The unknown factors affecting postpartum contraceptive use in sub-district health centers Jagakarsa makes the writer interested in conducting research on the factors that influence the use of postpartum contraception in Jagakarsa district health center. The factors that will be examined are: predisposing factors (maternal knowledge about contraception and family planning services, maternal attitudes toward contraception, maternal age, maternal education, maternal occupation, number of living children, the youngest child age, reproductive intentions and autonomy on fertility and family planning) , enabling factors (affordability of family planning services) and reinforcing factors (husband support and counseling KB). This research is quantitative research design of case-control study conducted in May-June 2013. In the case of this study population was all women aged 15-49 years, had the smallest child to the age of 0-42 days and using contraception. While population control is all women aged 15-49, have children ages 0-42 tterkecil the day and not using contraception. Number of samples obtained from two different test formula proportions were 49 respondents for the case group and 49 respondents to the control group. Sampling was done by systematic random sampling. Data collected by mengajkan question on the questionnaire.
ABSTRAK Analisi data sekunder Riskesdas 2010 mengidentifikasi kejadian komplikasi pasca persalinan di Indonesia. Sampel 9665 wanita yang berumur 10 – 59 tahun pernah kawin, hamil dan melahirkan anak terakhir dalam kurun waktu 5 tahun terkahir sebelum survai dan memiliki data lengkap sesuai dengan variabel yang akan diteliti. Variabel dependen komplikasi pasca persalinan. Hasil penelitian faktor yang berhubungan dengan komplikasi pasca persalinan, riwayat komplikasi kehamilan (OR = 2,18; 95% CI : 1,18– 2,63; P value : 0,0001); riwayat komplikasi persalinan (OR = 3,01; 95% CI : 2,66–3,40; P value : 0,000) dan penolong persalinan (OR = 1,32; 95% CI : 1,14–1,52; P value : 0,0001). Riwayat komplikasi persalinan merupakan faktor yang paling berhubungan, dengan nilai p 0,0001 dan OR 3,01. Memberikan perhatian khusus pada ibu hamil yang memiliki riwayat komplikasi baik kehamilan maupun persalinan, sehingga dapat dilakukan penanganan secara dini terhadap komplikasi pasca persalinan.
ABSTRACT In depth analysis of the Riskesdas data 2010 identifity determinants of postpartum complication in Indonnesia. The sampel was taken 9.665 women aged 10-59 years old have been married, pregnant and gave birth to the last child in the last 5 years prior to the survey and had complete data in accordance with the variables to be studied. Dependent variable postpartum complications. The results of factors associated with postpartum complications, history of pregnancy complications (OR = 2.18, 95% CI: 1.18 to 2.63, P value: 0.000), a history of birth complications (OR = 3.01, 95% CI: 2.66 to 3.40, P value: 0.000) and birth attendants (OR = 1.32, 95% CI: 1.14 to 1.52, P value: 0.000). It was found that history of childbirth complications was the main factor in postpartum complication with p 0.0001 and OR 3.01. Giving special attention to pregnant women who have a history of either pregnancy or childbirth complications, so it can be done early treatment of complications after delivery.
After giving birth many women do not realize when they will return to the fertility period, and at the same time women decide on the fertile period after menstruation occurs. The Indonesian trend for the period of the return of the first menstruation post partum in 2007 was 3.1 months, in 2012 it was 2.4 months, and in 2017 it became 3 months. Return of menstruation too early can be obtained unwanted (KTD), the distance to get the next one is also short can cause various health problems. One of the factors influencing the return of postpartum menstruation is the status of residence. This study aims to study the relationship of residence status with the time of the return of first menstruation after childbirth based on the 2017 IDHS. The design of this study was a retrospective cohort with 3464 study participants. The results of multivariate analysis using Cox Regression, obtained significant differences earlier to increase the return of first menstruation after childbirth among women who lived in urban areas compared to women who lived dirural. Women who live in urban areas will be 1,141 times faster to return to menstruation after women who live in rural areas.
Abstrak
Pelayanan Keluarga Berencana merupakan salah satu dari enam upaya Kesehatan Wajib Puskesmas. Cakupan KB Pasca Persalinan merupakan salah satu indikator kinerja Puskesmas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik Puskesmas dalam hubungannya dengan cakupan KB Pasca Persalinan di Kota Tangerang dan Tangerang Selatan pada tahun 2012. Desain pada penelitian ini adalah cross sectional dengan sampel seluruh Puskesmas (57 Puskesmas) yang ada di Kota Tangerang dan Tangerang Selatan. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square dan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik Puskesmas yang mendukung cakupan KB Pasca Persalinan adalah kepemimpinan dan faktor kepemimpinan ini paling dominan mempengaruhi cakupan KB pasca Persalinan (p = 0.017) dan OR 7.2. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan kepemimpinan Puskesmas dalam peningkatan cakupan KB Pasca Persalinan.
ABSTRACT Family Planning Services is the one of the six attempts of mandatory of Community Health Center. Postpartum Family Planning coverage is the one of indicator of performance in Community Health Center. This research was purposed for investigating the characteristics of Community Health Center in conjunction with the coverage of postpartum family planning in Tangerang and South Tangerang City in 2012. Design of this research is a cross sectional with samples of all community health centers (57 units) in Tangerang and South Tangerang City. Data analysis using by chi-square test and logistic regression. The results showed the characteristics of the community health centers those support postpartum family planning coverage is leadership and the most dominant factor of leadership is affecting the coverage of postpartum family planning (p = 0.017) and OR 7.2. Results of this research recommend to strength the leadership in improve the coverage of postpartum family planning in community health centers.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinan perilaku penggunaan kontrasepsi pasca persalinan, dengan desain kasus kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang berhubungan dengan penggunaan kontrasepsi pasca persalinan diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Air Dingin Kecamatan Koto Tangah Kota Padang Sumatera Barat tahun 2011 adalah otonomi memutuskan fertilitas dn KB, konseling, dan akses sarana pelayanan KB. Faktor paling dominan mempengaruhi perilaku penggunaan kontrasepsi pasca persalinan adalah otonomi responden. Disarankan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan ANC dan nifas dengan memberikan KIE dan konseling tentang fertilitas pasca persalinan, kontrasepsi untuk ibu menyusui dan Metode Amenore Laktasi (LAM). Serta meningkatkan dukungan suami dengan melibatkan suami dalam kunjungan ANC dan nifas. Kata kunci: Kontrasepsi pasca persalinan, KB, otonomi dan konseling
This study aim was to assess the behavioral determinants contracepted use postpartum, using case-control design. The results showed that factors associated with postpartum contraceptive use in was the autonomy to decide both fertility and family planning, counseling, and access to means of family planning services. The most dominant factor influencing the behavior of postpartum contraceptive use was the autonomy of the respondent. To increase the use of postpartum behavior it was suggested to improve the quality of ante natal and postnatal care by providing IEC and counseling on postpartum fertility, contraception for breastfeeding mothers including Lactation Amenorrhea Method (LAM). In addtion it is implementive improve husband support by enganging in ANC and postpartum visits. Key words: Postpartum contraception, family planning, autonomy and counseling
