Abstrak:
Guru Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) merupakan salah satu pekerjaan yang paling berpotensi menimbulkan stress kerja, baik yang disebabkan oleh faktor individual ataupun faktor pekerjaan. Stress kerja yang berlebihan dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif bagi para guru SLB yaitu menimbulkan perasaan tidak percaya diri, penolakan, marah atau depresi, penurunan kinerja dan motivasi, serta memicu terjadinya penyakitmental dan fisik seperti sakit kepala, sakit perut, insomnia, tekanan darah tinggi dan lain-lain. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan desain cross sectional. Variabel independen ini meliputi faktor individual (jenis kelamin, umur, pengalaman kerja, status pernikahan, dan status pendidikan) dan faktor terkait pekerjaan (hubungan interpersonal, bebab kerja, kondisi lingkungan kerja, rutinitas pekerjaan, pengembangan karir, peran dalam oragnisasi, serta iklim dan struktur organisasi). Variabel dependen yang diteliti adalah tingkat stres kerja. Sample pada penelitian ini berjumlah 55 responden. Analisa bivariat dilakukan dengan uji chi square. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui sebanyak 30 guru (54,5%) mengalami stres kerja berat, sedangkan 25 guru (45,5%) lainya mengalami stres kerja ringan. Faktor-faktor yang terbukti berhubungan dengan stres kerja pada guru SLB-BC-BC adalah rutinitas kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan pengembangan karir.
Teachers of Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) is one of the most potential job which stimulates stresses, whether caused by individual or working factors. The excessive amount of stress are possible in causing negative effects to the SLB teachers such as unconfidence, denial, anger or depression, and derivations of work performance and motivation, which also stimulates physical illness such as headache, stomachache, insomnia, and high blood pressure. This reseach is an observational research with quantitative method and using cross sectional design. The independent variable includes Individual Factors (Sex, Age, work experience, marrital status, and educational status) and Working related Factors (Interpersonal Relationship, Workload, Working Environment, Work routines, Career Development, the Roles within Organization, and the Atmosphere in the Organization and Organizational Structure). The dependent variables being researched is Work Stress. The sample of this research is 55 SLB teachers in Depok. Bivariate analysis is conducted by using Chi square tests resulting in 30 SLB teachers (54,5%) undergoing a severe work stress and 25 of SLB teachers (45,5%) are undergoing mild work stress. Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran faktor psikososial dan distress pada guru SLB di Kota Depok saat pandemi COVID-19 tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional dengan pendekatan semi kuantitatif melalui pengisian kuesioner dan wawancara. Sejumlah 67 guru SLB di Kota Depok berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 34,3% guru mengalami distress sedang dan 16,4% guru mengalami distress signifikan. Kemudian, ditemukan bahwa distress lebih banyak dialami oleh guru perempuan (52,7%), berumur > 30 tahun (52,4%), berasal dari program studi non-PLB (52,5%), tidak memiliki tipe kepribadian A (66,6%), memiliki masa kerja > 10 tahun (60%), sudah menikah (59,5%), memiliki anak (64,9%), memiliki dukungan sosial buruk dari keluarga (89,3%), memiliki beban kerja tinggi (61,8%), memiliki peralatan kerja buruk (63,9%), memiliki jam kerja buruk (64,3%), memiliki konflik peran tinggi (73,7%), memiliki ambiguitas peran tinggi (76,2%), memiliki kontrol pekerjaan buruk (81,4%), memiliki dukungan sosial yang buruk dari atasan dan rekan kerja (81,4%), memiliki konflik antara pekerjaan dan rumah yang tinggi (86,2%), jarang melakukan hobi (66,7%), dan memiliki ketakutan berat terhadap infeksi COVID-19 (71,4%).

