The Mobile JKN application was launched to enhance accessibility to information and membership services related to the Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) for BPJS Kesehatan participants. However, the utilization rate of this application remains relatively low, resulting in many BPJS Kesehatan participants not yet experiencing its benefits. At the Poliklinik Denma Mabesad in Central Jakarta, only approximately 1.46% of the total registered participants are recorded as users of the Mobile JKN application. This study aims to explore the implementation of the Mobile JKN application at Poliklinik Denma Mabesad using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and observation. The result is reveal that both users and healthcare staff at the polyclinic consider the Mobile JKN application to be beneficial and convenient in accessing information and membership services. However, several obstacles hinder optimal utilization, including limited participant knowledge, insufficient phone credit and storage space, as well as participants’ unfamiliarity with using the Mobile JKN application.

Starting in January 2014, Indonesia has implemented a National Health Insurance (JKN) system. JKN is organized by the National Health Insurance Agency (JKN). Starting of the health insurance system caused a lot of queues in the BPJS Kesehatan office 2500 visitors in a day in 2015 so that the background of BPJS Kesehatan launched the innovation program, there is the JKN Mobile application in November 2017. Currently BPJS Kesehatan participants reach 1% who use the Mobile JKN application and also there are still many feature developments in the JKN Mobile application. This background of the researcher to find out overview of implementation of the Mobile JKN application usage in the primary healthcare provider of BPJS Kesehatan South Jakarta. This research method is qualitative research. The method used in data collection is indepth interviews and observation. The results of this study are JKN Mobile application users stated that the use of the JKN Mobile application is very useful and makes it easier for BPJS Health participants to access BPJS Health information and services and there are still many suggestions for developing the JKN Mobile application, but the JKN Mobile application has provided benefits to participants and also BPJS Kesehatan officers

Penelitian ini membahas tentang faktor-faktor yang berkaitan dengan pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku Karang Taruna Kelurahan Pejaten Barat mengenai aplikasi Mobile JKN. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain studi Cross Sectional. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 Karang Taruna Kelurahan Pejaten Barat. Diperoleh hasil bahwa Karang Taruna Kelurahan Pejaten Barat memiliki tingkat pengetahuan tinggi (86,3%), sikap yang favorable (mendukung/positif) (53,8%), dan perilaku bukan pengguna (66,3%) terhadap penggunaan aplikasi Mobile JKN. Terdapat hubungan antara sumber informasi (p-value 0,021) dengan perilaku penggunaan aplikasi Mobile JKN. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan juga dengan perilaku penggunaan aplikasi Mobile JKN dengan sikap (p-value 0,005).
This study discusses the factors associated with the knowledge, attitudes, and practices of Karang Taruna in Pejaten Barat Sub-district regarding the Mobile JKN application. A quantitative approach was employed using a cross-sectional study design. The study involved 80 respondents from the Karang Taruna in Pejaten Barat. The results indicated that the majority of respondents had a high level of knowledge (86,3%), favorable (positive) attitudes (53,8%), and were predominantly non-users (66,3%) of the Mobile JKN application. Statistical analysis revealed a significant relationshio between information sources and application usage behavior (p-value = 0,021). Additionally, there was a significant association between attitudes and the use of the Mobile JKN application (p-value = 0,005).
