Abstrak:
Penelitian ini membahas faktor bahaya psikososial yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja pada guru SMA Negeri di Jakarta Barat. Faktor bahaya psikososial yang diteliti adalah beban kerja, konflik peran, ambiguitas peran, hubungan interpersonal, dan lingkungan fisik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah semikuantitatif dengan desain studi cross-sectional yang bertujuan untuk meneliti faktor bahaya psikososial yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja pada guru SMA Negeri di Jakarta Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian dari 97 responden guru SMAN didapatkan sebanyak 32% mengalami stres kerja ringan, 35% stres kerja sedang, dan 33% stres kerja berat. Bahaya psikososial yang memiliki hubungan bermakna dengan stres kerja adalah faktor hubungan interpersonal dan lingkungan fisik.
This research discussed psychosocial hazard factors that related to work stress among public high school teachers in West Jakarta. This research assessed psychosocial hazard factors that consists of workload, role conflict, role ambiguity, interpersonal relationship, and physical environment. This is a semiquantitative research with cross-sectional study design which aimed to identify the psychosocial hazard factors that related to work stress level among public high school teachers di West Jakarta. Questionnaire and interview were used to collect data. The result of 97 respondents from five public high school showed that 32% teachers experienced mild work stress, 35% teachers experienced moderate work stress while 33% teachers experienced severe work stress. Psychosocial hazard factors that having significant relationship to work stress are interpersonal relationship and physical environment.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor bahaya psikososial yang memengaruhi tingkat stres kerja pada guru sekolah dasar. Faktor bahaya psikososial yang diteliti adalah beban kerja, jadwal kerja, peran dalam organisasi, budaya dan fungsi organisasi, decision latitude-control, hubungan interpersoal, homework interface, lingkungan dan peralatan kerja dan perilaku ofensif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang didukung dengan wawancara tidak terstruktur. Jumlah sampel yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 120 orang yang terdiri dari 60 guru SDN dan 60 guru SDS. Analisis data dilakukan secara bivariat dengan uji chi square menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja, jadwal kerja, peran dalam organisasi, budaya dan fungsi organisasi, hubungan interpersoal, homework interface, lingkungan dan peralatan kerja memiliki hubungan yang signifikan memengaruhi tingkat stres kerja guru. Proporsi tingkat stres kerja pada guru SD paling banyak mengalami stres ringan mencapai 79,2% sedangkan stres sedang hanya sebesar 20,8%.

Abstrak:
Stres kerja merupakan suatu bentuk tanggapan seseorang, baik secara fisik maupun psikologis terhadap suatu perubahan di lingkungan kerjanya yang dirasakan sangat mengganggu dan mengakibatkan dirinya terancam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi stres kerja terhadap tingkat stres kerja pada guru SDLB dan SD. peneltian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional.
Hasil penelitian yang didapat adalah terdapatnya hubungan yang bermakna antara beban kerja dengan tingkatstres kerja, terdapatnya hubungan yang bermakna antara iklim dan strukturorganisasi dengan tingkat stres kerja, terdapatnya hubungan yang bermakna antara hubungan interpersonal dengan tingkat stres kerja dan terdapatnya hubungan yangbermakna antara pengembangan karir dengan tingkat stres kerja.

Abstrak:
Skripsi ini membahas faktor-faktor yang behubungan dengan stres kerja pada guru honorer SMA di Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian semi-kuantitiatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional (survey deskriptif). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proporsi tingkat stres kerja pada guru honorer SMA di Jakarta Timur dengan responden 110 orang guru honorer adalah 37.7% guru honorer mengalami stres ringan, 36.4% mengalami stres sedang, dan 26.4% mengalami stres berat. Selain itu, dari 8 variabel faktor stres kerja (context to work dan content to work) terdapat 7 variabel yang memiliki hubungan dengan stres kerja yaitu dari faktor context to work, gaji, hubungan interpersonal, peran dalam organisasi, keleluasaan dalam kontrol/pengambilan keputusan, dan faktor content to work yaitu beban kerja, jadwal kerja, dan desain kerja. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut disimpulkan sebagian besar faktor yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja bersumber dari faktor content to work.

