Abstrak:
Terjadi 508 kasus kecelakaan Bus Transjakarta di tahun 2021, hasil investigasi yang dilakukan oleh KNKT mengungkapkan salah satu penyebabnya adalah kelelahan pramudi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran keluhan dan analisis faktor risiko terkait fatigue pada pramudi Bus Rapid Transit dan Non-BRT Transjakarta Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif analitik. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 124 Pramudi BRT dan Non-BRT Transjakarta. Variabel Independen pada penelitian ini yaitu factor risiko terkait pekerjaan (Durasi Kerja, Shift Kerja, Waktu Istirahat, Commuting Time, Beban Kerja). Variabel kovariat pada penelitian ini yaitu factor risiko terkait pekerja (Usia, Jenis Kelamin, IMT, Konsumsi Kafein, Riwayat Penyakit Hipertensi, Riwayat Penyakit Diabetes, Kuantitas Tidur). Penelitian cross-sectional menggunakan kuesioner Swedish Occupational Fatigue Index (SOFI) untuk mengukur kelelahan dan NASA-TLX untuk mengukur beban kerja. Analisis data dilakukan secara bivariat dengan uji kai kuadrat dan multivariat dengan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan sebanyak 48,4 % (60) pramudi mengalami fatigue dan sebanyak 55,6% (64) pramudi tidak mengalami fatigue. Variabel IMT, usia, dan Kuantitas tidur memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kelelahan. Faktor pekerjaan yang paling dominan memengaruhi kelelahan adalah beban kerja walaupun tidak ditemukan hubungan secara signifikan

This researc is a quantitative study with an analytical descriptive research design. The research sample was 124 Drivers of Transjakarta BRT and NonBRT.. The independent variables in this study are work-related risk factors (Work Duration, Shift Work, Rest Time, Commuting Time, and Workload). The covariates in this study were worker-related risk factors (Age, Gender, BMI, Caffeine Consumption, Hypertension, Diabetes, and Sleep Quantity). Abstrak:
Salah satu beban kerja yang ditemui di tempat kerja adalah beban kerja mental. Pada industri manufaktur, para pekerjanya menghadapi beban kerja mental karena memiliki tugas yang memerlukan ketelitian, fokus, dan konsentrasi yang cukup tinggi dalam bekerja untuk memenuhi berbagai macam permintaan konsumen, khususnya bagian quality control (QC). Apabila beban kerja mental yang ada terlalu tinggi, bisa saja menjadi salah satu faktor menurunnya kinerja karyawan dan akan mempengaruhi kualitas produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat tingkat beban kerja mental, kinerja, dan melihat karakteristik pekerjaan yang dimiliki oleh karyawan Departemen Quality Control PT. X tahun 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross sectional dan melibatkan 34 karyawan QC di salah satu Industri manufaktur yang bergerak di bisnis kemasan obat – obat injeksi di Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian kuesioner dan untuk penilaian beban kerja mental peneliti menggunakan kuesioner standar NASA TLX serta untuk penilaian kinerja menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan Tingkat beban kerja mental karyawan Departemen Quality Control PT. X tahun 2016 yakni dari total responden yang berjumlah 34 orang, rata-rata skor beban kerja mental yang didapat yakni 77.19 dimana skor ini termasuk dalam beban kerja mental yang tinggi. Tingkat kinerja karyawan Departemen Quality Control PT. X tahun 2016 yakni nilai rata-rata skor kinerja yang didapat adalah 52.06 dengan nilai median 51.5 dengan rentang nilai 43 – 60 serta didapatkan hasil didapatkan hasil dari total 34 responden, 50 % karyawan (17 orang) memiliki kinerja yang baik.
One kind of workload that can be encountered in the workplace is mental workload. In manufacturing industry, the employees have to face mental workload because their kind of work require them to use accuracy, focus, and high enough concentration to comply wide variety of consumer demand, particulary quality control (QC) workers. If the mental workload which exists is too high, it can be one of the factor of employee?s decreasing performance and it will affect the production quality directly . This study aimed to determine the level of employee?s mental workload, performance, and job characteristics of Quality Control Departement at PT. X in 2016. This study use cross-sectional study methods and involving 34 QC employees from one of manufacturing industry that engaged in the business of injection drug packaging in Indonesia. Datas were collected by using questionnaires and especially for mental workload assessment, used standardized questionnaire from NASA TLX and for performance appraisal used a validated questionnaire. Result from the study shows that the mental workload average score was 77.19 which is included in the high mental workload. The average score of performance was 52.06 with a median value of 51.5. As well as the result obtained, from a total of 34 respondents, 50% employees (17 people) had a good performance.

Abstrak:
Tren meningkat dari industri konstruksi, stakeholder yang heterogen, dan dampaknegatif beban kerja terhadap kesehatan mental menyebabkan beban kerja mentalperlu dianalisis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan gambaran beban kerjamental subjektif pada tim proyek konstruksi. Desain penelitian ini adalahobservasional dan semikuantitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif analitikmenggunakan tools NASA TLX. Rata-rata OWL adalah 70,07 (CI 65,55-74,59).OWL tertinggi dirasakan oleh Fungsi QSHE sebesar 75,01 dan yang terendahdirasakan oleh Fungsi Komersial, Pengadaan dan Peralatan sebesar 65,34. Faktoryang teridentifikasi terkait beban kerja mental adalah kompetensi, desain tugas,jam kerja, komunikasi dan koordinasi, dan pengelolaan kesehatan mental. Olehkarena itu, dibutuhkan pelatihan sesuai fungsi, peninjauan desain tugas,pengaturan jam kerja, peningkatan komunikasi dan koordinasi, perencanaanproyek yang komprehensif dan pelayanan kesehatan mental.Kata kunci:Beban kerja mental, tim proyek konstruksi, Overall Workload (OWL), NASATLX

Abstrak:
Peningkatan kepadatan arus lalu lintas penerbangan yang diprediksikanterjadi dalam beberapa tahun kedepan, dapat menambah beban kerja mental padaAir Traffic Controller (ATCO). Beban kerja mental yang berat dapatmempengaruhi kemunculan stres kerja pada pekerja yang telah dibuktikan olehberbagai penelitian. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan penelitian sejenis untukmencegah terjadinya stres kerja pada ATCO di Jakarta Air Traffic Service Center(JATSC) akibat peningkatan tersebut. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakanmetode studi cross-sectional dengan menggunakan instrumen NASA-Task LoadIndex (NASA-TLX) dan International Stress Management Association (ISMA)untuk mengukur beban kerja mental dan stres kerja pada 47 responden. Terdapatpenambahan dua variabel lainnya, yaitu pendidikan dan masa kerja. Hasilmenunjukkan beban kerja mental yang tinggi memiliki hubungan signifikan danberpola positif dengan stres kerja, sedangkan dua variabel lainnya tidakmenunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan terhadap stres kerja. Lebih lanjut,sesuai dengan penelitian serupa lainnya, hasil menampilkan perempuan lebihrentan terhadap stres. Disimpulkan bahwa beban mental kerja memiliki hubunganyang signifikan dengan stres kerja. Intervensi yang dapat dilakukan salah satunyaadalah implementasi sistem otomatisasi dengan desain yang berprinsip cognitiveergonomics.
