Abstrak:
PT Alstom Grid merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang utility.Pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh karyawan diharapkan sesuai dengan harapancustomer, sesuai kualitas dan menghasilkan keuntungan untuk perusahaan. Hal inidapat menyebabkan pekerja selalu berhadapan dengan hazard psikososial. Hazard psikososial berasal dari context of work dan content of work. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi pekerja terhadap bahaya psikososial ditempat kerja pada pekerja di Departemen Operation. Hasil Penelitian menyarankan bahwa perusahaan hendaknya mensosialisasikan mengenai bahaya psikososial kepada pekerja sehingga pekerja mampu mengendalikan bahaya tersebut yang setiap harinya mereka hadapi.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pekerja lapangan di proyek LRT Kelapa Gading yang memiliki risiko psikososial berupa stres kerja. Saat ini, bahaya psikososial menjadi perhatian khusus karena salah satu bahaya di tempat kerja ini sering tidak disadari oleh para pekerja maupun pihak manajemen serta dampaknya yang signifikan. Angka kecelakaan kerjapun semakin meningkat karena berbagai faktor mulai dari factor fisik, kimia, biologi, iomekanik, radiologi dan bahaya psikososial. Tujuan dari penelitian menganalisis hubungan bahaya psikososial terhadap kecelakaan kerja pada pekerja di proyek LRT Kelapa Gading PT XYZ Tahun 2018. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif cross-sectional yang bersifat kuantitatif dengan melakukan pengisian kuisioner modifikasi COPSOQ II dan kuisioner penelitian Goldenhar et al, (2003). Penelitian ini menganalisis delapan faktor psikososial dengan variabel perantara yaitu risiko psikososial berupa stres kerja lalu menganalisi hubungan variabel perantara dengan kecelakaan kerja sebagai variabel dependen dengan uji fisher exact. Hasil penelitian menyatakan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara faktor home-work interface, pengembangan karir dan kepastian kerja dengan risiko psikososial berupa stres kerja serta risiko psikososial dengan kecelakaan kerja.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji hubungan serta pengaruh Iklim Keselamatan Psikososial terhadap kejadian perundungan di tempat kerja di PT WID (perusahaan pembangkit tenaga listrik) yang melibatkan enam area kerja pembangkit listrik di seluruh Indonesia.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan studi potong lintang (cross- sectional study) dengan melibatkan 100 orang tenaga kerja di lini bisnis Operational & Maintenance yang memiliki usia di atas 17 tahun dan pengalaman kerja minimal 6 bulan, untuk ikut berpartisipasi dalam pengisian kuesioner Psychosocial Safety Climate (PSC 12) untuk mengukur tingkat iklim keselamatan psikososial dan Negative Acts Qustionnaire-Revised (NAQ-R) untuk mengatahui tingkat kejadian perundungan di perusahaan. Hasil: Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa Iklim Keselamatan Psikososial berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap tingkat kejadian perundungan di tempat kerja di perusahaan, dengan arah hubungan negatif dan berkekuatan sedang (p-sig=0,003; r=0,292; ß=-0,257). Selain itu hasil uji regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa Komitmen Manajemen memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan (p-sig= 0,013) terhadap penurunan tingkat perundungan di tempat kerja, dibandingkan Prioritas Manajemen, Partisipasi Organisasi dan Komunikasi Organisasi. Simpulan: Hal ini menunjukkan jika terjadi kenaikan satu tingkat Iklim Keselamatan Psikososial maka terjadi penurunan Tindakan perundungan sebesar 0,257. Dimana Komitmen manajemen menjadi variable yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap penurunan tingkat perundungan di tempat kerja
This study aims to determine and examine the relationship and influence of the Psychosocial Safety Climate on the incidence of workplace bullying at PT WID (a power generation company) involving six power plant work areas throughout Indonesia. Method: This was a cross-sectional study involving 100 workers in the power plant industry who were above 17 years of age and with a work experience of at least 6 months. Abstrak:
Penelitian ini membahas faktor bahaya psikososial yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja pada guru SMA Negeri di Jakarta Barat. Faktor bahaya psikososial yang diteliti adalah beban kerja, konflik peran, ambiguitas peran, hubungan interpersonal, dan lingkungan fisik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah semikuantitatif dengan desain studi cross-sectional yang bertujuan untuk meneliti faktor bahaya psikososial yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja pada guru SMA Negeri di Jakarta Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian dari 97 responden guru SMAN didapatkan sebanyak 32% mengalami stres kerja ringan, 35% stres kerja sedang, dan 33% stres kerja berat. Bahaya psikososial yang memiliki hubungan bermakna dengan stres kerja adalah faktor hubungan interpersonal dan lingkungan fisik.
This research discussed psychosocial hazard factors that related to work stress among public high school teachers in West Jakarta. This research assessed psychosocial hazard factors that consists of workload, role conflict, role ambiguity, interpersonal relationship, and physical environment. This is a semiquantitative research with cross-sectional study design which aimed to identify the psychosocial hazard factors that related to work stress level among public high school teachers di West Jakarta. Questionnaire and interview were used to collect data. The result of 97 respondents from five public high school showed that 32% teachers experienced mild work stress, 35% teachers experienced moderate work stress while 33% teachers experienced severe work stress. Psychosocial hazard factors that having significant relationship to work stress are interpersonal relationship and physical environment.