Abstrak:
Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran umum karakteristik individu(usia, jenis kelamin, status pernikahan), status gizi (IMT, lingkar perut), kecukupan gizi(energi, kolesterol, karbohidrat, frekuensi konsumsi sayur & buah), dan gaya hidup(aktivitas fisik, aktivitas mengajar, durasi tidur), serta hubungannya dengan sindrommetabolik pada guru SD di Kecamatan Cilandak, Jakarta Selatan, Tahun 2013.Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan crosssectional. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret-April 2013 di 18 SD di Kecamatan Cilandak, Jakarta Selatan. Sampel minimal yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu128 namun berhasil didapatkan sebanyak 138 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebesar 24,6% guru sekolah dasar mengalami sindrom metabolik. Uji chi square menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara usia, status gizi, lingkar perut, aktivitas fisik, danaktivitas mengajar terhadap sindrom metabolik. Uji statistik yang sama tidakmenunjukkan adanya hubungan namun menunjukkan kecenderungan guru sekolahdasar yang menikah, kecukupan kolesterol >200 mg/hari, konsumsi karbohidrat >60%energi total, konsumsi frekuensi sayur <4x/minggu, dan durasi tidur ≤7 jam/hari lebih banyak mengalami sindrom metabolik. Sedangkan jenis kelamin, kecukupan energi, dan frekuensi konsumsi buah tidak menunjukkan hubungan maupun kecenderungan berdasarkan uji statistik. Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan status gizi merupakan faktor yang paling berhubungan dengan sindrom metabolik sehingga disarankan bagi guru SD untuk menjaga pola hidup demi menjaga status gizi normal.Kata kunci : sindrom metabolik, guru sekolah dasar, status gizi.

Abstrak:
Skripsi ini membahas tentang faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan tindakan guru sekolah dasar terhadap siswa dengan kesulitan belajar. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran angket pada 121 guru yang dipilih secara acak. Berdasarkan hasil analisis multivariat diketahui bahwa keberadaan kebijakan sekolah adalah faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap tindakan guru sekolah dasar (OR = 2,866). Faktor lain yang berhubungan yaitu jenis kelamin, sikap, jabatan, keaktifan program UKS, dan keberadaan program pemerintah.

