The increase in the elder population in the world and Indonesia made access to elderly posyandu needed to be pursued. Depok is one area in West Java Province that has an increasing number of elderly people, meanwhile, the working area of the Pancoran Mas Health Center is one of the areas in Depok that has the highest number of active elderly posyandu. This research is qualitative aiming to dig information about elderly posyandu activity during the Covid-19 pandemic in terms of input, process, and output. Informants in this study were the head of the public health center, the person in charge of elderly posyandu, her staff, and the elderly there. Informants were selected purposively. The results showed the change in input components, like medical device damage, also policy changes like suspending the elderly posyandu activities temporarily during the pandemic and switching to limited elderly visits by cadres in the process. Thus the elderly posyandu output does not reach its goal for receiver health screening and resulting the elderly do not get their rights for basic services. Therefore, parties involved are suggested to improve the system and policies for elderly posyandu activities to achieve the targets and realization of prosperous elderly.

Based on the results of a nutritional status monitoring survey (PSG) in 2018, as many as 26.64% of children under five in North Lampung Regency were stunted. In 2020 North Lampung Regency was established as one of the stunting focus districts. Regarding the implementation of stunting dropping interventions at the community level, it is known that not all villages have formed human development cadres (HDC) including villages in the working area of the Kotabumi II Public Health Center. The purpose of this study was to identify the knowledge, attitudes, motivations and behavior of posyandu cadres about stunting and its prevention in the context of preparing policy advocacy documents regarding the role of cadres. The study uses qualitative methods with rapid assessment procedure design. The informants in this study were 6 posyandu cadres, with 7 key informants namely 5 midwives, 1 nutritionis and 1 puskesmas head. Data collection was carried out by means of in-depth interviews via cellular telephone, using interview guidelines. The results of this study indicate that the knowledge of posyandu cadres about stunting and prevention is still largely lacking, all cadres have a positive attitude about stunting and prevention, all cadres have high motivation, and cadre behavior regarding early detection of stunting and prevention, most are still lacking. Based on the identification results, a policy advocacy document can be prepared in the form of a policy brief with recommendations including: need to increase the capacity of posyandu cadres, and the need to establish human development cadres (KPM) as staff who can assist in overcoming stunting problems in the village by increasing the role of posyandu cadres . Considering that North Lampung Regency is one of the special stunting location districts, there should be an integrated stunting prevention policy at the community level by making stunting a priority program in village fund budgets and forming human development cadres (HDC) by recruiting posyandu cadres
The performance of the current Posyandu program is not optimal. One of the problems that it faced is the lack of skills the cadres possessed. This is further exacerbated by the condition of COVID-19 which stopped the activities of Posyandu. Guidance is one way that can be done to increase the performance of Posyandu. One of the guidances carried out during the pandemic is guidance through the New Normal Posyandu program. This research aims to describe the evaluation of the implementation in NNP-supported Posyandu at selected Posyandu in Cisalak Village in 2022. This research uses the qualitative-descriptive method to describe input (human resources, cadres training, organizational structure, facilities and infrastructures, funding, and schedules of implementation), process (preparation, application of health protocols, weighing, plotting, counselling, recording and reporting, evaluation discussion, and home visit), and output (D/S and N/D? indicator) in three Posyandus (with Posyandu X and Y as supported Posyandu, and Posyandu Z as control group). Data collection was done through in-depth interviews, focus group discussion, observation, and documents review. Key-informant in this research was one Public Health Center Nutritionist, one person from Village?s Family Welfare Education Program, and one NNP program representative. Main-informant was head from each Posyandu, fifteen cadres in three Posyandus, and the supporting informant were twelve mothers of toddlers in three Posyandus. Research was done in X, Y, and Z Posyandu in Cisalak Village. The results showed that Posyandu guidance program by NNP can help two supported Posyandus to increase quality of the counseling from cadres to the community through provided training program. Program can also help Posyandu to conduct monthly activities and increase the quality of facilities and infrastructures of Posyandu. However, the quality of counseling in supported Posyandus are considered not optimal for all Posyandus.
