Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan rancangan aplikasi pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis web Penelitian Unggulan Pendidikan Tinggi (PUPT) bagi dosen Poltekkes Kemenkes di Pusdiklat Nakes. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Dalam tahap pengumpulan data atau informasi penulis menggunakan metode telaah dokumen, wawancara dan observasi. Sedangkan dalam tahap pengembangan sistem penulis menggunakan suatu metode pengembangan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Hasil penelitian berupa analisis sistem, yaitu untuk mengetahui permasalahan yang ada pada sistem PUPT saat ini, hal-hal yang dibutuhkan oleh sistem serta peluang untuk pengembangan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis sistem, dilakukan perancangan database dan aplikasi web untuk program PUPT di Pusdiklat Nakes. Diharapkan dengan adanya hasil penelitian ini dapat membantu tidak hanya kepada pengelola program tetapi juga kepada peneliti (dosen pengusul) dalam memberikan informasi yang akurat dan tepat waktu.

ABSTRAK
Kebutuhan akan data dan informasi tentang lulusan tenaga kesehatanpada Poltekkes Aceh sangat diperlukan dalam pengambilan kebijakan untukpengembangan institusi pendidikan kesehatan dimasa depan. Tujuan studi iniadalah untuk pengembangan sistim informasi penelusuran lulusan PoltekkesAceh yang nantinya dapat diakses secara online. Menggunakan pendekatankualitatif dengan metode pengembangan sistem SDLC. Penelitian dilakukanterhadap enam jurusan dibawah naungan Polekkes Aceh. Hasil penelitiandiketahui Poltekkes Aceh masih menggunakan cara manual dan semi manualdalam pengumpulan, penyimpanan, dan pengolahan datanya. Denganpengembangan sistim informasi ini diharapkan akan mampu membantuPoltekkes Aceh dalam melakukan penelusuran lulusannya secara online.
ABSTRACT
The need of data and information about health human resource atPoltekkes Aceh are needed in policy making for institution development healtheducation in the future. The study aims is for information system development oftracer study in Poltekkes Aceh which can be access online. Qualitative approachusing with SDLC system development method. This study is performs towardsix departments under Poltekkes Aceh. The result shows that Poltekkes Acehstill using manual method and semi manual in collect, save, and data process.With this system information development, it is hope will support PoltekkesAceh in do it’s tracer study online.
Rabies is an acute infectious disease in the central nervous system causedby the rabies virus. Until now there is no effective treatment to cure rabies, but thedisease can be prevented through the handling of cases of exposure to rabidanimal as early as possible. Rabies is still a public health problem that is seriousenough and has spread to different areas of the original are rabies-free areas. Baliis one free area that is infected with a rabies by the end of 2008.Indonesia has declared rabies-free by 2020 in accordance with theagreement at the ASEAN meeting. In order to achieve rabies-free by 2020, thedisease surveillance is crucial to deliver accurate information for monitoring andevaluation of prevention activities. Supportive management of informationresources can support the success of rabies eradication program.The development of information systems in this study using the SystemDevelopment Life Cycle (SDLC) method and aims to develop RabiesSurveillance Information System Prototype. Mental health is an important component in the realization of the quality of life ofsociety as a whole. The prevention of mental health disorders can be earlydetection in primary health care facilities. However, not all primary health carefacilities are able to provide mental health services. The rapid development ofInternet technology today can be a solution in early detection services usinginternet-based media website. This study aims to develop a prototype mentalhealth early detection that can be used for detection of mental health communityand media promotion. Researchers identify determinants mental health (man,material, method, machine and market) to determine the needs of system by usingqualitative research methods. The prototype system was developed by SystemDevelopment Life Cycle (SDLC) which the stages are planning, analysis, design,and implementation of system. This research resulted a prototype website thatprovides information level overview of mental disorder of visitors website as asimple portrait of mental health community problems, media information andeducation. The prototype can be developed with the addition of online chatfeatures as well as mapping ODMK (People With Mental Health Problems) area-based to support access community mental health services.Keywords: development, website, early detection, mental health
Pengembangan sistem penagihan dan pengumpulan iuran yang dilakukan oleh PT Askes (Persero) didalam operasional Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan beradasarkan kerangka sistem yaitu analisis input, proses dan output serta berdasarkan pengembangan dari sistem yang ada dan digunakan selama ini yang berdasarkan asuransi sosial peserta pegawai negeri sipil. Analisis Input dilakukan dengan mengindentifikasi seluruh komponen yang ada didalam sistem. Analisis proses dengan melakukan analisis resiko seluruh komponen dan proses yang akan digunakan didalam pengembangan sistem. Outputnya adalah mengembangkan sistem yang ada berdasarkan analisis input dan proses yang telah dilakukan.