Abstrak:
ABSTRAK Remaja tunagrahita berhak mendapatkan informasi kesehatan termasuk pendidikan seksualitas. Sebagai orang yang dipercaya menyampaikan informasi, guru dapat dijadikan promotor pendidikan seksualitas bagi remaja tunagrahita. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi yang mendalam tentang gambaran praktik pendidikan seksualitas yang telah dilakukan guru di SLB-C Dharma Asih Depok Tahun 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain Rapid Assessment Procedure (RAP). Informan penelitian terdiri dari 8 guru SLB-C Dharma Asih. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menyusun transkrip, membuat matriks, mengidentifikasi hubungan antar variabel dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik pendidikan seksualitas di SLB-C Dharma Asih dilakukan secara klasikal dan insidental. Guru memiliki pengetahuan yang memadai tentang pendidikan seksualitas dan menganggap pendidikan seksualitas perlu diberikan kepada remaja tunagrahita sedini mungkin. Kendala yang dihadapi, guru belum memiliki modul terkait pendidikan seksualitas dan belum ada sarana edukasi yang menunjang pendidikan seksualitas di sekolah. Sekolah belum memiliki kebijakan khusus terkait pendidikan seksualitas bagi remaja tunagrahita. Kerjasama antara guru, orang tua, puskesmas, dan dinas pendidikan belum optimal untuk mendorong pendidikan seksualitas. Disarankan hendaknya ada program atau kebijakan khusus terkait pendidikan seksualitas bagi remaja tunagrahita dengan mendorong keterlibatan seluruh stakeholder.

Abstrak:
ABSTRAK Nama : Marisa Sasuwe Program Studi : Ilmu Kesehatan Masyarakat (Kesehatan Reproduksi) Judul : Gambaran Kesiapan Guru Pembina UKS SD Sebagai Fasilitator Vaksinasi HPV Dalam Program Bulan Imunisasi Anak Sekolah (BIAS) Di Jakarta Selatan. Vaksinasi HPV memiliki efektivitas paling tinggi bila diberikan pada anak usia 9-12 tahun. Sejak tahun 2016 Indonesia menjadi satu dari sekian banyak negara yang memberlakukan program vaksinasi HPV berbasis sekolah (BIAS), dimana saat ini program ini masih terbatas di DKI Jakarta.Penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan bahwa vaksinasi HPV berbasis sekolah memiliki angka cakupan paling tinggi. Namun, menurut data di Jakarta, vaksinasi HPV masih belum mencapai target cakupan 95%. Guru pembina UKS sebagai garda terdepan pelaksanaan vaksinasi HPV di sekolah berperan sanga penting dalam proses pengambilan keputusan orang tua untuk mengijinkan atau menolak pemberian vaksinasi bagi anak mereka. Guru adalah fasilitator yang akan berperan memfasilitasi orang tua dan petugas kesehatan dalam pelaksanaan vaksinasi HPV di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gambaran Kesiapan Guru Pembina UKS SD Sebagai Fasilitator Vaksinasi HPV Dalam Program Bulan Imunisasi Anak Sekolah (BIAS) Di Jakarta Selatan menurut karakteristik jenis kelamin,umur, tingkat pendidikan, lama menjabat sebagai guru Pembina UKS dan riwayat pelatihan. Pengukuran kesiapan dilihat dalam enam dimensi yaitu peran, sikap, pengetahuan, kapasitas, kapabilitas dan tanggung jawab. Penelitian dilakukan pada 50 Guru pembina UKS SD di 10 Kecamatan Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode cross sectional dan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan 52% Guru Pembina UKS di Jakarta Selatan memiliki kesiapan rendah dan 48% memiliki kesiapan tinggi dalam menjalankan tugas sebagai fasilitator vaksinasi HPV BIAS. Dimensi pengetahuan merupakan dimensi kesiapan yang paling rendah, dengan 70% Guru pembina UKS memiliki pengetahuan kurang tentang vaksinasi HPV dan kanker serviks. Karakteristik Individu memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan kesiapan : umur (p= 0.036), lama menjabat (p=0.012) dan riwayat diklat ( p= 0.010). Sedangkan jenis kelamin (p=0.661) dan tingkat pendidikan (p=0.502) tidak ditemukan hubungan signifikan terhadap kesiapan dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka pelatihan tentang vaksinasi HPV dalam BIAS bagi Guru pembina UKS merupakan hal yang paling penting untuk dilaksanakan dalam rangka mendukung kesiapan Guru Pembina UKS sebagai fasiliatator vaksinasi HPV BIAS di Jakarta Selatan. This study aims to determine the Readiness Overview of Elementary School Health Teacher (UKS) as Facilitators of HPV Vaccination in the School Children Immunization Month Program (BIAS) in South Jakarta according to the characteristics of gender, age, level of education, length of time serving as a UKS Teacher and training history. Measurement of readiness is seen in six dimensions, namely roles, attitudes, knowledge, capacity, capabilities and responsibilities. The study was conducted on 50 UKS elementary school teachers in 10 sub-districts of South Jakarta. This research is a descriptive study with cross sectional method and uses a quantitative approach. The results showed that 52% of UKS teachers in South Jakarta had low readiness and 48% had high readiness in carrying out their duties as facilitators of BIV HPV