Electronic prescribing is one of the information systems focusing on automated service that connects doctors and pharmacists, which potentially improves safety care, reduces inefficiencies and prescription errors. Electronic prescribing assists users in delivering their daily works. However, the usefulness factor and benefits of electronic prescribing relies on the user acceptance to optimize the advantages of this technology. This research aims to find and to analyze the effect of user acceptance towards electronic prescribing by using Technology Acceptance Model approach at National Brain Center Prof. Dr. dr. Mahar Mardjono Hospital. The research was conducted in June to July 2020 by employing cross sectional research design and quantitative method approach. The hypothesis testing is developed by using Partial Least Square analysis with a twoway probability where if the value of T-Statistics is higher than 1,96, the effect is significant and meaningful. User acceptance towards electronic prescribing at National Brain Center Prof. Dr. dr. Mahar Mardjono Hospital is categorized as sufficient with a value of 69,6%. The research finds that perceived ease of use was influenced by screen design, terminology and training, while attitude towards using and behavioral intention were influenced by perceived usefulness. The actual system use signifies a decline in electronic prescribing usage and the average value of using manual prescribing was 5,4%. Implementation of electronic prescribing at National Brain Center Prof. Dr. dr. Mahar Mardjono Hospital has been running quite well and it is necessary to increase system capabilities with the aim of improving the performance and quality of hospital services.

Manual medical records (paper) have several weaknesses, the use of electronic medical records is a solution to overcome them. Husada Hospital started testing the implementation of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) at the Specialist Clinic in September 2019, until June 2021 it was found that the use of EMR was not 100%. This study aims to determine the effect of characteristics, perceived usefulness, perceived comfort, and behavioral interest on the use of EMR. This type of research is quantitative with a population of 288 Health Workers involved in the use of ESDM consisting of Doctors, Nurses, Medical Record Officers, Radiology Officers, Laboratory Officers, Pharmacists and Admissions Officers. The sample in this study was 80 people who were calculated using the Lemeshow formula and then stratified by profession. The results showed the highest use of EMR in the Admissions Unit with a score of 24.10 and the lowest in doctors with a score of 19.04. In the test results, it is known that there is no relationship between perceived comfort and the use of EMR, and there is a relationship between perceived usefulness and behavioral interest with the use of EMR with a significance value of 0.000. The benefits that users feel with EMR are that it saves time and effort. In the perception of ease of average score of 36.79, there are still several obstacles, including the network that does not appear error or patient data. The behavioral interest score in the use of ESDM is 20.55, which means that the interest in the use of ESDM is quite good. Suggestions for Husada Hospital are the need for a comprehensive network improvement to reduce the occurrence of system disturbances. Backing up data regularly and server backups is an effort to avoid problems if the system goes down
menganalisis sistem EMR melalui aspek perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use,
attitude toward usage, dan behavioral intention to use. Data dikumpulkan secara
kuantitatif melalui kuesioner dari tenaga medis, kesehatan, dan non-kesehatan. Hasil
menunjukkan perceived usefulness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap behavioral intention
to use, sedangkan perceived ease of use memengaruhi attitude toward usage. Pelatihan
This study examines the relationship between HRM practices—selection, recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and rewards—and the implementation of the E-Medical Record (EMR) system at LNG Badak Hospital. It also analyzes EMR adoption through perceived usefulness, ease of use, attitude toward usage, and behavioral intention to use. Data from medical, health, and non-health personnel show perceived usefulness impacts behavioral intention, while ease of use influences attitude. Training and rewards enhance perceived usefulness and ease of use, but selection, recruitment, and performance appraisal show weaker links. The study highlights training, rewards, and user experience as key, with further research recommended to explore external factors.