Kondisi penyakit HIV yang masih menjadi permasalahan kesehatan masyarakat baik di tingkat global, nasional maupun di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Penularan penyakit HIV masih banyak terjadi terutama pada dewasa muda dan remaja. Hal ini terjadi dikarenakan pengetahuan mereka yang kurang tentang faktor risiko penyakit HIV. Pemeritah Daerah Provinsi DKI Jakarta melaksanakan pemberian edukasi penyakit HIV oleh guru PJOK melalui Kegiatan Strategis Daerah (KSD). Pelaksanaan edukasi ini sudah berjalan dengan baik sejak tahun 2021 namun ada kekhawatiran dimana pemberian edukasi penyakit HIV oleh guru PJOK tidak berlanjut karena rencana aksi yang tidak dilanjutkan ataupun KSD yang tidak berlanjut. Penelitian menganalisis implementasi kebijakan edukasi penyakit HIV oleh guru melalui Kegiatan Strategis Daerah di Provinsi DKI Jakarta dengan menggunakan enam variabel yang mempengaruhi implementasi suatu kebijakan menurut Van Meter dan Van Horn. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh KSD terhadap variabel yang mempengaruhi implementasi kebijakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan informan yang berasal dari Biro Kesejahteraan Sosial, Dinas Pendidikan, Dinas Kesehatan dan guru. Hasil dari penelitian adalah Kegiatan Strategis Daerah memiliki pengaruh dalam implementasi edukasi penyakit HIV oleh guru. Pada tahun 2024 sebanyak 293 SMP Negeri (100%) dan 164 SMP Swasta, 117 SMA Negeri (100%) dan 120 SMA Swasta, 173 SMK Negeri (100%) dan 103 SMK Swasta telah melaksanakan kebijakan. Dalam hal ini KSD mempengaruhi variabel Tujuan dan Sasaran Kebijakan, Sumber daya kebijakan, Komunikasi antar organisasi dan kegiatan penguatan serta Kondisi politik. Saran untuk pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta agar melanjutkan KSD dan mempersiapkan kebijakan untuk memastikan edukasi tetap berjalan walau KSD tidak berlanjut.
The condition of HIV disease is still a public health problem both at the global, national and in DKI Jakarta Province. Transmission of HIV disease still occurs especially in young adults and adolescents. This happens because of their lack of knowledge about the risk factors of HIV disease. The Regional Government of DKI Jakarta Province implements the provision of HIV disease education by PJOK teachers through Regional Strategic Activities (KSD). The implementation of this education has been running well since 2021, but there are concerns that the provision of HIV disease education by PJOK teachers does not continue because the action plan is not continued or the KSD does not continue. The study analysed the implementation of HIV disease education by teachers policies through Regional Strategic Activities in DKI Jakarta Province using six variables that influence the implementation of a policy according to Van Meter and Van Horn. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of KSD on variables that affect policy implementation. This research uses qualitative methods with informants from the Social Welfare Bureau, Education Office, Health Office and teachers. The result of the research is that Regional Strategic Activities have an influence on the implementation of HIV disease education by teachers. By 2024, 293 public junior high schools (100%) and 164 private junior high schools, 117 public high schools (100%) and 120 private high schools, 173 public vocational schools (100%) and 103 private vocational schools have implemented the policy. In this case KSD affects the variables of Policy Goals and Objectives, Policy resources, Inter-organisational communication and strengthening activities and Political conditions. Suggestions for the DKI Jakarta Provincial government to continue KSD and prepare policies to ensure education continues even if KSD does not continue.

Gejolak emosi yang dialami oleh remaja menyebabkan mereka rentan terhadapberbagai masalah perilaku negatif seperti menurunnya prestasi belajar, tawuran,kenakalan remaja, putus sekolah dan penyalahgunaan narkotika, psikotropika, danzat adiktif (NAPZA) hingga perilaku seks bebas. Di masa seperti sekarang ini,dimana orangtua sibuk dalam usahanya memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga denganbekerja justru peran Guru di sekolah lebih besar perannya dibandingkan denganperan orangtua. Dengan porsi pertemuan yang lebih besar dengan murid tentupara guru juga harus dibekali dengan pengetahuan tentang kesehatan jiwa remaja.Tesis ini ingin mengetahui peranan Guru BK dalam penanggulangan masalahkesehatan jiwa remaja siswa-siswi SMP Negeri di Jakarta Timur thun 2014.Desain penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan desainstudi cross sectional (potong lintang). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah GuruBimbingan dan Konseling yang berdinas di SMP Negeri di Kota AdministratifJakarta Timur. Jumlah Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling yang berdinas di SMPNegeri di Kota Administratif Jakarta Timur sebanyak 293 orang. Sampel yangdiambil berjumlah 110 orang. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri di Kotaadministrative Jakarta Timur tempat Guru BK mengajar. Analisis Bivariatmenyimpulkan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Sosiodemografi GuruBK dengan praktik Guru BK. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuandengan praktik Guru BK dengan p value = 0,001. Tidak ada hubungan yangsignifikan antara sikap Guru BK terhadap masalah kesehatan jiwa remaja denganpraktik Guru BK dengan p value 0,391. Hasil analisis multivariat menyimpulkanvariabel yang berhubungan bermakna dengan praktik Guru BK adalahpengetahuan. Diketahuinya adanya hubungan yang kuat antara latar belakangpendidikan dengan praktik, tetapi tidak signifikan yang berarti fenomena ini hanyaterjadi di sampel, tidak pada populasiKata kunci:Kesehatan jiwa remaja, Guru BK, pengetahuan, sikap, praktik.

