Abstrak: Menarche merupakan kejadian pertama kali menstruasi yang dialami oleh remaja perempuan. Menarche dini yaitu kejadian menstruasi kurang dari usia 12 tahun. Penurunan usia menarche yang dini menyebabkan risiko kehamilan dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara status gizi (IMT/U), persen lemak tubuh, asupan zat gizi (energi, protein, lemak, dan karbohidrat), aktivitas fisik, usia menarche ibu, keterpaparan media, dan status sosial ekonomi dengan usia menarche, serta mengetahui faktor dominan usia menarche pada siswi kelas 6 SD di Jakarta Barat tahun 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional dan menggunakan data primer di 6 sekolah dasar negeri pada bulan April 2018. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara pengisian kuesioner dan pengukuran antropometri. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 48% dari 127 responden mengalami menarche dini dan rata-rata usia menarche yaitu usia 11,61 tahun. Hasil uji chi square menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna antara persen lemak tubuh (p-value 0,007) dan usia menarche ibu (p-value 0,028). Dari analisis regresi logistik didapatkan bahwa persen lemak tubuh sebagai faktor dominan (OR=5,976) terhadap usia menarche pada siswi kelas 6 SD di Jakarta Barat tahun 2018. Dari penelitian ini disarankan kepada pihak sekolah untuk memberikan edukasi terkait kesehatan reproduksi dengan dukungan dari instansi kesehatan terkait.

Menarche was being the onset of menstruation on a girl adolescent. Early menarche was age before 12 and impact to the risk of early pregnancy. This study aimed to identify the association between nutritional status (BMI/Y), body fat percentage, nutrient intake (intake of energy, protein, fat, and carbohydrate), physical activity, mother‟s age of menarche, stimulant electronic media, social economics status, and the dominant factors among girl adolescent student 6th grade primary school student in West Jakarta, 2018. The design of this research was cross sectional that using primary data of 6 public elementary school on April 2018. Data were collected by using a self-administered questionnaire and anthropometric measurements. The result of this research showed that 48% from 127 respondents had age of menarche before 12 by the average of menarche age 11,61 year. The variable which has correlation with the age of menarche in this research are the body fat percentage (p=0,007) and mother‟s age of menarche (p=0,028). Regression binary logistic showed that body fat percentage was dominant factors that related to age of menarche (OR=5,976). Considering from this conclusion suggested the existence of adolescent reproductive health education in primary school and supported by the public health institution.

Abstrak: Penurunan usia menarche (menstruasi pertama) pada remaja putri yang semakin muda yang akan berdampak jangka panjang pada permasalahan kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor dominan terhadap usia menarche dengan desain studi cross-sectional pada 100 siswi kelas 7 dan 8 SMP Islam Panglima Besar Sudirman 2016. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebesar 39% siswi memiliki usia menarche dini (< 12 tahun) dan 61% lainnya usia menarche normal dengan rata-rata usia menarche adalah 11,161 ± 0,85 tahun, dengan usia menarche termuda 10 tahun dan tertua usia 13 tahun. Berdasarkan uji regresi logistik ganda, asupan lemak merupakan faktor dominan terhadap usia menarche (P=0,002; OR=6) setelah dikontrol status gizi (IMT/U), asupan energi, asupan protein, asupan karbohidrat, persen lemak tubuh, aktivitas fisik dan usia menarche ibu. Faktor lain yang memiliki perbedaan usia menarche bermakna secara statistik adalah asupan energi (p=0,000; OR=1), persen lemak tubuh (p=0,012; OR=1) dan usia menarche ibu (p=0,029; OR=5). Kounfonding usia menarche yang tidak memberikan perbedaan bermakna secara statistik adalah status gizi (IMT/U) (p=0,441;OR=2), asupan karbohidrat (p=0,867;OR=1), dan aktivitas fisik (p=0,485;OR=3). The purpose of the study is to determine dominant age factor of menarche with cross-sectional study design with 100 girl adolescent student 7 and 8 grade of Panglima Besar Sudirman Mosloem Junior High School East Jakarta 2016. The result of study is 39% of girl adolescent student have early menarche age and 61% of other have normal menarche age with an average age of menarche is 11,6 ± 0,85 years with the youngest age of menarche 10 years old and the oldest 13 years old. Based on the multiple logistic regression, fat intake is dominant factor of the age of menarche (P=0,002; OR=6) after controlled of nutritonal status (BMI/Y), energy intake, protein intake, carbohydrate intake, percentage of body fat, physical activity and age of mother menarche. Another factor have a significant different for statiscally in age of menarche are energy intake (p=0,000; OR=1), percentage of body fat (p=0,012; OR=1) and age of mother menarche (p=0,029; OR=5). Counfonding age of menarche have not significant different for statiscally in age of menarche are status (BMI/Y) (p=0,441;OR=2), carbohydrate intake (p=0,867;OR=1), and physical activity (p=0,485;OR=3).
