Abstrak:
Pertumbuhan pembangunan gedung bertingkat maupun perkantoran yang terus meningkat memiliki potensi akan bahaya dan bencana misalnya kebakaran sehingga perlu diperhatikan sistem tanggap darurat guna meminimalisir dampak kerugian baik dari segi material maupun manusia melalui upaya mitigasi, pencegahan, dan deteksi dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran sistem tanggap darurat (Emergency Response Preparedness) pada fase pra, saat, maupun pasca kebakaran di Gedung Balaikota Depok berdasarkan NFPA 1600 edisi 2013: Standard on Disaster/Emergency Management and Business Continuity Programs. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sistem tanggap darurat bahaya kebakaran di gedung Balaikota Depok masih belum maksimal dan komprehensif. This study aims to look at describtion of emergency response system (Emergency Response Preparedness) in pre, during, and post disaster of fire in the building of Balaikota Depok based on standard of NFPA 1600: Standard on Disaster / Emergency Management and Business Continuity Programs. This study uses descriptive analytic design with a qualitative approach. From this study, it can be concluded that the emergency response system for fire hazard in the building of Depok City Hall was not optimally and comprehensive. Skripsi ini membahas tentang gambaran pemenuhan kesesuaian pelaksanaan sistem tanggap darurat PT X dalam upaya mempersiapkan proses tanggap daruratjika terjadi keadaan darurat/bencana. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan desain studi deskriptif yang menggunakan dua jenis data, yaitu pata primer yang didapatkan melalui wawancara dan observasi, serta data skunder melalui telaah dokumen. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kesesuaian implementasi sistem tanggap darurat di Oil and Gas Services Company PT X ditinjau dari National Fire Protection Association 1600 (NFPA 1600) tahun 2012. Hasil penelitian inidiharapkan agar PT X dapat mempertimbangkan saran yang diberikan untuk meningkatkan pemenuhan semua elemen persyaratan NFPA 1600 dalammengimplementasikan sistem tanggap darurat di perusahaannya.Kata kunci : Sistem Tanggap Darurat, NFPA 1600, Keadaan Darurat/Bencana

Sebagai pusat bisnis dan ekonomi, banyak gedung perkantoran di DKI Jakarta yang padat aktivitas. Kebakaran dalam gedung dapat disebabkan oleh korsleting peralatan listrik atau kelalaian manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan sistem tanggap darurat saat terjadi kebakaran di kantor pusat PT X berdasarkan NFPA 1660 Standard for Emergency, Continuity, and Crisis Management: Preparedness, Response and Recovery. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan semi-kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yaitu wawancara dan observasi, serta data sekunder berupa dokumen perusahaan dan studi literatur. Data yang telah dikumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan form checklist untuk melihat pemenuhan sistem tanggap darurat yang sudah ada dengan NFPA 1660 edisi 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesesuaian penerapan sistem tanggap darurat pada kejadian kebakaran di PT X setelah dianalisis menggunakan NFPA 1660 menunjukan bahwa terdapat 4 variabel yang kesesuaian nya memadai, 6 variabel dengan persentase kesesuaian sebagian memadai, dan 2 variabel tidak memadai. Hasil penelitian diharapkan agar PT X dapat mempertimbangkan saran yang diberikan untuk mengembangkan sistem tanggap darurat yang telah dimiliki oleh perusahaan.
As a business and economic center, many office buildings in DKI Jakarta are bustling with activity. Fires in buildings can be caused by electrical equipment short circuits or human negligence. This study aims to analyze the implementation of emergency response systems in the event of a fire at the PT X headquarters based on NFPA 1660 Standard for Emergency, Continuity, and Crisis Management: Preparedness, Response and Recovery. This study employs a descriptive research design with a semi-quantitative approach. The data used include primary data such as interviews and observations, as well as secondary data in the form of company documents and literature reviews. The collected data were analyzed using a checklist form to assess the compliance of the existing emergency response system with NFPA 1660, 2024 edition. The research results indicate that the compliance of the emergency response system implementation in fire incidents at PT X, after being analyzed using NFPA 1660, shows that there are 4 variables with adequate compliance, 6 variables with partially adequate compliance, and 2 variables with inadequate compliance. The research results are expected to encourage PT X to consider the recommendations provided to further develop the emergency response system already in place at the company.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang gambaran pemenuhan dari pelaksanaan sistemtanggap darurat di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Indonesia tahun 2016 berdasarkanPedoman Kesiapsiagaan dan Tanggap Darurat Universitas Indonesia yangmengacu pada NFPA 1600 edisi 2016. Penelitian merupakan penelitian kualitatifdengan desain penelitian deskriptif analitik. Metode yang digunakan berupawawancara, observasi langsung, dan telaah dokumen menggunakan instrumenchecklist self-assessment for conformity NFPA 1600 edisi 2016. Penelitiandilakukan terhadap enam elemen di dalam NFPA 1600 edisi 2016 dan diperolehhasil dengan total rata-rata terpenuhi sebesar 58,20%, tidak terpenuhi sebesar29,40% dan tidak dapat teraplikasikan (not applicable) sebesar 12,40%.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang gambaran penerapan sistem proteksi aktif, pasif,keselamatan jiwa, serta sistem tanggap darurat kebakaran. Tujuan penelitian iniadalah untuk mengetahui gambaran penerapan sistem proteksi aktif, pasif,keselamatan jiwa, serta sistem tanggap darurat kebakaran yang dilihat berdasarkanPeraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum yang dilengkapi dengan standar NationalFire Protection Association. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitiandeskriptif melalui metode observasi, telaah dokumen, dan wawancara tidakterstruktur untuk mengetahui penerapan sistem proteksi di plant paper mesin (PM)B.