Pencemaran udara menjadi ancaman besar bagi masyarakat dunia. Salah satu indikator yang umum adalah Particulate Matter 2.5 atau PM 2.5. PM 2.5 merupakan polutan yang dapat masuk ke paru-paru bahkan sampai pada alveolus dan dapat berdifusi ke pembuluh darah. PM 2.5 juga dapat mengandung ataupun mengadsorpsi logam berat, gas beracun, virus, bakteri, dan zat berbahaya lainnya. Tingginya konsentrasi PM 2.5 dapat menimbulkan berbagai efek kesehatan pada manusia. Salah satu sumber PM 2.5 adalah transportasi. Sekolah yang lokasinya dekat dengan jalan raya berisiko terhadap pajanan PM 2.5 yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengestimasi risiko kesehatan terhadap pajanan PM 2.5 pada siswa dan guru yang bekerja di SDN Cisalak 1 Tahun 2024. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode Analisis Risiko Kesehatan Lingkungan (ARKL) dari Bulan Maret-Mei 2024. Sampel pada penelitian ini terdiri dari 23 guru dan 63 siswa kelas 4 dan kelas 5. Pengukuran konsentrasi PM 2.5 dilakukan di 5 titik menggunakan alat DustTrak DRX 8533 selama 1 jam di tiap titiknya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata konsentrasi PM 2.5 di SDN Cisalak 1 adalah 0,208 mg/m3 atau 0,121 mg/m3 setelah dikonversi menjadi konsentrasi 24 jam. Konsentrasi tersebut masih berada di atas baku mutu Permenkes RI No. 2 Tahun 2023. Besar risiko secara realtime dan lifespan, baik pada siswa maupun guru secara keseluruhan menyatakan nilai RQ ≤ 1 yang artinya secara keseluruhan, siswa dan guru masih aman dari pajanan PM 2.5 dengan konsentrasi tidak lebih dari 0,208 mg/m3. Namun, jika dilakukan perhitungan secara individu, didapatkan sebanyak 4,48% dan 55,5% siswa berisiko terhadap pajanan PM 2.5 secara realtime dan lifespan. Sdangkan pada guru sebanyak 72,7% guru berisiko terhadap pajanan PM 2.5 secara lifespan selama 30 tahun. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meminimalisir risiko tersebut adalah dengan melakukan pembatasan pajanan melalui pembersihan ruang kelas secara rutin, penyortiran barang atau berkas, dan melakukan penghijauan di area sekolah.
Air pollution is a major threat to world society. One common indicator is Particulate Matter 2.5 or PM 2.5. PM 2.5 is a pollutant that can enter the lungs and even reach the alveoli and can diffuse into the blood vessels. PM 2.5 can also contain or adsorb heavy metals, toxic gases, viruses, bacteria and other dangerous substances. High concentrations of PM 2.5 can cause various health effects in humans. One source of PM 2.5 is transportation. Schools that located close to highways have a high risk of PM 2.5 exposure. This study aims to estimate the health risk of exposure to PM 2.5 in students and teachers working at SDN Cisalak 1 in 2024. This research was conducted using the Environmental Health Risk Analysis (ARKL) method from March-May 2024. The sample in this study consisted of 23 teachers and 63 students in grades 4 and 5. PM 2.5 concentrations were measured at 5 points using a DustTrak DRX 8533 for 1 hour at each point. The results of this study show that the average PM 2.5 concentration at SDN Cisalak 1 is 0.208 mg/m3 or 0.121 mg/m3 after being converted to a 24 hour concentration. This concentration is still above the quality standards of Permenkes RI No. 2 Tahun 2023. The overall RQ value, for both students and teachers, is RQ ≤ 1, which means that overall, students and teachers are still safe from exposure to PM 2.5 with a concentration of no more than 0.208 mg/m3. From individual calculations, the results showed that 4.48% and 55.5% of students were at risk of exposure to PM 2.5 in realtime and lifespan. Meanwhile, 72.7% of teachers are at risk of exposure to PM 2.5 over a lifespan of 30 years. To reduce exposure can be done by cleaning up the classrooms, sorting items or files, and planting trees in school area.
