Abstrak:
Pekerjaan merupakan bagian yang memegang peranan penting bagi kehidupan manusia. Lingkungan kerja fisik, desain dan organisasi kerja yangtidak memadai seperti kecepatan dan beban kerja yang berlebih merupakanfaktor yang menimbulkan gangguan kesehatan akibat kerja termasuk stress kerja. Pada tahun 2005 sebanyak 22% pekerja Eropa mengalami stress berupa sakit punggung bagian bawah, nyeri otot, dan kelelahan.Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan November 2012 dengan desain studicross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada bagianpelayanan, operasional dan administrasi PT. X dengan jumlah sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 31 orang.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi stress kerja pada karyawan PT. X.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden mengalami stress sedang yaitu 64,5 % dari total responden kemudian diikuti dengan responden yang mengalami stress ringan sebesar 35,5 % dari totalresponden. Variabel stressor yang berhubungan (memiliki p-value < 0,05)dengan tingkat stress kerja adalah ketidakjelasan tugas dengan nilai ORmenunjukkan bahwa proporsi antara ketidakjelasan tugas dengan kejelasan tugas memiliki perbandingan 6 kali untuk mengalami stress ringan diperusahaan. Tidak ditemukan adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara jamkerja, kerja lembur, beban kerja berlebih, shift kerja, rutinitas pekerjaan, lingkungan fisik, dukungan atasan dan dukungan rekan terhadap tingkat stresskerja PT. Abstrak:
Stres kerja merupakan psychological hazard yang terkadang tidak terlihat, dantidak diperhatikan oleh managemen perusahaan, padahal dampak dari bahayapsikososial tersebut jika tidak segera direspon dalam jangka waktu tertentu dapatmenimbulkan dampak yang merugikan. Tenaga Analis Kesehatan merupakansalah satu pekerja yang berisiko mengalami stres kerja, dikarenakan rutinitaspekerjaannya yang monoton dan selalu berinteraksi dengan bahaya biologismerupakan salah satu faktor penyebab stres kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian iniadalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja padaTenaga Analis Kesehatan di laboratorium X. Dari hasil penelitian, diketahuifaktor-faktor yang menyebabkan stres kerja pada tenaga Analis kesehatan diLaboratorium X adalah beban kerja, rutinitas kerja, jadwal kerja, dan bahayabiologis.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini membahas faktor bahaya psikososial yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja pada guru SMA Negeri di Jakarta Barat. Faktor bahaya psikososial yang diteliti adalah beban kerja, konflik peran, ambiguitas peran, hubungan interpersonal, dan lingkungan fisik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah semikuantitatif dengan desain studi cross-sectional yang bertujuan untuk meneliti faktor bahaya psikososial yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja pada guru SMA Negeri di Jakarta Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian dari 97 responden guru SMAN didapatkan sebanyak 32% mengalami stres kerja ringan, 35% stres kerja sedang, dan 33% stres kerja berat. Bahaya psikososial yang memiliki hubungan bermakna dengan stres kerja adalah faktor hubungan interpersonal dan lingkungan fisik.
This research discussed psychosocial hazard factors that related to work stress among public high school teachers in West Jakarta. This research assessed psychosocial hazard factors that consists of workload, role conflict, role ambiguity, interpersonal relationship, and physical environment. This is a semiquantitative research with cross-sectional study design which aimed to identify the psychosocial hazard factors that related to work stress level among public high school teachers di West Jakarta. Questionnaire and interview were used to collect data. The result of 97 respondents from five public high school showed that 32% teachers experienced mild work stress, 35% teachers experienced moderate work stress while 33% teachers experienced severe work stress. Psychosocial hazard factors that having significant relationship to work stress are interpersonal relationship and physical environment.

Beban kerja akan berpengaruh pada stres kerja baik itu stres yang bersifat positif maupun stress yang bersifat negatif. Kinerja yang baik tentunya akan berpengaruh terhadap performa dari produk yang dihasilkan. Penelitian yang dilakukan di PT. X ini bertujuan untuk melihat beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap stres kerja karyawan dalam peningkatan kinerja. Menggunakan analisa regresi logistik berganda, Penelitian ini melibatkan 65 orang karyawan pada Divisi Quality Management menggunakan kuesioner. Hasilnya adalah beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Divisi Quality Management.
Workload will affect work stress, both positive stress and negative stress. Good performance will of course affect the performance of the products produced. Research conducted at PT. This X aims to look at workload and work environment on employee work stress in improving performance. Using multiple logistic regression analysis, this research involved 65 employees in the Quality Management Division using a questionnaire. The result is that workload and work environment have a significant influence on employee performance in the Quality Management Division.

Abstrak:
Bahaya psikososial merupakan stresor di tempat kerja yang dilihat dari aspek context of work dan content of work dan berpotensi untuk menimbulkan stres kerja. Aspek dari context of work yang dianggap sebagai suatu bahaya yang dapat menyebabkan stres kerja mencakup budaya dan fungsi oganisasi, peran dalam organisasi, pengembangan karir, kontrol/pengambilan keputusan, hubungan interpersonal serta hubungan rumah-pekerjaan. Sedangkan, aspek content of work mencakup lingkungan dan peralatan kerja, desain tugas, beban kerja serta jadwal kerja. Dalam skripsi ini, penulis membahas persepsi bahaya psikososial pada karyawan Departemen Assembling Line PT NGK Busi Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu penelitian survei yang bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan semi kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi terhadap bahaya psikososial lebih dominan ke arah persepsi karyawan yang melihat pekerjaannya sehari-hari tidak membuatnya merasa terbebani, baik itu dari aspek context of work maupun content of work. Walaupun demikian, karyawan menganggap aspek content of work lebih membebani daripada context of work. Salah satu content of work yang menjadi stresor bagi karyawan, yaitu lingkungan dan peralatan kerja di mana karyawan merasa perlu diperbaikinya lingkungan kerja terutama suhu panas di pabrik. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya perbaikan lingkungan kerja dan meningkatkan training terutama yang berkaitan dengan heat stress maupun tentang manajemen stres dan waktu untuk meningkatkan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja karyawan.