vaccination. The knowledge dimension is the lowest readiness dimension, with 70% of UKS teachers having less knowledge about HPV vaccination and cervical cancer. Individual characteristics have a significant relationship with readiness: age (p = 0.036), length of service (p = 0.012) and training history (p = 0.010). While gender (p = 0.661) and education level (p = 0.502) no significant relationship was found in readiness in this study. Based on the results of this study, the training on HPV vaccination in BIAS for UKS Teachers is the most important thing to do in order to support the readiness of the UKS Guidance Teacher as a facilitator for BIV HPV vaccination in South Jakarta. Jakarta Timur menjadi kota dengan jumlah SD terbanyak yang dibuka selama PTM, padahal kota tersebut memiliki penduduk yang paling banyak terinfeksi COVID- 19. Guru di sekolah memiliki peran penting selama PTM berlangsung, yaitu menjadi role model dalam menerapkan prokes di sekolah untuk mencegah penyebaran COVID-19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku prokes guru selama PTM di wilayah Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif desain cross-sectional dengan total sampel 239 di 20 SD. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tautan google form yang disebarkan melalui grup WhatsApp. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata skor guru yang telah menerapkan perilaku protokol kesehatan dengan baik selama PTM adalah 11,2 dari skala 0-12. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan sikap dan dukungan tenaga kesehatan merupakan variabel yang berhubungan dengan penerapan perilaku prokes sedangkan dukungan sekolah merupakan konfonding pada hubungan tersebut. Sikap guru menjadi faktor yang paling dominan terhadap penerapan perilaku prokes, guru yang bersikap mendukung prokes menerapkan perilaku prokes 3 kali dibanding guru yang tidak mendukung seteah dikontrol oleh dukungan tenaga kesehatan dan dukungan sekolah (OR= 3,08, 95% CI: 1,73-5,47, p=0,001). Sekolah harus memberikan pembinaan dan pendampingan kepada guru untuk tetap menerapkan perilaku prokes selama pandemi belum berakhir, disamping memperkuat vaksinasi bagi warga sekolah.
East Jakarta is the city with the highest number of elementary schools opened during face-to-face learning, even though the city has the most people infected with COVID-19. Teachers in schools have an important role during face-to-face learning, which is being a role model in implementing health protocols in schools to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The purpose of this study was to find out the factors related to the behavior of teacher health programs during face-to-face learning in East Jakarta. This study used a quantitative method with cross-sectional design. Total sample of this study was 239 in 20 elementary schools. Data collection is carried out through a google form link which is distributed through the WhatsApp group. The results showed that the average score of teachers who had implemented health protocol behaviors well during face-to-face learning was 11.2 on a scale of 0-12. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the attitude and support of health workers were variables related to the implementation of health care behavior while school support was a confounding variable. Attitude is the most dominant factor during the implementation of health protocol behavior (pvalue=0.001). Schools must provide guidance and assistance to teachers to continue implementing health protocol behaviors as long as the pandemic is not over, in addition to supporting vaccination programs for school residents.

Distres kerja adalah respons negatif fisik dan emosional terhadap ketidaksesuaian antara tuntutan pekerjaan, sumber daya, dan kemampuan pekerja yang dapat menimbulkan dampak terhadap kondisi fisiologis dan psikologis pekerja. Guru SLB Negeri merupakan salah satu profesi yang rentan mengalami distres kerja karena pekerjaannya yang berbeda dengan guru sekolah formal pada umumnya serta memiliki tuntutan peran dan tekanan pekerjaan yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kejadian distres kerja dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan distres kerja pada guru SLB Negeri di wilayah Kota Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada guru dari empat SLB Negeri di Kota Jakarta Selatan. Besar sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling, yaitu 199 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang diadaptasi dari NIOSH Generic Job Stress Questionnaire. Dari besar sampel sebanyak 199 orang, hanya 186 orang yang bersedia menjadi responden sehingga didapatkan hasil bahwa sebanyak 84 orang (45,2%) mengalami distres kerja dan 102 orang (54,8%) tidak mengalami distres kerja. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang berhubungan secara statistik melalui uji chi-square adalah usia (nilai P = 0,034), status pernikahan (nilai P = 0,022), dan ambiguitas peran (nilai P = 0,015).
