This Research is intended to ascertain how to implement pulmonary Tuberculosis Disease Countermeasures Program in Puskesmas on Kabupaten Bogor during 2020. The research encompass in many aspect from input component until output component. It’s use qualitative study with data collection through indepth interview, observation and review of documentation. Puskesmas Ciawi, Puskesmas Cinagara and Puskesmas Karya Mekar have not reached the target for case founding. The target of successful rate has been fulfilled in Puskesmas Cimandala, Puskesmas Sukaraja and Puskesmas Karyamekar, but not yet in Puskesmas Ciburayut, Puskesmas Ciawi and Puskesmas Cinagara. Puskesmas Cimandala and Puskesmas Sukaraja are quite successful in the TB Programme due to the fulfillment of adequately trained human resources, adequate infrastructure, sufficient funding, integrated of system information, collaboration on sectoral program – cross sectoral and good management in Puskesmas. Puskesmas Karya Mekar and Puskesmas Cinagara have not reached the target due to insufficient of trained human resource, inadequate infrastructures, collaboration of cross sector are not optimally implemented and leak education about health information to the public. The recommendation from this research is that the success achieved through supporting factors can be applied to the other Puskesmas in Kabupaten Bogor.

This research discusses about occupational health and safety risk assessment oncasting process in PT. X, Cikupa Tangerang on 2016. Risk assessment carried outto obtain the value of the risk inherent in the casting process in PT.X, CikupaTangerang. Hazard and risk identification are conducted using the Job SafetyAnalysis (JSA). This analysis using the qualitative standard that modified fromthe AS/NZS 4360:2004. This research using cross sectional study design with indepth interviews and observational approach. In the implementation of production in the manufacturing industry, every work process is never independent of hazard and risk. PT. X manufactures rubber parts for the automotive industry and other industries. One of the initial production process of rubber parts is mixing process. The stages of a complex mixing process, the materials used, and the operation of machines that are not completely automatic, are at risk of incidents and/or accidents and their consequences. This study aims to determine the level of OHS risk in the mixing process at PT. X. In this research, risk identification on mixing process using Job Hazard Analysis method based on OSHA 3071. Then, semi-quantitative risk analysis refers to Australian/New Zealand Standard 4360: 2004 on Risk Management; and determine the risk level according to the risk score calculated using the Fine risk formula (1971). Risk assessment is done in two main work of mixing process, that is kneader mixing and open mill mixing. Based on the results of risk identification, there are 22 hazards and risks in mixing kneader; and 22 hazards and risks in open mill mixing. Based on the assessment of existing risk in kneader mixing and open mill mixing, the hazard with the highest risk level is noise (which arises from machines in the mixing process area) with substantial risk level.

This study aims to determine factors associated with balanced nutrition behavior in nutrition student of Universitas Indonesia. On this study balanced nutrition behavior was the dependent variable while balanced nutrition knowledge, nutritional status, body image, peer influences, student resident, and pocket money were independent variable. This is a quantitative study with cross-sectional design. Data were collected in April-Mei 2019 from 117 nutrition student which randomly selected from first year until fourth year. Data were collected through self-administered questionnaires, twice 24-h food recall interviews, and measuring their height and weight. The results showed that 28.2% of the students had applied balanced nutrition behavior. The result indicated that there was a significant relationship between peer influences and balanced nutrition behavior (p-value: 0.001), as this variabel had emerged as a dominant factor as well. To enhance student balanced nutrition behavior, it is recommended for the faculty to provide facilities such as scales, dan safety sport equipment which can be accessed easily and free. It is also recommended for the health office to promote balanced nutrition using the peer educator approach.

Breastfeeding is one of the interventions of the first 1000 day movement of life with atarget of 2 years, but this target is still far from reality. Globally 74% of children arebreastfed to 1 year of age, in Africa 70% of children are breastfed to 1 year of age, inAmerica 45% of children are breastfed to 2 years of age and in Indonesia 56.7% ofchildren are breastfed until the age of 23 months, while the target is 80% childrenbreastfed to 1 year of age and 60% to 2 years of age. This study aims to determine therelationship of mother's work with the duration of breastfeeding in Indonesia in 2013. Theresearch design is cross-sectional. The sample of the research is the mother who haschildren aged 0-23 months using Riskesdas data in 2013. The data were analyzed withunivariable, bivariable and multivariable survival analysis. Mother not working(65.05%), ideal age (76.95%), married status (99.81%), high school graduated (30.67%),normal (90.38%) and rich ( 22.38%). Bivariat, there were significant relationship betweenmother work (p = 0,023) and birth process (p = 0,004) with duration of breastfeeding inIndonesia year 2013. Multivariable is known not relationship of mother's job with longbreastfeeding after controlled by covariat variable in Indonesia 2013. Recommended tothe Ministry of Health to strengthen the activities of ASI counselors and to train theexisting personnel in the area and to advocate with the labor service. BKKBN to advocatewith local governments to provide information on the importance of breastfeeding as onetype of contraception and subsequent researchers to explore more complex variables.Key words: breastfeeding, occupation, birth process, education, economics.
