Time service of pharmacy is the important part of the hospital excellent services. Lean six sigma is a methodology of decreasing the waste and variation. Lean six sigma method which used are : define, measure, analyze and improve. After conducting root cause analysis with the proposed improvement are visual management, 5S culture, lay out changing, evaluation of workload. As a long term porpuse with electronic prescription and heijunka. Using of lean six sigma method to reduce the waste of non compounding prescription service from 43 to 32 activities with time allocation from 31 to 16 minutes. For the compounding prescription service, could be reduce from 60 to 46 activities with time allocation from 47 to 25 minutes.

Pharmaceutical Services is a service that cannot be separated from hospital services. The length of waiting time in the pharmacy will satisfy the overall quality of hospital services. Currently the waiting time in Bali Royal Hospital pharmacy for out patient is still above the standard waiting time, which is not in accordance with the hospital guidelines. The standard waiting time for outpatient pharmacy cannot be achieved due to lack of quality management at RSU Bali Royal. This study will look at how the process of outpatient pharmacy service using lean method, in 2017 with observational action process research, by observing 15 patients from October 2017 to January 2018 at outpatient pharmaceutical RSU Bali Royal, by looking at the waste. It is founded that there are 45.65% value added activities and non-value added activities (vaste) of 54.28%. Most of the wastes that are found are waste waiting and waste defect. Elimination of waste that has been done by the implementation of intervention, among others: moving cashier counters, changing the lay out of pharmacy, making counter between the pharmaceutical counter with space lock pharmaceutical door lock and change in outpatient pharmacy service, so that non value added activities can be eliminated to 18.28% and value added activities to 81.72%. In terms of outcome can be seen the improvement of waiting time, improvement of customer satisfaction, increased visits and increased turnover in pharmacy. This study concludes that there is a significant improvement of service quality after the refinement of outpatient pharmacy service process using lean method.

Drug management is one important aspect of hospital management. This study is aiming at analysing drug management in pharmacy unit National Stroke Hospital Bukittinggi. This case study was using qualitative approach. The study revealed that drug management and monitoring controlling were not well performed. A high percentage of drug stock out in 2017 was found 7,6% out of 421 drugs item each month, while number of expired drugs was high, reaching 10,45% compared to 0% as target.. Planning to prioritize purchasing of drugs using VA, EA and NA drug need to implement in order to prevent stock out. To avoid expired drug, hospital need to purchased based on ROP and Safety Stock. VA group is the highest priority that include 10 drug item where NS 500 cc infusion fluid is the top one in the group. NS 500 cc infusion fluid would need Safety Stock as much as 23.400 number as Safety Stock and ROP 34.860.

Hospital Pharmacy Installation is one of the units in the hospital which is often categorized as a Revenue Center unit. The large number of related parts, both internal and external to the hospital, in the process of activities at the Hospital Pharmacy Installation, makes management better think about a good and integrated management system in the management cycle. This research is a qualitative research with analytical descriptive design. The results of this study show that the implementation of the management of pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices and medical consumables at IFRS Provita Jayapura based on Permenkes No. 72 of 2016 is partially implemented with an average score of 72%. The best thing to implement is the process of storage activities and infrastructure owned by IFRS Provita, while what is not implemented is the planning process, either budget planning or annual drug demand planning. The results of this study suggest that management should immediately make regulations regarding budget planning and annual drug needs that are integrated with related parties and can be evaluated for their implementation in the current year when hospital operations are running.
Persaingan antar rumah sakit memberikan pengaruh dalam manajemen rumah sakit baik milik pemerintah, swasta dan asing dengan tujuan akhir adalah untuk meningkatkan pelayanan Sarana pelayanan kesehatan di era globalisasi ini, berupaya meningkatkan kualitas jasa yang ditawarkan kepada masyarakat. Hal ini disebabkan karena kualitas jasa dapat digunakan sebagai alat untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif.
Pelayanan farmasi di rumah sakit merupakan suatu bagian atau fasilitas di rumah sakit. Unit farmasi adalah salah satu revenue center di rumah sakit dimana mempunyai pengaruh besar terhadap pendapatan rumah sakit. Kinerja layanan unit farmasi dapat diukur dari lamanya waktu tunggu pelayanan dalam proses penyiapan obat sesuai resep dokter.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab ketidak berhasilan pencapaian Key Performance Indikator (KPI) unit farmasi rawat jalan,melakukan pengembangan standar yang dibutuhkan, mengidentifikasi gap analysis yang ada dan membuat action plan guna peningkatan kualitas pelayanan.
Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif secara pengamatan (observasional), telaah dokumen dan wawancara mendalam. Teknik penelitian ini adalah teknik triangulasi data, guna penguatan informasi-informasi dengan beberapa cara untuk mengurangi bias yang ada.
asil penelitian ini menunjukkan tren jumlah resep yang masuk pada hari, shift dan jam tertentu, dimana berguna untuk pengaturan komposisi staf yang ada. Selain itu penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya ketidak efisen an waktu proses pada tahap penerimaan resep dan penyerahan resep. Dan penelitian ini menyarankan adanya pengitungan ulang terhadap pola ketenaan unit farmasi rawat jalan.