Abstrak:
PT Alfa Trans Raya merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bagian pelayanan pengiriman barang. Sebagai salah satu perusahaan pelayanan terdapat berbagai faktor yang berpotensi menyebabkan stres kerja pada pekerjanya, seperti pekerjaan yang monoton, hubungan interpersonal dengan rekan kerja dan atasan yang kurang baik, tidak memiliki peran dalam perusahaan, dan koordinasi yang sulit. Selain itu, berdasarkan hasil Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) yang dilakukan di ATR mengenai kepuasan pekerja terdapat tiga faktor yang di bawah target, yaitu sistem penghargaan, kepuasan kerja, dan pengelolaan kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran stres kerja dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi stres kerja di PT Alfa Trans Raya tahun 2014. Desain penelitian adalah cross sectional menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara mendalam, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pekerja PT Alfa Trans Raya dikategorikan stres, teridentifikasi beban kerja, peranan dalam organisasi, dan struktur dan iklim dalam organisasi yang berhubungan signifikan dengan stres kerja.
PT Alfa Trans Raya is one company that runs in shipping service section. As one of the service company, there are various factors that could potentially lead to job stress on employees, such as monotonous work, interpersonal relationships with colleagues and supervisors are not good, do not have a role in the company, and coordination difficult. In addition, based on the results of the Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) is performed on the ATR on employee satisfaction, there are three factors below target, ie the reward system, job satisfaction, and performance management. This study aims to describe the stress of work and the factors that influence job stress in PT Alfa Trans Raya 2014. The research design is cross sectional using questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and observation. The results showed the employees of PT Alfa Trans Raya categorized stress, identified work load, role in organization, and organizational structure and climate significant related with job stres.

Stress kerja pada perawat merupakan hal yang sering kali terjadi. Terutama pada perawat di IGD, ICU, dan rawat inap. Dalam melayani pasien seringkali muncul stress kerja, dalam hal ini pada rumah sakit yang tidak memungut biaya apapun pada pasien yang berkunjung untuk berobat. Setiap kegiatan pekerjaan di ruangan dapat menjadi stressor bagi perawat karena mereka selalu dalam ruangan rawat yang merupakan jumlah terbesar dalam sebuah rumah sakit. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui hubungan tipe karakteristik individu dan karakteristik pekerjaan dengan Stres Kerja di Rumah Sehat Terpadu Dompet Dhuafa Republika. Rancangan survey ini bersifat survey analitik yang memberikan gambaran terhadap stress kerja dan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara katakteristik individu dan karakteristik pekerjaan dengan stress kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 36 orang dan sampel adalah keseluruhan dari populasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 38,9% perawat mengalami stress dan 61,1% perawat tidak mengalami stress. Hasil uji Chi Square dengan taraf keyakinan ? = 0,05 menunjukkan: terdapat hubungan yang signifikan jenis kelamin (Pvalue 0,020), peran dalam organisasi (Pvalue 0,042 ), dan gaji (Pvalue 0,020) dengan stress kerja. Belum terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara usia, pendidikan, status perkawinan, masa kerja, beban kerja, bahaya kerja, shif kerja, rutinitas kerja, promosi, iklim dan struktur organisasi dengan stress kerja.Diperlukan pengendalian stres kerja dari pihak rumah sakit dan juga dari perawat itu sendiri. Sebagai upaya pengendalian dan pencegahan terhadap terjadinya penyakit akibat kerja.

The objective of this study is to know the relationship of individual and job characteristics around nurses to their job stress in Rumah Sehat Terpadu Dompet Dhuafa Hospital. The design of this survey is an analytical survey that provides an overview of the stress of work and to determine whether there is a significant relationship between the individual and job characteristics with job stress. Population to this research summed 36 respondents and the sample is all total of population. Collecting data conducted by observation to the working condition and by questionnaire about the individual and job characteristics. The results showed that 38.9% of nurses experienced stress and 61.1% of nurses do not experience stress. Abstrak:
Skripsi ini membahas faktor-faktor yang behubungan dengan stres kerja pada guru honorer SMA di Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian semi-kuantitiatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional (survey deskriptif). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proporsi tingkat stres kerja pada guru honorer SMA di Jakarta Timur dengan responden 110 orang guru honorer adalah 37.7% guru honorer mengalami stres ringan, 36.4% mengalami stres sedang, dan 26.4% mengalami stres berat. Selain itu, dari 8 variabel faktor stres kerja (context to work dan content to work) terdapat 7 variabel yang memiliki hubungan dengan stres kerja yaitu dari faktor context to work, gaji, hubungan interpersonal, peran dalam organisasi, keleluasaan dalam kontrol/pengambilan keputusan, dan faktor content to work yaitu beban kerja, jadwal kerja, dan desain kerja. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut disimpulkan sebagian besar faktor yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja bersumber dari faktor content to work.
