi tidak lebih.
Hasil analisis bivariat juga menyimpulkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara jenis kelamin, pekerjaan kepala keluarga, pendidikan kepala keluarga, dan tingkat pengeluaran rumah tangga per kapita dengan kejadian obesitas remaja. Asupan lemak adalah faktor yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan obesitas remaja setelah dikontrol variabel asupan energi, jenis kelamin, pekerjaan kepala keluarga, dan tingkat pengeluaran rumah tangga per kapita per bulan (sosioekonomi). Hasil penelitian menyarankan mengurangi asupan lemak sebagai upaya pencegahan obesitas pada remaja.
Obesity in adolescence associated with morbidity, mortality, and increased risk of chronic disease is also danger of non-communicable diseases such as diabetes mellitus type 2, hypertension, orthopedic disorders and heart disease. The aim of this study is knowing fat intake as dominant factor of obesity in adolescents (16- 18 years) at Indonesia in 2010. Design of this study is a cross sectional and processing the data of Riskesdas 2010 in October-November 2011. The size of sample are 12.081 adolescents. Processing and data analysis using chi square test (bivariate) and multiple logistic regression (multivariate).
The results showed that the prevalence of obesity in adolescents Indonesia in 2010 is 1.5%. The results of chi square test (bivariate) showed have difference in the proportion of the incidence of obesity among adolescents with higher energy intake and energy intake of adolescents with no more.
The results of bivariate analysis also concluded significant association between sex, occupation head of the family, education head of the family, and the level of household expenditure per capita with the incidence of obese adolescents. Fat intake as dominant factor of obesity in adolescents having controlled variable energy intake, sex, occupation head of the family, and the level of household expenditure per capita per month (socioeconomic). The results of this study are suggested to reduce fat intake as a obesity prevention efforts.
Dyslipidemia is a lipid metabolism disorder characterized by one or more abnormalities in body lipids. Unhealthy lifestyles such as high-fat diets, low fiber intake, lack of physical activity, smoking, and lack of nutritional knowledge, which are often found among office workers in urban areas, become risk factors for the occurrence of lipid imbalance in the body. This study aims to determine the relationship between fat intake and other factors with the incidence of dyslipidemia among 85 employees of Company X located in Rasuna Said, Kuningan, South Jakarta in April 2025. This study was conducted with a cross-sectional design using primary data collected through interviews and questionnaires, as well as secondary data from medical check-up results. The research results show that there are 52 respondents (61.2%) who experience dyslipidemia, and there is a significant relationship between fat intake (p=0.008), energy intake (p=0.009), and nutritional status (p=0.010) with the occurrence of dyslipidemia. Over nutritional status has been the global health problem and will become a negative impact on health and psychosocial for adolescents. Based on Riskesdas 2018, prevalence of overweight and obesity in children aged 5-12 years in North Jakarta is 29.03%, which is higher prevalence than the national and province DKI Jakarta. This research objectively investigated factors that related with over nutritional status in grade 6 elementary school students in North Jakarta in 2018 that used body fat percentage assessment. This study used secondary data from rencetly research about obesity in student grade 6 elementary school in North Jakarta. This study used a cross sectional method. The results showed that 25.43% of female students in North Jakarta changed obesity. There was a significant difference between fat intake (p-value 0.015) and menstrual status (p-value 0.006) to the incidence of over nutritional status, with menstrual status as a dominant factor. There is no significant proportional differences between energy intake, protein intake, carbohydrate intake, breakfast, fruit and vegetable consumption, consumption of sugar sweetened beverages, physical activity, TV viewing and gadget time, with over nutritional status. The results of this study prove that education related to balanced diet and physical activity is important for adolescent women according their needs to normal nutritional status.

The aim of this study was to determine the association between age atmenarche and the other determinants (dietary intake, sugary drinks consumption,and physical activity) with overweight in adolescent girls (13-15 years old). Thisstudy was a quantitative analytic research with cross-sectional design. The studywas held at Al-Azhar 4 Kemandoran Junior High School, South Jakarta in April2013, recruiting 107 female students as participants. Age at menarche and sugarydrinks consumption were reported through self-administered questionnaire,dietary intake was obtained using 24-hours food recall interview, and physicalactivity was measured using Physical Activity Questionnaire for Older Children(PAQ-C). Independent T-test was used to identify the association betweenindependent and dependent variables. Among 107 participants, 38,3% wereoverweight. Age at menarche and fat intake were significantly associated withoverweight (p< 0,005). The overweight participants had earlier age at menarche(11,53 years old) and higher fat intake (66,15 gram/day). Meanwhile, theassociation between energy, carbohydrate, protein, fiber intake, sugary drinksconsumption, and physical activity were found to be not significantly associatedwith overweight.