Work distress is a physical and emotional negative response to the discrepancy between job demands, resource and abilities of workers, which can has many impact on physiological and psychological conditions of workers. Public special education teacher is one of the professions that are prone to work distress because their jobs are different from other formal schoolteachers and have high job demands and pressures. This study aims to describe the conditions of work distress and analyze the factors related to work distress for public special education teachers in Jakarta Selatan. This study conducted on teachers from four public special educations in Jakarta Selatan so that the sample size used was total sampling, which was 199 respondents. The study method used is quantitative with cross-sectional design study and uses instrument adapted from NIOSH Generic Job Stress Questionnaire. From 199 respondents, only 186 respondents were willing to filled the questionnaire so the results showed that 84 respondents (45,2%) experienced work distress and 102 respondents (54,8%) did not experience work distress. The factors related to work distress through Chi-Square test were age (P value = 0,034), marital status (P value = 0,022) and role ambiguity (P value = 0,015).

This study conducted on teachers from four public special educations in Jakarta Selatan so that the sample size used was total sampling, which was 199 respondents. The study method used is quantitative with cross-sectional design study and uses instrument adapted from NIOSH Generic Job Stress Questionnaire. From 199 respondents, only 186 respondents were willing to filled the questionnaire so the results showed that 84 respondents (45,2%) experienced work distress and 102 respondents (54,8%) did not experience work distress. The factors related to work distress through Chi-Square test were age (P value = 0,034), marital status (P value = 0,022) and role ambiguity (P value = 0,015).

Abstrak:
Anemia masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang perlu mendapat perhatian.Rematri merupakan kelompok rentan. Selain kondisinya sedang dalam masapertumbuhan juga risiko dari menstruasi yang dialaminya. Padahal rematri adalah calonibu sehingga upaya dini intervensi gizi harus dilakukan. Program suplementasi TTDdilakukan untuk mencegah dan menanggulangi anemia serta meningkatkan status besirematri meskipun tidak selalu berhasil karena berbagai faktor. Tujuan penelitian iniuntuk membuktikan dukungan guru sebagai faktor dominan yang berhubungan denganperubahan kadar Hb rematri penerima program. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan designcrossectional di 2 SMP penerima program di Kota Bekasi dengan sampel 175 rematri.Data perubahan kadar Hb diperoleh dari selisih pengukuran Hb sebelum dan setelahsuplementasi TTD berjalan 10 minggu yang merupakan data sekunder (telah lolos etik).Data lainnya yaitu data dukungan sekolah, karakteristik rematri, pola konsumsi dankarakteristik Ibu diperoleh melalui wawancara pengisian kuisioner. Hasil penelitianmendapatkan bahwa suplementasi TTD efektif meningkatkan kadar Hb rematri (p=0,005). Analisa regresi linear ganda mendapatkan hasil bahwa dukungan gurumerupakan faktor dominan yang berhubungan dengan perubahan kadar Hb. Hal inimembuktikan bahwa penuntasan intervensi gizi spesifik memerlukan upaya sensitif darisektor non kesehatan. Sehingga disarankan meningkatkan kolaborasi lintas sektor dalampelaksanaan program kesehatan khususnya program suplementasi TTD berbasissekolah.Kata kunci: anemia, rematri, suplementasi TTD berbasis sekolah, dukungan guru,perubahan Hb

Though adolescent girls are mother candidates, early efforts of nutritionalintervention should be implemented. Iron supplementation program is done to preventand cope with anemia and increase iron status of adolescent girls, although not alwayswork due to various factors. The objective of this study was to prove teacher support asthe dominant factor associated with hemoglobin level changes of adolescent girls in thisprogram. This research was conducted with cross-sectional design in two junior highschools beneficiaries program in Bekasi City with 175 adolescent girls subject. Thechanges of hemoglobin data was obtained from the difference of hemoglobin levelbefore and after measurement by giving iron supplementation for 10 weeks, which weresecondary data (ethics approved). Other data such as school support, characteristics ofadolescent girls, consumption patterns and characteristics of mothers were obtainedthrough interviewing based on questionnaire. The results of the study was Ironsupplementation effectively increased hemoglobin levels of adolescent girls (p = 0.005).Multiple linear regression analysis found that teacher support was the dominant factorassociated with changes in hemoglobin levels. This proves that completion of specificnutritional interventions requires sensitive efforts from the non-health sector.
