Exposure to noise is the most common cause of hearing loss, leading to noise induced hearing loss (NIHL). This study evaluated hearing loss associated with noise exposure related to age, length of employment, length of exposure, the use of personal protective equipment, smoking habits, hobbies associated noise and diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia and hypertension in workers. This is a cross-sectional observational study examined the independent variable, the dependent variable, and confounding variables at the same time. Using the company secondary data, through observation, measurement and questionnaire. Noise measurement results indicate that the potential area of potential noise is 63 dBA as the lowest noise and the highest is 110, 6 dBA, field noise level area ranging from 84.88 - 93 dBA. Nonfield noise area 79.5 dBA. Exposure effective noise below 80 dBA, either in the field or nonfield area; 7.1% of workers worked > 20 years, working life > 20 years, the hearing loss of workers 5.6%, workers aged > 40 years 40 is 5%. 42.9% of workers have a smoking habit, not found a relationship between smoking behavior with hearing loss. HPD consumption levels in workers earned as much as 90.5% of the workers who always wear APT, there is no relationship between the use of HPD with hearing loss. There were no relationship between hobby with hearing loss. As well as no relationship found between workers health status such as lipid profile (total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, and triglycerides), worker glucose blood levels and blood pressure with hearing loss.

PM2.5 dust exposure in the workplace will generally cause obstruction of the respiratory tract which is indicated by decreased lung function. Limestone industry workers are at great risk for the accumulation of inhaled dust in the respiratory tract. The absorption of dust exposed particles occurs through the respiratory mechanism. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between PM2.5 dust exposure and impaired lung function in limestone processing industry workers in Nagari Tanjung Gadang, Lareh Sago Halaban District, Lima Puluh Kota Regency. This research is an observational study with a cross sectional design with a total sample of 60 people. Data analysis to determine the relationship of PM2.5 dust exposure with workers' lung function in the form of risk factors that influence, namely gender, age, years of service, smoking habits, exercise habits, nutritional status, use of PPE and length of exposure, using the chi square test and stratification. Multivariate analysis with logistic regression test backward stepwise method. The results of the study found that PM2.5 dust exposure had a strong relationship with the occurrence of pulmonary function disorders (p value = 0.02 and OR = 5.833 and the probability of pulmonary function disorders for workers working in workplaces with dust concentrations above was 68, 6%. In the future, this research is expected to be a material consideration for the government or related agencies in general and the health office as a reference for implementing programs related to the detrimental effects of work on workers' health and monitoring the work environment and surveillance of occupational health. So that the program runs optimally. it is necessary to promote occupational health behavior in the workplace.
Basic Health Research Results of 2013 stated that exclusive coverage of breastfeeding reached 38% only. According to Center of Data and Information Ministry of Health in 2014 known exclusive breastfeeding coverage in Indonesia by 54.3%. Exclusive breastfeeding coverage in West Java was only 33.7% and the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Bandung Regency in 2016 was 17.2%. The low coverage of exclusive breastfeeding is due to various factors. One of them work mother factor, especially West Java is the central of national industry. Women's labor force is quite large in the province. This study aims to determine the causing factors exclusive breastfeeding failure in industrial working mothers in one industrial center in Bandung Regency under the monitoring of Katapang health center working area based on Integrated Behavioral Model (IBM) theory. The design of this study used cross sectional design on primary data consisting of 114 respondents. The study was conducted at the end of May 2017. Data analysis used was univariate analysis, bivariate analysis with chi square and multivariate analysis using multiple logistic regression prediction model. The results showed the proportion of exclusive breastfeeding failure in industrial sector workers of 74.6% with 48.28% giving the reason that the mother is busy working / out of leave period. Factors that have significant effect on exclusive breastfeeding are exclusive breastfeeding (p-value 0.021, OR 3.0, 95% CI 1,254-7,176) and lactation management skills (p-value 0.012, OR 4.22, 95% CI 1, 46-12.18). Based on multivariate analysis, it is known that the most dominant factor influencing exclusive breastfeeding is the intention of exclusive breastfeeding (p-value 0.018; OR 3,9; 95% CI 1,269-12,055). Exclusive breastfeeding intentions are also influenced by maternal education factors (p-value 0.002, OR 6.23, 95% CI 2.011- 19,300), healthcare support (p-value 0,000, OR 8.18, 95% CI 2,612-25,638), leader Support (p-value 0,008; OR 6,59; 95% CI 1,635-26,590) and husband support (p-value 0,006; OR 5,519; 95% CI 1,639-18,578).

Kebisingan merupakan salah satu bahaya fisik di tempat kerja yang berpotensi
menimbulkan gangguan auditori ataupun nonauditori.
area kerja. Perusahaan juga disarankan untuk memperkuat program konservasi
pendengaran serta meningkatkan edukasi tentang bahaya kebisingan guna melindungi
kesehatan pendengaran pekerjanya.