Abstrak:
Bahaya psikososial merupakan stresor di tempat kerja yang dilihat dari aspek context of work dan content of work dan berpotensi untuk menimbulkan stres kerja. Aspek dari context of work yang dianggap sebagai suatu bahaya yang dapat menyebabkan stres kerja mencakup budaya dan fungsi oganisasi, peran dalam organisasi, pengembangan karir, kontrol/pengambilan keputusan, hubungan interpersonal serta hubungan rumah-pekerjaan. Sedangkan, aspek content of work mencakup lingkungan dan peralatan kerja, desain tugas, beban kerja serta jadwal kerja. Dalam skripsi ini, penulis membahas persepsi bahaya psikososial pada karyawan Departemen Assembling Line PT NGK Busi Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu penelitian survei yang bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan semi kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi terhadap bahaya psikososial lebih dominan ke arah persepsi karyawan yang melihat pekerjaannya sehari-hari tidak membuatnya merasa terbebani, baik itu dari aspek context of work maupun content of work. Walaupun demikian, karyawan menganggap aspek content of work lebih membebani daripada context of work. Salah satu content of work yang menjadi stresor bagi karyawan, yaitu lingkungan dan peralatan kerja di mana karyawan merasa perlu diperbaikinya lingkungan kerja terutama suhu panas di pabrik. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya perbaikan lingkungan kerja dan meningkatkan training terutama yang berkaitan dengan heat stress maupun tentang manajemen stres dan waktu untuk meningkatkan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja karyawan.

PT. X merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pariwisata dan properti. Karyawan dituntut untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas layanan sesuai dengan ekspektasi konsumen dan organisasi sehingga tidak terlepas dari streskerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor bahaya psikososial yangberhubungan dengan stres kerja menggunakan desain studi cross sectional pada107 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 49,5% responden mengalami stres tinggi. Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan secara signifikan dengan stres kerja padakaryawan adalah perkembangan karir, kepuasan kerja, hubungan interpersonal,desain kerja, beban kerja. tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kontrolpekerjaan dan jadwal kerja dengan stres kerja.

Abstrak:
Perkembangan bisnis yang pesat di Indonesia saat ini menuntut pelaksanaan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) di setiap tempat kerja termasuk sektor kesehatan. Laboratorium merupakan salah satu sarana dalam sektor kesehatan yang dituntut dapat unggul dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada konsumen. PT. X adalah salah satu laboratoium swasta di Indonesia yang sudah memiliki beberapa penghargaan. Bagian pelayanan menjadi salah bagian terpenting dalam suatu sistem produksi di perusahaan ini. Penilaian terhadap faktor-faktor bahaya psikososial yang berhubungan dengan stres pada pekerja bagian pelayanan di PT. X cabang se-Jabodetabek belum pernah dilakukan sebelumnya, dimana pencatatan mengenai penilaian terhadap faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan stres dan pengendaliannya belum tersedia sebagai suatu dokumen K3 yang dapat disosialisasikan bagi seluruh elemen bagian pelayanan di PT. X cabang se-Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor bahaya psikososial yang berhubungan dengan tingkat stres pekerja bagian pelayanan di PT. X cabang se-Jabodetabek tahun 2016. Desain studi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian pelayanan yang berjumlah 291 responden. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dari instansi terkait dan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada responden. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan 51,2% responden mengalami stress kerja tinggi dan 48,8% mengalami stres kerja rendah. Hasil analisis bivariat dengan tingkat kemaknaan 5%, diperoleh lima faktor yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja yakni budaya dan fungsi organisasi dengan p value 0,001, peran dalam organisasi dengan p value 0,002, pengembangan karir 0,001, hubungan interpersonal dengan p value 0,001, dan peralatan kerja dengan p value 0,001. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut perusahaan harus segera mengambil tindakan pengendalian untuk guna mencegah terjadinya stres di kalangan pekerja dan yang akhirnya bisa merugikan pekerja dan perusahaan sendiri.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor bahaya psikososial yang memengaruhi tingkat stres kerja pada guru sekolah dasar. Faktor bahaya psikososial yang diteliti adalah beban kerja, jadwal kerja, peran dalam organisasi, budaya dan fungsi organisasi, decision latitude-control, hubungan interpersoal, homework interface, lingkungan dan peralatan kerja dan perilaku ofensif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang didukung dengan wawancara tidak terstruktur. Jumlah sampel yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 120 orang yang terdiri dari 60 guru SDN dan 60 guru SDS. Analisis data dilakukan secara bivariat dengan uji chi square menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja, jadwal kerja, peran dalam organisasi, budaya dan fungsi organisasi, hubungan interpersoal, homework interface, lingkungan dan peralatan kerja memiliki hubungan yang signifikan memengaruhi tingkat stres kerja guru. Proporsi tingkat stres kerja pada guru SD paling banyak mengalami stres ringan mencapai 79,2% sedangkan stres sedang hanya sebesar 20,8%.