System developing for Premium Collection made by PT Askes (Persero) in the operational of Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial base on the framework of analysis that is input, process and output as well as on the development of the system and is used for social insurance based upon the civil service employment. Input analysis is done by identification of all components describe in the system. Analysis of the risk analysis process by doing all components and processes that will be used in the developing of the system. Output is to develop systems that are based on the analysis of the inputs and processes that have been done.
Tesis ini membahas Rancangan Sistem Automasi Perpustakaan di Pusdiklat Aparatur Kementerian Kesehatan. Penerapan Teknologi Informasi dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan berfungsi sebagai sistem informasi manajemen perpustakaan dan sarana untuk menyimpan dan mengelola informasi ilmu pengetahuan dalam format digital. Tujuan penelitian ini terbentuknya prototype aplikasi komputer yang mampu meningkatkan kinerja manajemen perpustakaan dan pustaka digital berbasis web dalam menunjang pelayanan pendidikan dan pelatihan di Pusdiklat Aparatur Kementerian Kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem informasi dengan pendekatan sistem. Dengan automasi perpustakaan kinerja manajemen, efesiensi dan efektifitas perpustakaan menjadi maksimal, seluruh data tersimpan dalam database dan pengelolalaan serta penyimpanan produk Pusdiklat Aparatur dalam bentuk digital lebih baik. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dihasilkannya prototype aplikasi komputer dan website sebagai penyimpanan pustaka digital. This thesis discusses the design of Library Automation System at the Center for education and training of civil servants Ministry of Health. Application of Information Technology in the management of the library serves as a library management information system and the means to store and manage information science in digital format. The purpose of this study the information of a prototype computer application that is able to improve the performance of library management and web based digital libraries in supporting education and training services at the center for education and training of civil servants Ministry of Health. This research uses of information systems development methods with the systems approach. With library automation management performance, efficiency and effectiveness of the library becomes a maximun, all data stored in the database and storage management products and educational centers and training civil servants in digital form is better. The result of this research is the production of a prototype computer application and website as repository for digital libraries. Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) has been implemented since2012 in RSK Dr. Rivai Abdullah and has never been evaluated. This study aims toobtain an evaluation of the SIMRS in Dr. Rivai Abdullah hospital. This is aqualitative research methods with descriptive analytical approach SIMRS in Dr.Rivai Abdullah hospital. The evaluation showed that the absence of policy such asworking team SIMRS, not yet guidelines or Standard Operational Procedure (SOP)regarding SIMRS, and training is done only once. RSK Dr. Rivai Abdullah in thepreparation process SIMRS development through cooperation with the Ministry ofHealth. Hardware is sufficient except in Poliklinik. Based on the analysis PIECES(Performance, Information, Economics, Control, Efficiency, Service) concluded theperformance was pretty standard and not too complicated, the transmission speedand data access is not fast enough, the information displayed is quite good, froman economic point of IT personnel that there is still less than the minimum amountrequired, control and security is enough secure. Suggested management supportoptimized especially regarding SIMRS policy, the establishment of the workingteam SIMRS, manufacture guidelines or SOP SIMRS, fulfillment of IT, ensuring thequality of network connectivity, training and socialization held back on SIMRS.

Information systems have been run at A. Yani Hospital Pekanbaru since May 2015.The development of pharmaceutical information systems need to be done becausethe current information systems have not been well assessed by management. Thereare still a lot of dead stock, expired and empty medication when needed. This studyis an operational research with qualitative methods. Data retrieved throughinterviews, observation and study of the document. With the Framework forApplication of System Techniques (FAST) method known that pharmacyinformation system had integrated and consisten, had good security and integrity,easy to operated by the user. Disadvantages of current information systems is lackof connection especially during peak hours, the presentation of information do notmeet all the needs of users, less of Information Technology (IT) personnel, none ofspecial access to IT and server rooms. Recommended to increase the power of theinternet network, increasing the quality and quantity of IT personnel, increasingsecurity of server room at this time, the provision of IT and server rooms withspecial access, regular socialization by the IT to the users of the system andcompleting the information system menu.Key words: Framework for Application of System Techniques (FAST) Method;Hospital Information Management System; Pharmacy Information SystemDevelopment
