Increasing public health status can be manifested through conventional and traditional medicines.Traditional medicines carry a health paradigm that focuses on the healthy, complementary side ofconventional medicine and preventive promotive efforts. Puskesmas is a health service facility thatprioritizes promotive and preventive to improve community health status. Puskesmas can be saidimplementing traditional health if they meet one of the criteria: have traditional medicine-trained staff,carry out coaching, and perform self-care traditional medicine. West Java Province has a smaller numberof health centers providing traditional health compared to other provinces in Java. This study aims to discoverinformation of how traditional health program being implemented in Puskesmas Ciawi, PuskesmasCaringin, and Puskesmas Ciomas. This qualitative study uses following methods: document review,observation, and in-depth interview. The study reveals there were no acupressure services in those threepuskesmas because the health workers were kept occupied by other workload, traditional health guidancecould be improved through an inventory of traditional health data, identification of traditional healthservices in their working areas, and guidance to traditional health professionals. The three puskesmas didnot implement self-care traditional medicine because they do not have trained independent care staff butcan be implemented by community empowerment with TOGA and acupressure socialization for minorcomplaints.

The absence of performance indicators in the implementation of public relations in the health sector in Tangerang Regency has implications for the resulting outcome targets to be unclear. The General Guidelines for Public Relations in the Health Sector have not been well socialized so that there are still obstacles in carrying out these guidelines in a comprehensive manner. The absence of a public relations team in the form of a functional position has also contributed to the role of public relations that has not been able to run in accordance with the applicable rules. This study aims to analyze the implementation of public relations policy in the health sector in Tangerang Regency and see its effectiveness based on the theory of Edward III. The results of this study are expected to be input for developing appropriate policy strategies or evaluation actions. This study uses qualitative methods with in-depth interview techniques and document review. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of public relations in the health sector in Tangerang Regency has been running. However, the socialization of the General Guidelines for Public Relations in the Health Sector has not yet been optimal, resulting in a less in-depth understanding of the principles of public relations activities. Besides that, it is also necessary to have clear indicators in the implementation of public relations activities that are based on the principle of public relations activities in PMK number 81 of 2015, so that the implementation of public relations policies in the health sector can run better in Tangerang Regency.

This thesis discusses the evaluation of clinical pathway implementation, with the aim of knowing the implementation of Clinical Pathway and unit cost analysis of the Sectio Caesarea action at Bhakti Rahayu General Hospital Denpasar. The research design used is the mix method, namely quantitative and qualitative research designs, obtained from patient billing data and in-depth interviews. The study was conducted in April 2019 to July 2020. The results obtained are still variations in some of the services provided so that they get different costs between the total cost of action in accordance with the clinical pathway of Rp 1,920,000, - with the real cost of services provided at IDR 3,319,281, - which means there is still a difference of IDR 1,399,281, -.
Hospital Pharmacy Installation is one of the units in the hospital which is often categorized as a Revenue Center unit. The large number of related parts, both internal and external to the hospital, in the process of activities at the Hospital Pharmacy Installation, makes management better think about a good and integrated management system in the management cycle. This research is a qualitative research with analytical descriptive design. The results of this study show that the implementation of the management of pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices and medical consumables at IFRS Provita Jayapura based on Permenkes No. 72 of 2016 is partially implemented with an average score of 72%. The best thing to implement is the process of storage activities and infrastructure owned by IFRS Provita, while what is not implemented is the planning process, either budget planning or annual drug demand planning. The results of this study suggest that management should immediately make regulations regarding budget planning and annual drug needs that are integrated with related parties and can be evaluated for their implementation in the current year when hospital operations are running.
Background: Covid-19 is a new pneumonia outbreak that has caused a public health emergency, including in Indonesia. Various efforts have been made by the Indonesian government and in collaboration with local governments for the prevention and control of Covid-19. One of the efforts made by the regional government together with Forkopimda is to form a Covid-19 disaster-resilient village at the village level. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the implementation of Kampung Tangguh in efforts to prevent and control Covid-19 at Payakumbuh city. Method: This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques are conducted through in-depth interviews, observations and document studies.And data validity efforts are carried out through triangulation of methods and sources. Result: The implementation of Kampung Tangguh Payobasung and Kubang Gajah in an effort to prevent and control Covid-19 in Payakumbuh City has been successful until October, as evidenced by the absence of positive cases in both Kampung Tangguh. However, since the implementation of Kampung Tangguh has been relaxed, especially picket activities at the post, in November until Now, an increase in positive cases has been found in both Kampung Tangguh. Besides that, in 2021, in 2021, there are several transfer of cadre roles adapted to the latest policies, especially in the success of vaccination.Cadre activities in socializing and facilitating citizens for vaccines have managed to achieve vaccine coverage above 30% in both Kampung Tangguh. Conclusion: The loose implementation of Kampung Tangguh Kubang Gajah is caused by underfunding and decreased awareness of citizens since the enactment of New Habit Adaptation. It is expected that all parties involved can collaborate to increase their respective roles in optimizing the implementation of resilient villages as an effort to prevent and control Covid-19. Furthermore, for other villages can apply / adopt the cohesiveness of cadres in cooperation, IT benefits by Kampung Tangguh Kubang Gajah and Hatinya PKK program as Food Security of Kampung Tangguh Payobasung for the prevention and control of Covid-19 in their respective villages
Prelacteal is anything other breastmilk that given to infants before breastfeeding in the first 3 days of life which can cause failure of exclusive breastfeeding and may increased risk of infection and malnutrition which then will impact on stunting. One in two babies who have been breastfed in Indonesia have been given prelacteal. This study aims to determine the determinants of prelacteal feeding behavior in infants on the island of Sumatra. This study uses data from the 2017 IDHS with a cross sectional study design. The sample of this study was mothers who had babies aged 0-23 months with the inclusion criteria with a sum of 1,224 respondents. The results showed that there were 54.4% of mothers who gave prelacteal. From correlations analysis it was found that maternal age, parity, IMD, and type of delivery were associated with prelacteal feeding to infants (p-value < 0.05). The results of the logistic regression analysis showed that IMD as the dominant factor that causes prelacteal feeding (OR: 6.06) where mothers who are late in giving IMD are 6 times more likely to giving prelacteal to infants after being controlled by weight. birth, ANC, type of delivery, maternal age, parity, and birth attendants.