This is because the quality of service can be used as a tool to achieve competitive advantage.
Pharmacy services in hospitals is a part of the hospital or facility. Pharmaceutical unit is one revenue center at the hospital, which had a major impact on hospital revenue. Pharmaceutical unit service performance can be measured by the length of the waiting time in the service of the process of preparing the drug as prescribed.
This study aims to determine the cause of the unsuccessful achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) outpatient pharmacy unit, to develop the required standards, identifying a gap analysis of existing and create action plan to improve the quality of care.
This is a descriptive study, with quantitative and qualitative approaches in the observations (observational), document review and in-depth interviews. This research technique is the technique of triangulation of data, in order to strengthen the information in several ways to reduce the bias that exists.
Results of this study show a trend in the number of prescriptions coming days, shifts and hours specified, which is useful for setting the composition of existing staff. Moreover this study showed a lack of time efisen an admission process at the stage of recipes and recipe submission. And this study suggests a re-calculation of the pattern ketenaan outpatient pharmacy unit.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif (analitik observasional) untuk melihat alur pelayanan resep obat dan mengidentifikasi pemborosan pelayanan resep obat. Dan didukung oleh penelitian kuantitatif (analisis deskriptif) untuk memperoleh data perhitungan waktu setiap tahapan proses pelayanan resep obat.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui rata-rata waktu tunggu pelayanan resep obat non racikan selama 89.6 menit (88.17% kegiatan menunggu) dan 124.70 menit (82.10% kegiatan menunggu) pada pelayanan resep obat racikan.
Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi bahwa terdapat 8 jenis pemborosan (DOWNTIME) pada pelayanan resep obat. Usulan perbaikan dengan metode lean diharapkan dapat menurunkan waktu tunggu menjadi 66.67% pada pelayanan resep obat non racikan dan 56.67% pada pelayanan resep obat racikan.

Long waiting times on prescription services will reduce patient satisfaction and lead to inefficient services. Lean is one of the methodologies that can be used to deal with inefficiencies in health services. This study aims to analyze the application of lean method in reducing waiting time of outpatient prescription services at Pasar Minggu public hospital in 2017.
This study used qualitative research methods (observational analytics) to examine the flow and identify waste of prescription drug services. And also supported by quantitative research (descriptive analysis) to get the exact calculation of every step of prescription drug services.
Based on the result of the research, it is known that the average waiting time of medicine prescription services is 89.6 minutes (88.17% waiting activity) and 124.70 minutes (82.10% waiting activity) of personalized medicine prescription services.
The study identified that there were 8 types of waste (DOWNTIME) in prescription services. The future improvement by lean method is expected to reduce waiting time to 66.67% on medicine prescription services and 56.67% on personalized medicine prescription services.
