Serang has been doing the program of Community Based Total Sanitation(STBM) since 2012. However, there are still found the behavior of defecationcarelessly (BABS) and the public access toward of the use of toilet is still same asbefore the program implemented, it is only reach 60% of the target of 90%. Thisstudy aims to analyze the implementation of program of Community Based TotalSanitation in Serang. The subjects are the Department of Health, Clinic, cadresand the public.The results of the study shows that the implementation of the First PillarSTBM program in Serang city has not been implemented optimally, media as ameans of policy socialization is still lacking. The attitude of executive shows thelack of commitment of implementing policy in implementing the program policiesSTBM. Coordination with external parties have not been going well. It needsproper and equitable socialization strategy to all parties.

Patient safety is a global issue where the achievement is low, so that it needs to implement a patient safety culture. The patient safety culture is measured based on 12 elements of the patient's safety culture according to AHRQ and the application of 6 patient safety goals. Perceived causes of the problem is the work environment, team work, leadership, job satisfaction and job stress. At RSU Dharma Yadnya Denpasar, the staff's perception about patient safety culture is not known yet, but the incident rate is still high. The purpose of this research is to know the relation of determinant of factor which is related to patient safety culture. This research method is quantitative research with cross sectional design which analyzed by PLS, with sample of nurses and midwife implementer which is 72 respondent. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant correlation between work team, leadership, and work stress with the patient safety culture, respectively 3.707, 12.647, and 3.135 > T Statistics 1.96. While there is no significant relation between work environment and job satisfaction with patient safety culture equal to 1,336 and 0,328 < T Statistic 1,96. This study concludes that teamwork, decreased levels of work stress and the application of transformational leadership models need to be applied in an effort to improve the patient safety culture in the hospital.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palangka Raya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah survei cross-sectional dengan menggunakan kuesioner penilaian kinerja berdasarkan metoda penilaian sendiri dan metoda 360° yang dimodifikasi. Populasi dan sampel adalah semua Pegawai Negeri Sipil Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palangka Raya sebanyak 69 orang. Dari 10 unsur penilaian kinerja, ada 6 (enam) unsur yang telah terbukti tidak memiliki perbedaan yang bermakna yaitu pengetahuan terhadap pekerjaan, kuantitas kerja, kualitas kerja, kreativitas, kemauan belajar dan inisiatif, dan komunikasi, sementara 4 (empat) unsur lainnya seperti kerjasama, integritas, disiplin kerja, dan kepemimpinan memiliki perbedaan yang bermakna. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, diperlukan perbaikan manajemen dan peningkatan efektivitas kepemimpinan di lingkungan Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palangka Raya.
This study aims to determine the Performance of Employee of Palangka Raya Municipality Health Office. This type of research is a cross-sectional survey using modified questionnaires of performance asssessment based on self assessment and 360° methods. Population and sample are all Civil Servants of Palangka Raya Municipality Health Office as many as 69 persons. Of the 10 elements of performance assessment, there are 6 (six) elements that have been proved no significant difference such as knowledge of work, quantity of work, quality of work, creativity, willingness to learn and initiative, and communication, while 4 (four) other elements like cooperation, integrity, work discipline, and leadership have significant differences. Based on the results of this study, improved management and increased effectiveness of environmental leadership are needed in Palangka Raya Municipality Health Office.
